- "I stay with Hampton Inn and Suites regularly for the nice rooms and facilities at reasonable rates. This trip was great, except for my check-in and check out. I came in at 2:45 and asked if they were checking in guests yet. The employee at the desk said they would check in all guests at 3pm and not before since they were full. I sat on the couch. A line formed and I joined the line. This seemed counterproductive to have guests standing around but I understood the reasoning. When it was my turn to check in, the employees at the desk started discussing a guest who had just checked in. The person checking me in walked away to look for them and then came back and started talking to her coworker about the room I chose not being ready. Her coworker then helped her check me in to another room which was fine. After I got checked in, I received a phone call from someone asking my name. I asked who this was and they explained they were from the front desk. We talked and whatever the issue was, it was resolved. The following day one of the employees was at the desk. There was a man at the desk for several minutes. I wanted to ensure my points were registered and ask for change of a twenty dollar bill for a tip. The process was taking a long time and seemed chaotic. I finally just left my keys on the desk and left. This was just very unusual for customer service. Chaotic and not friendly. "

This air bnb is pretty sweet, but I’m biased cause ya know, it’s mine 😂 So this is what you’ll get…your own private entrance. Which sadly means you probably won’t even meet me (Joe), Ashley, or any of the exceptionally annoying dogs 😆 You’ll get a king size bed that’s top 3 most comfortable things I’ve ever slept on, and I’ve slept on a lot of things. Whelpp, you get your own bathroom with a hot shower, a futon couch that is uncharacteristically pretty comfortable 😆 Some snacks, coffee/hot chocolate, 48?ish inch TV with Roku and you can use my Netflix/hulu it’s cool 😎 I have mild OCD so I clean/disinfect everything very thoroughly. Unsure if my sheets are Egyptian cotton or not but they’re like laying on a soft kitten wrapped in a cloud…or something.

This is a weird setup, I know. I will explain this as simply as I can because I’ve had so many people ask to elaborate on how this is set up. But my house is the main house. I have a set of steps on the outside of the side of my house that goes up to your bedroom and bathroom. It’s your own private entrance. So it’s a part of my house and connected to my house, but you have you’re own access from the side. You have no access to the rest of my house except your own bedroom and bathroom. Whew that was confusing to explain

During your stay
One of us (me or Ashley) is usually home. We have 3 doggos (i mentioned them). But none if that matters because you have your own access with a keypad code. So you can come in and out a thousand times if you really wanted to I guess (seems unnecessary though). I may run into you outside which if I do we can interact as much as you’d like.

On the day you’re supposed to be here, you’ll click “check in”. When you click “check-in” you will get the door key code in the description as well as exactly where to park, pictures, etc. (wow, technology is wild huh)

Nearly 300 sq ft of private space in a quiet shared home just 10 mins from Langley AFB. Includes a bedroom with full bed and 32” TV, second room with desk, microwave, Keurig, and mini fridge, plus private bathroom and hallway. Shared access to full kitchen, laundry, and living room. Home shared with one respectful homeowner (active duty military) and a quiet, well-behaved dog. Great for military or business travelers.

Home has living room with couches and tv with a dinning room and eat in kitchen and space that has been used as a office.

Guest access
The entire home can be utilized by guest except for the backyard and downstairs closet that cleaning supplies are stored. There is a backyard patio with outdoor table and grill that can be used by guest.

During your stay
We have a maid service that comes in to change bed linens and clean entire home. There is also a lawn service that keeps the yard up weekly and Maintance man available 24 hours a day for home upkeep. Home is completely equipped with a full service alarm system with cameras at the front and rear entrance of home. The property also has keyless entry and security company assigned to protect property.

Home is owned by a security company so there is armed security that can respond to home if guest have any issues.
