The space
This is a brand new 2022 RV located in the backyard of a si Glen family house that is also an airbnb. The yard is spacious and is separated so that both the house and the RV have their own yard area.

Guest have the luxury of using the entire space as needed. There is adequate parking in the driveway and on street parking is allowed.

This Camper is located on the front driveway of the main house. Camper guest has a private backyard space separated from the main house yard by a six foot fence.. The yard offers amazing waterfront views and a private outdoor area for relaxing, grilling, projector & fishing if desired.

This small cozy camper offers 1 bed and a table that can be converted into a very small bed for a child. Gas cooktop & tankless water heater. Wall unit A/C. Bathroom overs full size sink & stand up shower. A microwave, toaster, mini-frig and Kcup coffee maker, including limited complimentary coffee. A Pot & Pan provided along it plate, silverware and cups. A small mounted smart TV is included. Guests must log into their own apps.
The camper is a keystone Springdale 1700 FQ model.
Outdoor sitting areas that include a fire pit (with limited wood provided ) screened porch to store items. Screened portch also contains a frig other items you want to store while visiting. Cooler on site for bait. You must get your own ice.
Various fish types have been caught from the shore. There are two fishing rods and a few accessories for your convenience. A fishing cleaning station is present.
Cushions for benches chairs are stored in chest to protect from the windy days and elements.
Outdoor activities dart boards and 1 cornhole pad.
The outdoor propane cooking grill is on-site for your enjoyment.

Cameras:
There are four Exterior Ring Cameras located on the property for safety & security. Four will be recording both audio & video during your stay. One in front of the house. One on the left side when facing the house. Another is under the carport. Also located another inside the Camper area fence entrance. The forth camera in the rear of the main house and is switched on when the house is between guests but is out of site to camper users.
We also use the cameras to monitor unauthorized guests and rule violations. Guests have total privacy in the rear & inside of the camper for family personal time.
Noise level detection WITH NO video or audio recording may be used for the inside and in the rear of the house.
Pests:
Like any place, we can not control outside pests in the environment. We have a pest-free residence and occasions. (Mosquitos, ants, water bugs, slugs) Be sure to close the door promptly and control spills & trash.

The space
You will be staying on a 1981 Trojan Tri-Cabin. It consists of a Captains stateroom with a private full bath (head) with bath tub. The forward V-Berth can sleep up to two people when using the center insert. There is a shared bathroom (head) at the bottom of the stairs. The V-Berth has its own entrance to the bathroom.
The main salon has a futon that folds into a single bed. For entertainment, there is a TV and a Bluetooth speaker system. The kitchen (galley) has a stove, sink and full size refrigerator. There is some basic cookware as well as utensils. Silverware, plates, bowls and glasses are provided.
The boat will remain docked during your stay.
