Our catamaran is perfectly appointed for entertaining at one of the best marinas in Annapolis on Back Creek. Staying aboard the sailcat provides a unique experience like none other, with the historic downtown Annapolis or charming Eastport only a Water Taxi away. The accommodations are perfectly appointed to host your party, wether three couples or a family of six!

The spacious interior provides a fully stocked galley with a 2 burner stove and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker (we'll supply the Nespresso bubbles), refrigerator, freezer and ice-maker. When the harbor has gone tranquil, and it's time for bed, we have a large stateroom with ensuite bath and captains office/walk-closet, and two comfortable aft queen bed cabins with a shared bath. There is heat for the winter and air conditioning for the summer, wifi and Apple TV for entertainment, and just about all the creature comforts one could need for a stay aboard vacation on the water!

Relax and enjoy the watching the boats go by on Back Creek, soak up the sun at the pool or take the Water Taxi for a trip to downtown Annapolis or charming Eastport restaurants. There is something beautiful about staying on the water that stimulates the senses and creates cherished memories.

Located in a Back Creek marina minutes from the Annapolis City Dock, the Zep Tepi provided us the location, privacy and safety (in this COVID environment) all wrapped up in an element of “cool” because our hotel room was a boat. Chelsea was available seemingly all hours to answer both the important questions (what’s this switch do?) and the dumb ones (what’s a head?). Her communication was quick and empathetic. I recommend this rental if you’re planning to be in the Annapolis area, especially if you’re a Landlubber like me - and want to travel safely."

Kent Narrows is our homebase and we do day trips to places like Baltimore, Annapolis, St. Michael's, Chestertown, and hit random Tiki Bars along the way. The houseboat was the perfect addition to our trip with the kitchen, living room, and upper deck. Loved the added touch with the streusel, crab chocolates, and chips. I forgot soap which I would recommend including for the shower. But LOVED LOVED IT!"

- "Lena was incredibly responsive and provided us with an amazing weekend on the boat...can't say enough about the location - docked on the outer ring of the marina you get a literal front row seat to watch boats come and go all day from two different levels of shaded deck space. People were friendly, the marina is top shelf and there is even a little coffee Camper called Oskar's right in the marina! 2 blocks away is a great place called Leeward's where you can get good coffee, breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, drinks etc. Another 2 blocks from there you can hit 2 great local bar/restaurants called The Boatyard and Davis's. To be honest we had plans to hit downtown Annapolis and eat/shop/tour and we ended up staying in the Eastport neighborhood where the marina is located the entire time! So much more relaxing in Eastport. That said, if you did need to go to Annapolis it's minutes away via water taxi (picks you up right at the dock) uber or drive yourself. There is plenty of parking at the marina so you wouldn't lose a spot if you venture out for the day. If you're up for it you could easily walk it - just a couple miles. The boat is great as well...watch movies at night, 2 bathrooms with great showers, nice little kitchen with a fridge and a couple burners. We once rented a sailboat and we were so happy that Lena's boat had so much more space. Absolutely coming back again in the fall. This listing is a slam dunk if you are looking to try something different than a house"

It sits on the water’s edge in Rudee Inlet right behind some other beach-oriented properties like a restaurant and water activity charter companies. 🔹Quiet Hours🔹
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and nearby liveaboards, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.

🔹Occupancy Limit🔹
The maximum number of overnight guests is two, and the total number of people on board at any one time is limited to six, as enforced by the marina. Failure to comply with this rule could jeopardize our ability to operate within the marina.

🔹Parties & Events🔹
Parties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.

🔹No Smoking Policy🔹
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.

🔹Decorations🔹
Third-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. Decoration packages can be inquired about before booking or reviewed in your personalized guest app after booking.

FLOHOM 3 | Bung-a-flo is designed primarily for adults and is not ideal for families with young children. Children 10 years and older are allowed. Our aim is to create a peaceful, relaxing environment that is best enjoyed by adults.

🔹Water Safety🔹
For safety reasons, jumping, diving, or swimming from FLOHOM 3 | Bung-a-flo or the marina piers is strictly prohibited. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.

🔹Rooftop Safety🔹
Please refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.

🔹Dock Lines🔹
For the safety of FLOHOM 3 | Bung-a-flo and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or marina staff are available to assist if needed. Should you notice an issue with the dock lines, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the situation.

🔹Doors and Windows🔹
Please close all sliding doors and windows when leaving the boat to ensure security and prevent damage from the elements. Additionally, keep screen doors and windows closed while on the boat to prevent insects from entering.

- "I am a full time Mom of a disabled child. He had surgery 3 weeks ago, so I have been 24/7 caring for him as he heals. I had 24 hours to getaway and have always wanted to stay in a yurt. This popped up and was available last minute and was only 1.5 hours from my house. Upon my arrival, I contacted the property manager Josh as I didn’t get the arrival instructions from VRBO. He called me immediately and told me where to go. Parking was easy, but is a little walk to the camping spot. The property was clean and the path well marked with arrows. There is a relaxing hammock nestled in the area as well as a rope swing and plenty of firewood to make a fire. The Yurt was pristine clean. It was decorated in a neat, rustic vibe. It has rope lighting around the interior which gives it a softly lit nighttime ambiance. It has a small shelving space with pots, pans as well as coffee, hot chocolate and cookies and even board games and crossword books!! What a thoughtful little touch. A cooler is provided for your food items. There was a small wood burning stove and place to heat your water or cook on. Wood and gloves are provided for its use. A flashlight, small speaker, light controls and small time/temp clock were also provided. The owner even had his daughter bring me a multi plug light/charging box! How thoughtful. There is a clean, well kept port-a-potty located in the parking lot for guests use. It has hand sanitizer and wipes providedIt was exactly what I needed!"

This BRAND NEW condo house boat is nestled in Back Creek. The views of the Chesapeake Bay are amazing! This is the best place to see the sunrise from the roof top deck while sipping a cup of coffee. (Four guests maximum)

The houseboat is kept on a boat lift which is suspended above the water. Even though the houseboat is stationary on a lift, the boat does have some movement and will sway with wind.

Take a few stairs down to the middle of the boat to the high ceiling dining and well outfitted kitchen space that includes booth like dining table. SmartTV mounted on wall with view from both kitchen and living rooms. Continue to the back of the boat where your bedroom with Double size bed, closet and bathroom is located!

38 foot Fifth Wheel RV located at marina. Fully equipped kitchen, 1 bath and 1 bedroom with comfy King bed. Living space includes dinette with 4 chairs, sofa w/ full size air mattress and two recliners set up in front of a 42" flat screen TV. Heat and air provide the perfect accommodations no matter the weather. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit or explore the Bay on one of our two Kayaks. A stone's throw from Trade Point Atlantic, Key Bridge work site. Just 15-20 minutes to downtown Baltimore.

The space
Spacious, private and fully equipped. Full size refrigerator, convection microwave and gas stovetop. Comfortable seating and king bed make this the perfect place to stay. Bedroom accommodates 2 adults. Queen air mattress can be used in living space and will accommodate additional person. Max three guests. One Reserved parking spot for RV.

Guest access
Full marina access. Sit by the fire pit or explore the creek with our kayaks. Two charcoal grills at the water. No other grills allowed on property.

Other things to note
The RV is tucked up next to the main house. The water views are great from the pavilion and piers, but not the RV. During the winter months, the marina boats are placed on land. The pavilion area is always available - just hidden during those months so many boats on the hard. Short distance to laundry mat or can make arrangements for pick-up/drop off laundry service.

The space
There are two bedrooms (staterooms) and a large fully renovated kitchen (galley). The main living room (salon) has high ceilings and is flooded with light. Large windows give a view of the marina boats to the west. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress. There are two enclosed patios ( the fore and aft decks) and a roof top garden (the bridge) you can access by a spiral staircase.

Other things to note
This is a floating vessel. Individuals prone to seasickness should consider this when booking. Non-swimmers and children under 12 should not be guests without special permission. Swimming in the marina waters is prohibited but other water sports at the beach (no lifeguard) are allowed before sunset.
