The large coop gives easy access to play with our friendly hens or if you prefer clean feet reach through the egg door to enjoy fresh eggs every morning! Leave the clean-up and maintenance to me! Don't like chickens? No problem. Leave them be and you won't even know they are there.

The Cottage on Chatham is in downtown Cary where you can enjoy staying with all the privacy and yet be in the hub of some of the best dining and walk to everything downtown. Bring your bicycles or walking shoes and enjoy downtown living. We are 100% handicap access with a ramp from parking to front door, no steps inside either. Walk out the door and choose from La Farm bakery to the right or Annelores German Bakery to the left (across street). We are the closest available vacation rental to the epicenter of Cary 0.4mi. A Casper King bed and well maintained cottage that is also part of our skin care spa. We work remotely and only meet clients when the property is not rented, you will never be disturbed. The cottage is a standalone building and you will have the entire property available during your stay except the facial room. If you have a business profile that is to showcase your jewelry or art or trunk show or meet clients in peace and quiet then this is a great opportunity. The cottage is nearly 100 years old and we have been lovingly restoring it for several years, its on a huge lot If that or pollen offends you, its probably not the best fit for you. Now featuring TRUNKATION! Whats a trunkation? A rare retail/commercial space that is zoned mixed use where you can plan and host your trunk shows for jewelry, art etc and stay overnight in a vacation suite! A flat screen wfi smart TV, and more pictures to follow. We love creating this space, we like to visit Cary often and just enjoy some solitude without being in a shared space or close neighbors, we really love our own space.. This is an older building almost 100 years old and its clean and updated, but its not a new house. That just does not exist in d.t Cary for vacation rental. This is in the town there is a potential for noise with the train coming through the town. Please check train schedules if you are a light sleeper. There is a couch, love seat w ottoman and a desk with 2 chairs in the living room as well for working trips. Bring your bicycles! You really do not need to get in your car, you are in downtown Cary and can walk to dining and shopping; have a few libations without worrying about driving.
