Guest Access: Guests will have access to the backyard, deck, the entire unit and the outside firepit and hammock.

Interaction with Guests: We live onsite for easy access to answer your questions or help with what you need! Or we can ignore you and let you feel like you are in your own world!

The Neighborhood: Great neighborhood to chill and an outdoor space!

Getting around: Very easy to get a cab. $15 bucks gets you just about anywhere including downtown!

Other Things to Note: Park on the gravel spaces allotted to the left when you come down the driveway and walk back to your own little slice of heaven. There is a queen bed for two and one person under 18 could sleep on the couch if needed.

More than two guests: Add additional $15 per night for each guest and because of Greensboro Short term rental zoning they would have to be age 18 and under. Only 2 adults allowed per bedroom.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the cottage or outside!

The neighborhood was so beautiful and most importantly it was located near the Guilford College campus where we attended two musical performances. Great restaurants were close by too. - "nice house in an industrial area." - "Upon arrival the neighborhood seemed a little worn down and we weren't thrilled that it was next to a train track BUT as soon as my family stepped foot into the home, there was nothing but amazement. The house was super clean and smelled wonderful. We were immediately met with a welcome basket full of snacks that our niece definitely took full advantage of. The bedroom closets were stocked fully with towels,washcloths and extra bedding. The bathroom was prepared with shampoo and conditioner and inside the cabinet we found extra razors, soap, shampoo,conditioner , feminine products... Literally anything you may need. We were even provided with laundry detergent in the laundry room. You could have brought nothing but clothes with you and Richard would have provided everything else. Speaking of Richard, we reached out to him regarding the AC in the home as the previous tenants had left it pretty hot and it didn't feel like it was cooling. He immediately reached back out to us and helped us fix the problem. The house is beautiful and is completely stocked and ready to go. My family enjoyed the backyard greatly as well,full of things to do! Golf,fire pit, hammocks, bean bag toss.. endless amounts of things to do. The neighborhood ended up being pretty quite and definitely a lot better than we intended and we only heard the train once, I will take it for as good as this house and host are. We will definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Greensboro again for any reason."
