The Neighborhood: Great neighborhood to chill and an outdoor space!

Getting around: Very easy to get a cab. $15 bucks gets you just about anywhere including downtown!

Other Things to Note: Park on the gravel spaces allotted to the left when you come down the driveway and walk back to your own little slice of heaven. There is a queen bed for two and one person under 18 could sleep on the couch if needed.

More than two guests: Add additional $15 per night for each guest and because of Greensboro Short term rental zoning they would have to be age 18 and under. Only 2 adults allowed per bedroom.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the cottage or outside!

- "nice house in an industrial area." - "Upon arrival the neighborhood seemed a little worn down and we weren't thrilled that it was next to a train track BUT as soon as my family stepped foot into the home, there was nothing but amazement. The house was super clean and smelled wonderful. We were immediately met with a welcome basket full of snacks that our niece definitely took full advantage of. The bedroom closets were stocked fully with towels,washcloths and extra bedding. The bathroom was prepared with shampoo and conditioner and inside the cabinet we found extra razors, soap, shampoo,conditioner , feminine products... Literally anything you may need. We were even provided with laundry detergent in the laundry room. You could have brought nothing but clothes with you and Richard would have provided everything else. Speaking of Richard, we reached out to him regarding the AC in the home as the previous tenants had left it pretty hot and it didn't feel like it was cooling. He immediately reached back out to us and helped us fix the problem. The house is beautiful and is completely stocked and ready to go. My family enjoyed the backyard greatly as well,full of things to do! Golf,fire pit, hammocks, bean bag toss.. endless amounts of things to do. The neighborhood ended up being pretty quite and definitely a lot better than we intended and we only heard the train once, I will take it for as good as this house and host are. We will definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Greensboro again for any reason."

You will have the entire cottage minus the garage, a patio, and jacuzzi to enjoy. If you are wishing to bring a pet (dog only) please add the pet fee for each pet and send a pre-approval request. All dogs must be leashed and picked up after.

Have space for your horses to stay over as well. Message us for pricing and setup. We also have a lovely german shepherd, chickens, roosters, and 2 fainting goats.

Elon Cottage is a historic house located in the heart of Gibsonville [~1895], about two miles from Elon University. Our wooded lot with grassy glades is approximately 1.5 acres, yet located within two blocks of downtown Gibsonville. If you like dining, walk merely a block to Saint Jacques French Restaurant at the Burke Manor [4.5 stars], or four blocks to Kimber’s Steak House [4 stars].

Our Guest house is located behind the main house, away from the road, and has views typical of the North Carolina Midlands. It was remodeled in 2023, and has everything new on the inside – granite countertops, SS kitchen appliances, new paint, new bath fixtures, and new flooring, tile inclusive.

Beyond our really choice location, amenities include a full kitchen with equipment and utensils, washer and dryer, internet. We have nine fine hens too, so open the egg box and help yourself!

The house is 1000 sq ft with a very large master bedroom that includes its own sitting area and work space. The house also includes a guest room that is perfect for kids, as it has two twin size beds. There is one bathroom with a bathtub & shower combo and the kitchen, dining, and living room is all one open area. The stainless-steel appliance kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals while staying here.

The house is perfectly located just 20 minutes north of town and quick access to Reidsville, Summerfield, and Greensboro. Also, can get to I-840 for access to the greater Triad area.

The master bedroom can double as a quiet office or sitting room away from the main living area of the house for those who need to work from home. The house is right off North Church Street and has plenty of parking for 2 cars.

Haw River State Park, which is right next to the house, is a 1485-acre North Carolina State Park which has a 3.25-mile beautiful trail loop that goes through the park. You can walk to the entrance of the park from the house or make the 1-minute drive to the start of the trail. It is a great place for an afternoon or morning hike!

We were coming to visit our son who plays for NC Fusion.. and the training ground is less than 10 mins away. The space
The TreeHouse is a beautiful little cottage perfect for an individual, couple, or a a few close friends. to enjoy getting back to nature. The space comes with a full kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, cookware, plates, bowls, etc), a meditation room with floor cushions, foldable chairs and tables, full bathroom, WiFi, sound system, spacious wrap around deck with seating, main bedroom with double bed, (there is also a small secret room, with a bunk bed, that doesn't have HVAC and is accessed only by a pull down staircase) and an outdoor fire pit. Next to the TreeHouse are two large ponds and access points to our trail system. Just a short walk away are many other beautiful sites to enjoy including Gaia's Garden and the Chapel which overlooks Lake Mackintosh.

Other things to note
Please note that because the TreeHouse is located in the woods don't be surprised to find the occasional bug cross your path. We do not use pesticides so do help them find their way back outside if you don't want them in.

This newly remodeled home is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from the NC Zoo, minutes from shopping centers, movie theater, restaurants, and antique shops. It is also just a short driving distance from Seagrove, which is known as the “pottery capital”.

The space
This is a charming little cottage (approximately 1000 sq foot) that has been newly remodeled and beautifully decorated.

It has a covered front porch that is a great place for drinking your morning coffee while swinging on the porch swing.

Once inside you will find a cozy living room with an electric fireplace and large smart TV.

This home has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a daybed with a twin trundle underneath. All of the bedrooms have closets and one of the bedrooms has a dresser for additional storage. The third bedroom has a small Roku TV and a few toys/games.

The kitchen features shiplap walls, a farmsink, and the essential items needed for your stay.

The laundry room is equipped with a large washer/dryer and a iron and ironing board is also provided. There is also a small desk area if needed.

Outside is a deck with a patio table and you can enjoy cooking outside on the grill. Also, there is a gas firepit area for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven with an air-fryer feature, a refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dinnerware and glassware (for adults and kids), cookware (sans bakeware), utensils, staple seasonings, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate pods. A pass-through window connects the kitchen to the bar area for easy serving.

Guests have full private access to the house, garage, patio, and yard during their stay. In addition to the bedrooms, the living room and office/lounge can be used as extra sleeping spaces. You’ll also find extra blankets and a queen air mattress stored in the chaise for guest use.

Guests have access to the smart TV with complimentary Netflix and YouTube through the guest profile. You’re welcome to log in with your own accounts for other streaming apps. Please note: no additional purchases should be made within the platforms. Any unauthorized charges will be billed back to the guest.
