If you would like to schedule a horse experience while you are here, we teach horse riding lessons. If you are a dog lover, you may enjoy our English Labrador Retreavers. We breed them and often have puppies available.

We are 4 miles from Notheast Park. The park has numerous hiking /biking trails, a Frisbee course, tennis and basketball courts , access to wading in the Haw River, a public pool, and a huge playground .

This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath home, affectionately referred to as Patsy's Place, was built in 2017 and is perfect for a short stay or relaxing vacation. A long winding driveway leads to this private home that overlooks a three-acre pond. The heart of Greensboro is only twenty minutes away so you can enjoy the best of both worlds: getting in touch with nature or perusing local shops, dining, and entertainment. Pets are welcome with prior approval.

The space
This property is off the beaten path yet close enough to Greensboro, Burlington Gibsonville and Reidsville to have easy access to events - races, soccer tournaments at Bryan Park, the Greensboro Aquatic Center, furniture market, restaurants, and shopping. It’s like visiting a little slice of heaven!

Prior arrangements to accommodate fishing can made with the hosts . Artificial bait is required.

Guest access
The entire home is accessible with the exception of the basement. Also, the 3-acre pond is about 175 steps away from the house and it and the fire pit is available to guests. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to use the fire pit so we can have wood available.

Other things to note
The closest grocery store is about 10 minutes away but there’s a well-stocked service station just down the road. GrubHub and Instacart deliver to this address.

Bryan Park is less than 10 minutes away. Elon University, AT&T University, UNCG, Guilford College, Greensboro Aquatic Center, and Greensboro Coliseum are all 20 - 25 minutes from the AirBnB.

The bed in the master bedroom and the recliner in the family room are both adjustable. There is also a walk-in tub with jets in the master bath.

We do have WiFi but the service is not great. At this time our only option is satellite internet. Weather seems to affect service so please be aware that streaming movies and working from the Airbnb using a hard-wired connection can be a problem. As far as cellular and hotspot data, Verizon seems to get the best reception.
