The space
This townhome is an end unit, in a safe neighborhood, with very quiet neighbors. The townhome is ranch style, with only two front patio steps and steps off the back of the deck. It is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood.

Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed and four pillows. The primary bedroom has a KING size bed, two closets, and a full dresser. The guest bedroom has a QUEEN size bed, a closet, and full chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have TV's in them with roku's on guest mode so you can log in to your favorite apps. There are extra towels in each bathroom and pool towels are stored in the closet for summertime pool use. A stacked washer and dryer are also available for use in the townhome.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking items you will need. Additional appliances include a toaster, food processor, hand mixer, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, stove/oven, and full size fridge/freezer. We also have a farm style sink and counter height seating that can be used for daytime working or mealtime eating. In the dining room we have a table that seats four and a coffee bar station. Also included is a little wine rack that you can stock with all your favorites.

The living room is equipped a double recliner couch and two swivel velvet arm chairs. The smart TV is able to connect to all of your favorite apps and streaming services and currently we have Peacock TV included. We also have high speed G-Fiber internet! The living room also has a basket of board games, a small collection of books, and other pieces of art to make you feel at home in this quaint space.

Outside we have a deck with outdoor seating, a table, and a large umbrella. Our backyard faces a wooded area and in the spring and summer you can often see hummingbirds feeding at our feeder! Out front there are two parking spaces for our guests to use in front of the home.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their private unit, including all listed amenities inside the apartment. However, CERTAIN community features such as the gym, pool, and other shared facilities are subject to seasonal availability, maintenance, or closures at the discretion of the building management. Please refer to the amenities list for an updated list of all amenities.

Shared Amenities: We are not responsible for random maintenance or closures of amenities, as they are managed by the apartment complex and shared among all residents!

Other Things to Note:
🛡️DAMAGE WAIVER / SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 refundable security deposit or $19/night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $195 per stay). This waiver was previously $29/night, but we’ve temporarily reduced it as part of a limited-time promotion.

🐶 Pet Policy & Fees
✔ We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs. Any more than 2 pets must be approved by management prior to booking.
Standard Pet Fees (handled after booking through our guest app):
⦁$15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195 per stay)
⦁$25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295 per stay)

Large Pet Surcharge (for pets over 35 lbs):
⦁One-time $49 fee for 1 large pet (in addition to standard pet fee)
⦁One-time $95 fee for 2 large pets (in addition to the standard pet fee)

These fees help cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep the property clean, comfortable, and allergy-safe for all guests.

AGE REQUIREMENT & ID VERIFICATION
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require identity verification before check-in. This process includes:
✔ Age Requirement – The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest.
✔ A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
✔ Submission of a selfie and a scanned copy of the ID through our proprietary verification software
✔ All guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs

We DO NOT allow packages or mail to be delivered directly to the unit. Please arrange for delivery to a nearby Amazon Locker, UPS Store, or alternative pickup location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Guests are responsible for arranging their own storage solutions if needed.

The Space:
As you walk around to the back of the home, you will encounter the outdoor dining area along with your private enclosed deck with its seating area. The first door you see once you are around back will have the keypad for you to answer the given code. As you enter, you will see the kitchen, dining area, and living room, and as you continue you will see the laundry room, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and a desk for you to do any needed work.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the indoor spaces that are pictured as well as the lower deck and dining space in the backyard. The main backyard is closed off and off limits.

Getting Around:
You are welcome to park in front of the house where you can fit about two vehicles. The GPS should take you right to the location with the address provided and the home is easy to spot once you enter the cul-de-sac as it is the only white, two story house. To enter the house, do not go in the red front door, you will go through the backyard and into the first door you see, where the dining area is outside. If you arrive at night, there are motion sensor lights to illuminate your path so you can see where you are going.

Other Things to Note:
The unit is part of a two unit home, it is the basement of the home, however, there are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces.
