This authentic pine cabin has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open concept family room and kitchen, bonus room and large porch. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. In the master bathroom is the washer and dryer setup. The guest bedroom has access to the guest bathroom, but the bathroom is also open to the main living area. There is a bonus room that can be used to drop all your excursion gear or use it as a game room. The screened porch is really more living space and worth sitting and relaxing the evening away! The home sits on 1.3 acres, so you have that well deserved seclusion. Even though this cabin sits on a good amount of land, it is situated close to HWY 64 so that you are able to get the cabin/mountain experience, but easy access to all awaiting adventures!

There are several excellent boat rental places in the area! We use Lake Chatuge Marine, Young Harris Water Sports, Boundary Waters... The fellas will help you out! All kinds of water toys too like jet skis, standup paddle boards and kayaks.

Hike or drive to the apex of Bell Mountain, which overlooks Lake Chatuge below and provides picturesque mountain views. Shooting Creek Overlook is breathtaking. Visit Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Jackrabbit Mountain and Chatuge Dam. Both Towns County (Hiawassee GA) and Clay County (Hayesville NC) have super parks and beaches. Trailheads of the Appalachian Trail, which spans from Georgia to Maine, are less than 10 miles from this home.

This is a quiet end unit (#4) in a four townhouse building. You'll have this entire townhouse to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This is a beautifully furnished and well equipped property in Hayesville, NC, just up the street from the banks of Lake Chatuge.

Unit # 4 has two bedrooms downstairs with a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs has a sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests and half-bath. The upstairs covered deck has a table and chairs with a gas grill for more cookout fun while enjoying a great view of Lake Chatuge.

This is a great place to travel to and enjoy everything that the area has to offer. Golfing, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, rafting, shopping, and great restaurants are just a few things to do in the nearby surrounding areas.

Pull into the driveway and straight into the specific quest parking spot. Walk to the left onto the bottom deck and around back to the set of double glass doors to enter the apartment. The downstairs deck is private and the fire pit area is right off of the deck.

Please do not leave any food or trash anywhere out side as this attracts bears and other wildlife! If you need to empty your garbage just let us know and we will be happy to help you.

As you enter thru the red door, you will see farmhouse doors to your left off the foyer with access to the laundry room with new washer and dryer and a half bathroom. To your right there is an opening to the fully stocked kitchen.

As you move forward, the ample living room will greet you with a sectional sofa sleeper where you can relax and watch movies and shows from the smart TV.

Another opening will take you back to the kitchen thru the dining table which sits up to six. There is also a desk that can be used as a workspace.

The Master on main features a Queen bed, two separate closets, en-suite full bath with walk in shower and old fashion tub. Nightstands have plenty outlets to charge all your devices. The second bedroom is located upstairs with en-suite full bathroom.

There are several excellent boat rental places in the area! We use Lake Chatuge Marine, Young Harris Water Sports, Boundary Waters... The fellas will help you out! All kinds of water toys too like jet skis, standup paddle boards and kayaks.

Hike or drive to the apex of Bell Mountain, which overlooks Lake Chatuge below and provides picturesque mountain views. Shooting Creek Overlook is breathtaking. Visit Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Jackrabbit Mountain and Chatuge Dam. Both Towns County (Hiawassee GA) and Clay County (Hayesville NC) have super parks and beaches. This rental is for no more than four (4) registered guests and no one outside of the rental party is allowed on the premises.

The property is on septic, therefore, only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Anything else, including but not limited to “flushable” wipes, tissues, and/or feminine products, must be disposed of in trash. Additionally, there is no garbage disposal and food particles must be disposed of in the trash.
There are risks associated with the use of items on premises including but not limited to the fireplace, home appliances, grill, hammock, dock, provided lake equipment, and activity by and in the lake. Use may result in burns, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries including death. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home. This message and your booking with us releases the property management company, the co-hosts, and the property owners from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after use and/or activity. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.

Two story immaculate home with large family room and two bedrooms upstairs (king and full) along with 65" TV with Hulu Live. Both bedrooms have private porches for quiet time. Two bedrooms (queen and full w/ twin) and one bathroom downstairs with another family room with ping pong table, board games and wet bar with mini fridge. We know you'll enjoy your stay at the Licklog Lake House on Chatuge Lake. This lakefront house is spacious enough to sleep 12+ (3,300 sqft w/ 4b/3b) and cozy enough to feel like home. Take the foot path or the golf cart down to the dock and spend your days relaxing on the water, or simply enjoy the view from the house, the patio, or the fire pit. When you're done, chill in the rec room until dinner. Launch your boat at either of the 2 nearby boat ramps and tie up at the dock

The space
The main level has 3 bedrooms (1 master) - all with comfortable King beds. It also has a grand, open format kitchen/living room area, plus a full-length, all-weather sunroom to soak in the view all year round. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the most common cooking equipment, including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and kettle. There are 2 full baths on the main level - one in the master suite and one guest bath.

The terrace level has a newly renovated rec room with big comfy leather couches, flat-screen tv, foosball table, ping pong, and plenty of games to fill your days. There is also a bunk room with 6 twin beds and a large bathroom.

A covered terrace just off the rec room shares the lake views. Patio seating, rocking chairs, and a gas BBQ await you on the terrace for a wonderful western looking sunset. The terrace level also has a washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator in the rec room.
