Our home is located in beautiful Oceanside Village, a gated community with 24 hour security, private beach access and private beach parking. There are bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach. Just around the corner Is the heated, indoor, glass-enclosed pool. Both the indoor and the 2 outdoor pools are spacious and are surrounded by beautiful patios. Each has a kiddie pool as well. On site there is a community center, gym and library. The Conch Cafe is located on the beach and is a full service indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar. We are located within the friendly gated Community of “Oceanside Village“ between Surfside Beach and Garden City SC, with lots of community activities to keep all guest busy during their stay. We are located in the historical section which houses over 1100 module homes with some long term residents as well as those of us that rent our homes out.

Our home is just steps from the outdoor lounge pool, splash pad, upper level pool, kiddy pool and hot tub. We are .5 to the ocean front parking. There is also a heated indoor pool located at the community center along with playground, tennis courts, pickle ball, bogo, basketball court.

We welcome you to stay in our beach home for your summer vacation. We use a Professional cleaning company to come do a basic cleaning/sanitize our home before and after each guest. Guest are left with starter toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner small bottles, paper towels, washing detergent, dish washer detergent, dish detergent, propane for the grills, garbage bags, liquid soap in the bathroom dispensers coffee k cups, filters sugar packs. There are also various cleaning supplies in the utility room and cleaning products for guest to use if needed.

We do NOT offer daily maid service during your stay. We do clean and sanitize before and after your stay.
Our check-in time is at 4 pm to allow time for our cleaners to get everything completed before guest arrive. (Check out is at 10 am). Cleaners arrive shortly after 10 am to start cleaning for our next guest.

We will need your vehicle information to process for your hang tag. We need the make, model, color and tag number of all the behickes being driven to the village. If more than 3 vehicles, please use the overflow parking for your third vehicle.
When arriving for the first time please enter the front gate and they will issue your vehicle pass.

Also have a Keurig (coffee pods) and coffee pot with (filters, sugar, coffee cups) please bring creamer if you use it. Kitchen is fully stocked but guest must bring their own food.
Please note…we have a bar with bar stools and an outside table for seating. Also trays to use in the living room.. (We don’t have a dinner table or dining room)…The dining room is used as a 3rd bedroom.

LIVING ROOM has a 50 inch Smart tv …access to Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi. (You may use your Roku codes etc for our tv’s)

MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, 35 inch TV (roku). Also connecting bathroom with smaller shower.

BEDROOM #2 has a queen bed with tv and roku. Washer and dryer (utility room) connected to this room.

BEDROOM #3 is our smaller room and has two single beds, tv with roku and a dresser drawer. This bedroom is located at the front of the home as you walk through the kitchen. This was our dining room but it’s being used as a bedroom, It has a curtain up for a door, for privacy

PETS...
We are a “Dog friendly home” and dogs do stay at our home. Only friendly dogs are allowed to stay and those on flea prevention and up to date on vaccines. Must also be House broken to be allowed to stay.
(We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs into our home. Puppies under a year old need to be confined when left alone in home. Also we prefer you bring in your own comforter if allowing your dogs on ANY furniture in the home. (We charge a dog fee for the extra cleaning).. any damage will be taken from your deposit or insurance you may have purchased.
Please let owner know what breed you own and how many you are bringing. (Also count your pets on the site when you book, where it ask about pets.
-Guest are responsible for their pets at all times….
-Dogs MUST be on flea prevention and up to date on rabies their shots.

PARKING...
1 or 2 parking permits may be obtained. (Room for up to 2 vehicles in driveway). Extra vehicles, Trailers, boats, motorcycle carriers, etc, will need to stay in overflow parking area and cannot be parked at the home. (per OSV management).

NO SMOKING, VAPING INSIDE OF HOME!...
- No cigarette butts left in flower pots or on ground outside.
- No vaping, no illegal drugs shall be used or smoked on premises.

SELF CHECK-IN...
We have keyless entry upon arrival. Keys are beside the doors for emergency use if needed, but keys are not needed to lock or unlock doors. So you don’t have to worry about carrying keys.

KEY CARDS FOR BEACH PARKING…
Guest must rent a key card to get into the beach front parking and to use at the other gates around the village. Key cards are at the front office and cost $20. After your stay if you return the key card you will receive $10 back.

* Please put the trash can at the end of the road on Friday night. Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Saturday mornings in the summer months.

*There are cleaning products and cleaning rags. Look under kitchen sink, bathrooms for cleaning supplies. In the hall closet is the vacuum cleaner, a steam mop with replacement pads, broom and dustpan are located in the laundry room for convenience to remove sand and dirt from the home.

*When using the vacuum... Please... be sure to empty the canisters after each use.

It’s so close that the planes fly almost directly above the house and it’s very loud. We really only noticed it the first night though. It was close to several beaches with one secluded beach that had a lot of wildlife, and was less than a 5 minute drive away with plenty of parking. Restaurants and shops were only a 10 minute drive away too. Keith was very nice to accommodate our request for an extra hour checkout too. Overall, we loved our stay!"

Please note, a vehicle without a hangtag will be towed at the owner’s expense.

a. a gate card (optional but required to use all gates other than the main gate including the beach access gate) - $20 security deposit, $10 returned when you turn in the card
c. a gym pass (optional) - $30/wk, $5 returned when you turn in the pass

OFF SEASON
If you arrive on a Sunday during the offseason (after Labor Day) or after 12pm on a Sunday during the high season (June to Labor Day) you can purchase a gate card at the Rose Realty Office any time before 6pm. Their address is 897 Melody Ln, Myrtle Beach, SC 29575.

OSV office hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (June to Labor Day include Sunday hours from 9:00am to 12:00pm).

The community amenities include: two outdoor pools, a splash park for little ones, an indoor pool (open all year round), hot tub, fitness center (the gym pass can be purchased for $30 at the OSV office, $5 will be returned to you when the card is turned in), basketball court, library, shuffleboard, bocce ball court and tennis and pickleball courts all a short golf cart ride away. Golf carts can be rented onsite at the clubhouse.

The community offers 24-hour surveillance, private beach access, indoor and outdoor pools and is 20 min. from the Myrtle Beach Airport.

One story living with ZERO steps into the lakehouse. Room to maneuver, park cars, two boats if needed & trailers!

LOCATION: Camden, SC on beautiful Lake Wateree (less than 1/2 mile to Clearwater Marina whose address is 2029 Baron Dekalb Rd, Camden SC for our roundabout location of our cabin). Only 12 minutes to downtown Camden, to Wal-Mart, Starbucks & Chic-fil-a! The Charlotte airport is 1.5 hours and Columbia, SC is only 45 minutes away. Also, less than 5 minutes to a Dollar General (a very good one) that will have what you forgot! Yes, we have upscale restaurants nearby, and yes, we are near the South Carolina Equine Park facility in Camden and HOTH Ranch (their visitors stay with us often!) We are also only 5 minutes from Wateree Recreation area!

Typically, guests have access to 1 kayak and 1 paddle board, but also the potential to share water toys with our three adjacent lake houses (each cottage has a couple water toys that are shared frequently).

Our lake is typically a beach-entry type lake depending on the water levels. We also overlook one of Wateree's islands, are in a cove and no, there are no alligators this far north (Floridians always ask).

Pet fee is $50/dog, please message us if bringing more than one dog. No cats ever, sorry!

This is simply a rustic cabin on the lake. Living and dining room with cozy fireplace, kitchen and 2 Bedrooms; BR1 has a Queen bed, BR2 has a bunk bed with 1 twin bed and a Double on the bottom . Washer and Dryer are on site.

This is a neighborhood with families living around. It is not set-up to be a party house with loud music into the night. We want you to enjoy your time in our house and for the community to enjoy having you.

Plenty of parking, no public transportation. We can help arrange transportation from airport, if needed.
