- "If you're looking for a "fancy" house, this is not for you. But in saying that, it was perfect for my small family. Great location, close to amazing restaurants and Busco Beach. All the necessities were there in case you forgot something. Keurig coffee station was a wonderful start to the day! Drinking coffee on the screened in back porch while the pups ran around the huge fully fenced in backyard, this was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway! Communication with the host was awesome, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!"

- "This house is old, and does have some updates. It reminded me of my grandma’s house. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Came in to a surprise- a fenced in area in the back. It looked new so I think it is still in progress since there was no handle and latch on the inside. It was very helpful with our small dogs. Only issues we had during our stay was some of the doors would stick or not stay closed, but again this is an older home. I also wished that there were lamps in the bedrooms. The overhead light was a little too bright. All in all great place for the price. "

The home has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins) and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary tools, pots and pans. Towels and linens are provided so you don't have to bring your own and there is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in case you forget yours.

There is a washer and dryer in the home for guest use and Wi-Fi throughout.

There are SmartTVs located in the home for guests to access their favorite streaming services like Netflix and Hulu.

Well appointed. Appliances were nice and new. TV's in every room and the courtyard. The courtyard makes an excellent place to enjoy being outside but being separated from neighbors or noise. Our only regret was we weren't able to spend more time there to enjoy the house more and play some pool!"
