My home is a spacious two-story brick home with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. With a game room ready for everyone to enjoy. A lovely backyard ready for grilling or whatever the occasion. One of the bedrooms is used as a study but could easily be converted for an additional bed. The games room has a ping pong table, dartboard, and various games for guests to enjoy. Hardwood floors throughout the downstairs and new carpet upstairs. Each room has been freshly painted and updated and wifi is available throughout my home.

We are a family of five with kids ages 4,6.5, & 9. We have 1 super friendly Springer Spaniel dog that is 2.5 years old, who does not usually bark. We love having guests but will not be in your space. I will have oatmeal and english muffins in the morning and of course you are welcome to coffee. I think you will find that our house is very welcoming and usually filled with laughter.

The space
Our guest room is located on the second floor down a hallway, so you are secluded and not directly beside other bedrooms. The stairs are located near the kitchen, so you will be walking through the foyer and living room to get to the stairs. The bedroom has a private bathroom located within the bedroom, along with 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, a desk, and a walk in closet. Our backyard has plenty of space to run around and lots of things for kids to play with.

We ask that after 8pm you do not do anything that would create a loud noise due to our sons going to bed.

Recently renovated 1 BR/1 BA backyard cottage w/kitchen, separate bedroom w/queen bed and TV, sleeper sofa in the living room and a quiet deck off the back. There is plenty of parking and the shared backyard is fenced if bringing a pet.

If you need more space, there is a 2 BR/2 BA Cape Cod house in front that rents separately.

The space
It’s a cute little cottage that is perfect for two people but could sleep four with the sleeper sofa. The whole cottage was remodeled in 2023 so just about everything is new. The cottage is behind the property’s main house and it is also rentable. Both the house and cottage share the fenced backyard although the pool and firepit go with the house so only the yard is shared with the cottage. Pets are welcome!

The cottage is a separate building on the property and is located in the backyard of the house. The house is also available to renters. The backyard is a shared area and is fenced in. For privacy though, the cottage has a deck off the back that isn’t viewable from the house.
