Our Beautiful fully equipped; fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals if you decide to dine in while you are on vacation. Featuring BRAND-NEW stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, oven, microwave, double sided refrigerator with bottom pull out freezer & dishwasher), a Keurig coffee machine. Our kitchen features a eat at bar with barstools and a breakfast nook inside the kitchen with a round dining table that will accommodate 2 guests, along with a small desk space you can work at as well.

When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining room table with seating to accommodate up to 4 guests.

The loveseat lets out to make a small sofa bed for additional guests. All beds are XL. Private entrance requires you to take stairs. The kitchenette has an oversized mini fridge, with freezer, air fryer, toaster, smoothie maker, Keurig and microwave, along with an assortment id disposable dinnerware and utensils you may need. You are 24 miles from the beaches or Georgetown (time depends on traffic) and 1.5 hrs from Charleston for a day trip. There are marinas on the Waccamaw River if you have a boat or jet ski. Low slanted ceilings in loft areas. Pets welcome. Private front yard for guests only that has a deck with a picnic table/umbrella and a grill with charcoal and grilling accessories. The lower unit is occupied with only back yard access. If you want to get off the main strip after an exhausting day then this is your place. CCU parents/visitors love it!

- "We booked for one night for our family of 4. This property says it accommodates 4 but there is a fee for having more than 2 people which I thought was odd. The listing said it had a hot tub but when we checked in and asked to use it we were told the backyard was not for guests. I called VRBO to inquire about these issues and they said they made the host aware and she offered a partial refund however the host messaged me asking me why I was requesting a refund. I explained the situation and her response was she didn’t know her listing offered a hot tub and that she doesn’t have one. We did not get a partial refund. It’s disappointing and frustrating to pay for something that was misrepresented. Seems to happen a lot more these days."

If you are looking for a nice place to just relax, this is the condo for you! Located in Legends Golf Course, it is perfect for both golfers and families. If you are a golfer, with 3 courses and Ailsa Pub, you never have to leave! We have tennis courts in our back yard and the pool just to the left of them. Perfect if you have kids you want to wear out before bedtime! Very nice, quiet area for anyone wanting to relax and only 20 min from the airport and the heart of Myrtle Beach.
