We just needed a place to stay after a 10 hour drive to visit family before we finished our other 10 hour the next day. The room was clean at first glance. Then when in the room there was dog hair still on one of the beds. There was water under the ac. People were trying to break in through ajointing door and main door. Overpriced for being run down and broken."

The sink was covered in cigarette burns, there was an electrical junction box (above the hot tub with exposed wiring. The mini fridge was rusted and delaminating. And outside my room were two soiled mattresses leaned up against the wall. This is the first and last time I book with Hotels.com."

- "That was the most horrific room I have ever seen. Hair and stains on the bed. Cigarette burns on the headboard. A crusty mirror mounted on the ceiling. Filthy pillows. I walked out and let the guy at the counter know. He said it was approved by housekeeping. He wouldn’t even refund me my pet fee of $10 that I gave him in cash. I left. DO NOT EVER STAY THERE! "
