We had great customer service for our 3 night stay except for the bar tender at the pool bar. Only one bartender was rude. Others were excellent. My kids and I (especially my b-day boy) even missed the Polynesian Party that was only their Friday because of this ordeal! The property Manager Christopher was very professional and he very nice and he apologized but ultimately it wasn't his fault nor did he owe me an apology...the owner of the property did...the manager is just the overseer! I will definitely visit the nice resort for years to come but I will never book through VRBO again unless I communicate with the owner before I pay a penny! The overall resort and staff was beyond my expectations! Everything about the resort and staff was wonderful! I hope this will help someone before they experience what I did Friday after driving for hours!"
