Everything was clean and the place was lovely. There is a couple that lives above the apartment, but noise was not an issue at all. Loved having the washer and dryer available, as well as the roku tv. Marilyn was easy to talk to and kind every step of the way. The beach is a 15 minute walk away, or a very short bike ride (provided) or drive if you register your vehicle for parking. Enjoy the beautiful, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are a quick, easy walk or bike ride to the beach.

It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Enjoy the shared pool area with hot tub and the shared dock area. The grill is available for you to use. Bikes, chairs , kayaks and backpack cooler are by elevator for use.

Avoid parking fees at the beach and have your own designated spot outside this quite and quaint apartment. It is a the ground floor of our home with a private entrance and keyless entry. Just a five minute walk to the beach and around the corner from pickle ball and tennis courts as well as splash pad. On Monday monings there is farmers market on the soccer field around the corner as well as Friday night free concerts when in season May thru September. Eateries within walking distance. Southport is a short distance away for extra things to do on a rainy day. We have spas in the neighborhood too for some extra pampering. Surf Fishing and crabbing just a short walk away. We also can accomadate a boat. Kayaking tours are also available and they are lots of fun. A ghost walk in Southport when the weather cools a bit is always a scarey treat. If you are a shopper we have lots to do in that area too,
