This apartment style condo is wonderfully tucked into the village area. Situated between Porch, the Nashville Hot Chicken and Catfish restaurant, and a local favorite, Mullet Bay restaurant, is this fabulous abode high above Ocean Boulevard. You are located in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of city life, with the best shopping, parks, restaurants and the famous fishing pier at the end of Mallory Street. You don’t even need to get in your car! Upon arriving at Ocean Tabby, there is one dedicated spot and free additional parking behind Porch.

Walking into the unit you are greeted by a large open space with the kitchen, living, and dining all in one large room. A huge, airy, full kitchen anchors the first level living area, where the sofa pulls out to a full bed. A full-size washer & dryer and half bath are also located on the main floor.

On the second floor- accessible via a spiral staircase or the balcony stairs, the left bedroom is a large room with two twin beds, two roll-away beds, and a full ensuite bathroom. Giddy up to our fabulous studio apartment, up a flight of stairs, takes you into a whole other world. Enjoy your days on the nearby beach and your evenings in this fun tribute to everything western! Kick back on the leather seating and then rest easy in the comfy queen. Full size appliances and a charcoal grill make mealtime easy, but you’d probably rather mosey (5 minute walk) to the nearby village for fantastic grub. Spacious bath with full size walk-in shower.

Please note, we are located on the same footprint as another building with tenants. The backyard is a shared space with other tenants who rent additional units. There is a fire pit and 4 chairs for a perfect summer evening gathered together.
