The apartment is walking distance to GCSU and GMC, convenient to a grocery store and CVS, with easy access to the most popular restaurants and coffee spots that students and locals have come to love.
The space:
Enter the apartment through your own entrance. The master bedroom with king bed is at the end of the long hallway at the back of the apartment. A custom built murphy bed is located in the living area just off the entrance with matching barn doors for privacy. There is a $500 fee for anyone who smokes inside and a $500 fee for anyone who throws a party. Only guest who are listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises.

Basement apartment sleeps 2. Can accommodate 4 with air mattress. Kitchenette, dock privilege, covered boat slip, tv, WiFi, patio and covered porch. Boat ramp and bait store within 1 mile.
This one is clean and quiet. Beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise. You will keep on smiling when you’re here!

- "love the apartment and lake view, need to light up the walk to get to the rear unit but other than that we needed a blanket and did not find one and forgot shampoo and soap so a few little sample bottle would have been great. These are small fixes and would stay again for sure."

This home has everything you need on a beautiful property with just a short walking distance to the lake. There is a paddle board available for use. The full kitchen allows for peaceful evenings of home cooked meals. Or we are just a few minutes from the quaint country town square.The long driveway gives you plenty of space and privacy.

Our chickens are nearby for farm fresh eggs for breakfast! Lots of hunting land is nearby if that’s what you’re looking for.

Our small town has everything you need plus all the charm and community events.

We got a big kick out of the chickens and roosters! Owners provided us with fresh eggs and were on site to answer any questions or to bring anything we might need. Cabin was well stocked. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located hide-away. Our lakeside duplex is far enough from the hustle and noise of the city to enjoy wildlife in the backyard, yet close enough to town to enjoy local shopping and cuisine. The property offers lake access with a dock for watercraft or swimming. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is recently renovated with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect for people who enjoy fishing or boating as a marina is close by.

The space
Our newly-renovated duplex is located on Lake Sinclair. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom which includes a standing shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin size bunks. This bedroom has a door for access to the second bath, which has a bathtub/shower.

The open floor plan has a wonderful lake view from the sliding glass doors in the living room. In the living room is a smart tv where you can download your favorite movie apps. The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils needed during your stay. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer for laundry. For your convenience, there is also a drying rack outside for beach towels and swimwear.

Kayaks and life vests are available to use. The dock can be used for you to secure your personal watercraft as there are cleats attached. There are beach towels provided along with the general bath linens. Dark washcloths are available for makeup removal.

The fire pit is available and very enjoyable to use on those cool nights. It is relaxing to sit beside a nice fire and to even make s'mores. You will find skewers in the kitchen drawer to the left of the dishwasher.
