- "great property at beech mtn and truly ski in/ski out, located at the top of the beginner slope. a very nicely laid out property with plenty of room for the 8 people in our party. the kitchen was well equipped. nice patios on all levels of the property, to watch your crew on the slopes. the "ski-in" is only if you get to the lift on the beginner slope before it closes , otherwise your hoofing it up the beginner slope, which isn't the end of the world at all. also, the stairs in the home, are fairly steep- safe but it may be difficult for some to manage. it was a great place for us. would love to visit again soon."

Location, Location, Location! This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located 0.25 miles past the entrance to Ski Beech. We are the second parking area past the entrance and about 1 mile from the Beech Mountain Club -swim, golf, and tennis areas. In the winter months, enjoy amazing views of the surrounding mountains. In the summer relax in the swinging chairs and outdoor furniture on the decks surrounded by nature or have outdoor fun with the Beech Club Membership (additional fees apply, check club website).

This is Moody’s Mountain house! The floor plan is perfect for accommodating families. With over 1,680 square feet, our home has four bedrooms:
BR1: one King with private full bath and access to lower covered balcony via sliding glass door, cable TV
BR2: one Queen access to lower covered balcony via sliding glass door, Smart Tv with Hulu and Disney+
BR3: one twin and one full; Smart Tv with Hulu and Disney+
BR4: two separate twin beds; Smart Tv with Hulu and Disney+
All of the bedrooms are located on the same floor, which is the lower level of the house accessed by a spiral staircase. The master suite and the queen room both have sliding glass doors with access to the lower level balcony. We also have a washer and dryer on the bedroom level.

The main floor has an open floor plan with two more large sliding glass doors which includes a large living room with a stone gas fireplace, dining room, a well-equipped large kitchen with very large breakfast bar, and a half bath. Wood Decking surrounds the house on the upper level and the lower level is half around on the wooded side of the property. WiFi is provided in the house.

We have two parking areas with enough parking for 5 cars; one area is on the paved road and the other is at the bottom of the property with manmade steps up to the house (they are very neat). Everyone that has come into our house has said that they feel like they are in a tree house. We have hired the best cleaning team on the mountain to make sure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing.

We are conveniently located on Beech Mountain Parkway near Fred’s, sledding hills, ski rentals, and everything Ski Beech. Beech Mountain offers numerous year-round activities. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and sledding (home includes several sleds). In the warmer months, enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, fishing and white water rafting.

This home is remarkably located close to everything Beech Mountain has to offer, but has the added bonus of being very private and secluded on your own mountain top at 4100+ feet on 1.5 acres! The home offers stunning panoramic mountain and valley views year round. This home is 1702 sq. ft. was built in the 70's and updated and expanded in the 90's, that doesn't take away from the comforts and amenities we've put into this older house to make your stay enjoyable! It has three (3) bedrooms (K (MBR has new King bed frame and Molecule mattress in 2020), Q, Q) all with black-out curtains and their own TVs/Blu-ray players, 2 full baths, and a pull-out couch with full mattress, sleeping 8+ people. It is a great all year round Mountain getaway to unwind and relax over the fabulous mountain and valley views. Other highlights of this home are large decks with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. There is an outdoor table with 5 chairs for outdoor dining or relaxing. The living room has a new game reclining couch (2020). This home is easily accessible with plenty of parking that easily fits 4+ cars. There are spots in front of the house and garage as well as an adjacent lot to the left of the home facing the mountain. This home has the exclusive Beech Mountain Club Membership. There is a game room setup in the garage with a Billiard table and Table Tennis (not professional grade - just family fun :)). The Garage also contains a basic powered treadmill for your use.

Everything in the home has lots of upgrades! Our home has super fast Enhanced Fiber-Optic Broadband speed internet (WiFi), 4 SMART HDTV flat screens in every room (55” in living area, 50" in primary bedroom and 32” in all other bedrooms) with 4 Blu-ray/DVD players. Although there are 1 king, 2 queen beds and a full sized pull-out couch to accommodate 8 people sharing, we do allow you to bring your own air-beds or sleeping bags to accommodate a maximum of ten (10) people in the home. The home is one level for easy access to all living spaces, but with plenty of privacy.

We do allow a well behaved potty-trained dog. However, crating your dog is required if they are left alone in our home, whether in your own crate, or gated into the kitchen (non-carpeted) area. There is a nominal fee per dog. You must get pet pre-approved and click pet when booking. There is a dog park near-by.
There are three parking areas for plenty of space to accommodate vehicles. At least 2 can fit in front of the house, 2 in front of the garage, and 2-3 at the left side lot (NOTE: During the winter when there is snow accumulation on the ground, only the front of the house will be accessible for parking unless you notify me you need the driveway plowed prior to your stay and make necessary arrangements beforehand).

The kitchen comes well equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, Keurig, coffee percolators (plug-in and stove top) and plenty of cooking pots, pans, dishes and glasses of all types. Each bath has a dual shower heads. The house has HE front loading washer and dryer and a sewing machine on site. There is ample deck-space outside with furniture and a gas grill. Even when it rains or snows, you can enjoy the main deck section as the ceiling of the deck is covered in addition to being nicely wooded and private.

Our home is less than 2 miles from the Beech Mountain Ski Resort parking lot. Other near by attractions that are just twenty to thirty minutes away are Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Banner Elk Valle Crucis, and Boone. The cabin has everything you would need for a weekend or month long stay. Great location. I'm looking forward to going back again."

Enjoy a few days away at our stylish cabin on Beech Mountain! Centrally-located within minutes from the Club, the slopes, restaurants and great trails! The 3 bedrooms all have King size beds and a private bathroom. One bedroom is downstairs and has a door to the outside. It also has its own fireplace and Smart TV! The other two bedrooms are upstairs on either side of the living room. They both have Roku tvs and a Mountain View. The deck runs along the back of the house with entry from the upstairs. There is a lounge area on the deck. This makes for a great outdoor grilling and dining experience and a nice place to watch the sunset!
