If you want brand new, this ain`t it.
-We don`t guarantee you wont see a single bug or spider, especially outside... this is a 7,000 square foot home, in the woods, on 5 acres. We use professional pest control, but nature exists, cobwebs can form overnight.
-We use a professional cleaning pool service that cleans and sanitizes the pool and spa, and we guarantee a clean and sanitary pool and spa. We don`t guarantee that a leaf won`t blow in between the cleaning and your check in. We do guarantee to resolve any issues.
-We don`t guarantee if you nitpick in bad faith or try and threaten us with bad reviews that we will give you some part of your money back. - "We really enjoyed this property! I wanted to stay in a place with high end finishes and luxuries, and it almost ticked every box. I’m giving it four stars for cleanliness instead of 5 because I did find some hair on the floor of the master bathroom when I was unpacking, but overall it was beautiful. It is tricky to find a well done rental in this area. I was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with all the tools one might need to cook a meal, and we loved the complimentary coffee and snacks. I would have preferred some simple cooking staples to have been stocked, like basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and condiments) but we were able to make due. My biggest complaint was the lack of extra bedding available. There were extra pillows in the closets, but no pillow cases. In the welcome binder of information about the place, it said that bedding for the pull out couch was to be in a cabinet, but there was none. Some sheets for it would have been nice. We all agreed, however, that the extra blankets we found in each room were quite luxurious. I would have liked an option for filtered water, but there wasn’t a water dispenser on the fridge, so next time I may just bring a pitcher. I really loved the keyless entry and the hot tub. We did wish that there were two more lounge chairs outside, but it was a great little patio. The location of the unit is near many of the local attractions including Dollywood, which was convenient. We would stay here again."

The house was located far enough off main roads to be quiet and walkable with our dog. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, toaster for cooking. The washer and dryer were large and clean. The owner was responsive and helpful when a bad storm knocked out the power just before our arrival. We would stay here again!"

- "Very quiet location and off the beaten path but very close to the main attractions at Pigeon Forge. The sofa bed was broken and someone came to repair it when we arrived (and we didn’t use it for a bed) but it broke again and sitting on it was at a slant. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the townhouse so it wasn’t a huge deal. It was just two of us but if there were six staying there wouldn’t be enough seating in the living area. It would also be great if the townhomes had one parking spot reserved in front of each. The first night we had a very difficult time finding a place to park, it was pouring rain and we had been to the grocery store. Overall very worth the money and surprisingly quiet."

- "The property was nice. No complaints on that. I booked a condo in Pigeon Forge and was given a condo in Gatlinburg. Not a far distance but with common traffic over an hour from where we wanted to be. Most of our plans were in Pigeon Forge. Was very disappointed with the “Oh, sorry about that. Do you want to keep the reservation”? The day before we were supposed to leave. No kind of compensation or discount for their mess up and our inconvenience."

- "This is a very clean, well-lit, wonderfully equipped place. We enjoyed our stay very much! I liked how well lit the parking lot was and how clean the property and 1BR unit were. The walls are slightly thin, could hear neighbors TV. The view is beautiful and amenities are wonderful.. Would definitely come back. Gave the property 2 star for accuracy of listing because it was advertised as a 2BR townhome and was actually a 1BR condo style unit. It was still lovely stay, and it wound up meeting our needs."
