The bedroom next to the room with the bunks had a lot of water damage. The ceiling was majorly stained and there was definitely a mold issue in that bathroom as water would leak behind the wall and bubble.. plus there was signs of black mold as well. The unit was very spacious with nice furnishings but just way too loud. If we were there to party then that would have been one thing but we were there as a family with young kids so it just didn’t work. Convenience to everything was a plus. The view was not good. A very steep drop off just outside the porch without any type of guard rail made it unsafe for our kids to be outside. Again a nice enough place just not appropriate for our family getaway with young kids. For the price we have stayed in much nicer, with much better views, and far more peace and quiet. "

No privacy as the neighbors are all right there- even when you are in the hot tub . Dont get me wrong its cute, cozy for a small group or family and close to down town PF. Just has things i wish i were aware of before booking. "

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional towels, toilet paper/trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen. Please prepare should you have extended stays. Please do not take the soap bottles as you will be charged to replace them. Bottles are sanitized between guests’ stays. Bathroom is slightly elevated (one step up). Shower is also one step down. Please see photos or reach out should you have any questions.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You’ll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is just a minute away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.
Should you bring your pet please do not leave them unattended.
We have a zero tolerance policy for unlawful activity which includes any illegal drug activity. We have a clean, safe and appealing community to call home and want to keep it that way. We stand behind our philosophy of “If you see something, say something!”

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends. The convenience of the cabin outweighs the rain and potential for this odor.

The Junior Suite is a private bedroom with private en-suite bathroom. You’ll enter through the guest foyer which leads to your private entrance with keypad for easy self entry. There is a laundry room across the hall that you are welcome to use.
