We are lakefront with access to Lake Catherine; you have to have a permit on your boat to use the lake and rules of HOA apply; get with owners please. Fishing you will need a local license and owners can direct you on that as well. We do not supply Kayak's etc-but they are available to rent with payment and permits at the near by marina's.

We do NOT have a swimming pool at the condo nor a hot tub; those are amenities in the Fairfield Glade area that you can have access too if you want and are pending openings/availability/service/etc.

We are also one hour from the beautiful Fall Creek Falls State park. Other nearby waterfalls include Burgess Falls, Cummins Falls, Ozone Falls, and Rock Island State Park, among others. We are conveniently located 1 1/2 hours from Chattanooga and Knoxville. We are also 2 hours from the Great Smoky Mountains and Nashville. Our guest cottage is remote, quiet, and peaceful. Depending on the season and weather, we can offer a campfire down by the river, horse shoe pit, barbecue grill, and supervised use of the wood stove. This property located in the valley does not have cell service, although we do have free WI-FI, and if your phone has WI-FI calling, you will be able to make calls. There is no cable TV, but we do have Netflix, Pandora, and plenty of DVD's/Blue Ray movies for your enjoyment.

The space
While sitting on the large front porch, enjoy the sunset from the swing or sit back in the cedar Adirondack chairs. The house has a lot of space since the dining, kitchen and living room are all open. There are three different sitting areas in the living room. One centering around a 50" smart TV. Another in front of large windows overlooking the lake and a quiet reading nook to relax alone.

This house can truly accommodate 8 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen and twin bunk beds downstairs. There are extra blankets and pillows in each closet for your comfort. (A port-a-crib and booster seat are located in the master closet.)

An incredible game room with a pool table, jukebox , 50" TV with 4 movie theater recliners and the bunk beds are located in the lower level. There is NO bathroom downstairs where the bunk beds are located. The spiral staircase that leads to the lower level may be difficult for some people to navigate. Access to this level is also available through the garage. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is found on the main level.

There is Wi-Fi for the smart TV's located upstairs and down. You can use your favorite app such as Netflix or Hulu for streaming movies and shows. There are tons of movies on DVD's to watch in cabinet downstairs. There are also plenty of family board games. Cell service is spotty, so it may be a good idea to have an app that will connect your cell phone to the Wi-Fi for phone calls. We do not have DirecTV or regular TV stations.

The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 5 burner gas range/oven, dishwasher, waffle irons, Keurig, a large coffee maker, and many other amenities. All the flatware, glasses and dishes you will need along with pots and pans are at your fingertips for large family meals.

If you love the outdoors, you are at the right place. You can go fishing, swimming, sit on the patio or by the campfire. The dock is extended by a pontoon boat that is attached to the side. You are welcome to fish or swim in this area or go to the public swimming area just around the lake, within walking distance. The lake is non-motorized. We have a canoe, 2 person kayak and a paddle board for guests to use. All swimmers are required to have flotation devices. The lake has a silty bottom and the water is kind of murky, so we like to be on floats instead of walking in the water.

We are dog friendly! They will love going out the doggie doors to play in the fenced back yard. The fence goes into the lake at each end so the backyard is open to the lake. They are welcome to swim in the lake and have their own towels to dry off. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee - 3 dog max.

There is plenty of parking and a detached single carport.

The Cottage
We designed Crossville Cottage with the desire to give you and your partner or friend a relaxing retreat. Including essential amenities, the cottage boasts a small kitchenette, outdoor grill, living room, bedroom and full bath. You can watch streaming TV while lounging on the oversized Pottery Barn sofa or nap on the extremely comfortable queen-sized bed.

Located on a private lane alongside a 50-acre forest, wildlife abounds if you are willing to wait! Take your coffee onto the back deck and keep your eyes open! So far on the property we have seen bobcat, deer, foxes, skunk, possums, squirrels, turkeys and countless other birds making their way to the pond across the lane.

You have your own dedicated parking space with a lighted gravel path leading to the front porch. The cottage is located on property including a large pole barn that is currently used for storage and occasional small projects. Suites feature all comforts of home despite them being ornately and aesthetically designed for luxurious tastes.

Approximately 935- 1,650 square feet, this spaciously homey Two- Bedroom Condo features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin Bed(s) in the guest bedroom and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupants. Private sleeping area sleeps four.

Additional amenities include: internet access, television, DVD player, Barbeque Grill (outdoor), ceiling fan, hair dryer, In Room Safe, balcony/patio, jetted tub and washer/dryer in unit.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. - "Everything was perfect! Beautiful scenery and quiet. The house was very clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided right down to the q-tips😊. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware, dishes , silverware & cutlery (most rentals this isn’t the case). They even have an air fryer! We loved all of the decor. It is decorated exactly the way I would decorate. They even have a wall clock and a picture that we have in our home! We were there for an event and the front room was the perfect place to get everything organized. My kids especially enjoyed standing on the front porch at night and calling out “hello” and listening to the echo. They even have a very creative scrapbook to tell you about the house, restaurants and nearby activities. I would buy this house as is! We will absolutely stay there again!"

Welcome to a one-of-a-kind luxury townhome in the heart of the golf capital of Tennessee, Crossville. The ground level offers a large,open concept living room and kitchen,and guest bedroom. Enjoy the cozy couch that has 4 electronic reclining chairs while you watch the big screen TV. Eat dinner at the large dining table or sit at the oversized island bar. Don't want to walk up the stairs? No problem, take the elevator to the 2nd floor where you will find the main bedroom and unbelievable custom bathroom. Also on the 2nd floor is access to the wrap around porchand plenty of seating. This home is VERY unique. Restaurants and entertainment are just steps away. Located in between Tansi and Fairfield Glade, many wonderful golf courses to choose from. Enjoy your stay!

Welcome to the Sun Suite, a bright accommodation to rest your head for a month or a year. The suite is fully furnished, with a full kitchen and bath, a queen bed and beautiful sunroom. A private suite, with private entrance, built from a single family home. Located just outside the city of Crossville, TN, on two tranquil acres. Seven minutes from the historic downtown and local hospital.

The space
The Sun Suite is one of three dwellings, and a large barn on two acres just outside the city of Crossville, TN. While the proximity to town is very close the acreage feels tucked away in the countryside. It's quiet and beautiful. The suite was constructed from a single family home that is now three dwellings. Each has its own entrance and parking, and is fully self contained. This arrangement has allowed my mother to stay in the home, and actually the suite she now lives in is the original home built in 1968. The additional two suites, of which the sun suite is one, were added on around 1990. The Sun Suite was a large living room area adjoined to a beautiful sun room. It's a very bright, yet cozy and comfortable space!

Guest access
The Sun Suite is a self contained unit. Parking is just outside the sun room, with a private entrance through the patio.

Other things to note
There is currently no washer or dryer in the sun suite. There is a clean and welcoming laundromat just 10 minutes away in town.

The suite has shared walls. Each suite usually has just one person living within and the noise is very minimal, however you will from time to time hear your neighbor.

A short drive from I-40, in a beautiful wooded, neighborhood. Includes premier golf courses ie Bear Trace, a Jack Nicklaus course within 20 miles. For the more adventurous-a half hour drive gets you to 23 public hiking trails and kayaking on the Obed River, Clear Creek, and Daddy's Creek. A super clean, cozy cottage with wifi, hi def, smart TV. A short drive to mom and pop restaurants, fast food, and night life with craft beer, wine tasting, live music.

Other things to note
During the Fall of 2021 we are working on completing a pond on the property for our guests to enjoy. The site is not near the house so no guest will be bothered.

Enjoy the balcony porch with breathtaking views. The stars at night are amazing! We have a telescope available if desired, as well!

The space
Guests receive a complimentary welcome gift basket of supplies and a freshly baked treat is provided upon arrival but will not be replenished.

Pets are welcome- but owners are required to use a leash and to remove/cleanup pet waste accordingly from grounds.

This is perfect for getting away from busy life and find rest.

Cumberland Mountain State Park, Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, Ozone Falls, Mennonite Community, Fall Creek Falls- tons of local boutique and antique shops, Wineries, Golf Courses, and so much more!

Please note, we are in the country and while we do offer WiFi, however, it is not the fastest. There is no cable, but a selection of movies, books, and games are in the apartment for your use. You may also bring your Roku or Firestick for the TV. Cell phone service can be spotty, so make sure to set your phone to connect to WiFi for calls. A house phone is available at our residence if needed.

Guests should park on the gravel pad right in front of the Guest Suite stairs.

Guests will find the key to the entrance at the top of the stairs on the deck of the Cozy Nest- located in the mailbox.

Cumberland Cottage is a wooded retreat in Crossville, Tennessee.

Located on over 4 acres, this not-quite-tiny house is the perfect hideaway for adults to relax, or as a home base to explore the Cumberland plateau. Whether you are enjoying your coffee from the back deck, experiencing the highly anticipated Flatrock Motorclub, enjoying the Cumberland Playhouse, or adventuring out to the countless waterfalls around the plateau, you will return home rejuvenated after your stay in the cottage.

The space
We designed Cumberland Cottage with the desire to give you and your partner or friend a relaxing retreat. Including essential amenities, the cottage boasts a cozy living room, bedroom and full bath, along with a small kitchenette including a mini fridge, hot plate, microwave, keurig and french press coffee makers, as well as an outdoor grill upon request. Plan for low-stress meals in the kitchenette or visit one of our many local restaurants. You can watch streaming TV while lounging on the oversized leather sofa or nap on the extremely comfortable queen-sized bed.

Located on a private lane alongside a 50-acre forest, wildlife abounds if you are willing to wait! Take your coffee onto the back deck and keep your eyes open! So far on the property we have seen bobcat, deer, foxes, skunk, possums, squirrels, turkeys and a wide variety of birds making their way to the pond across the lane. You may also see us working on the property as we are beginning our homestead journey at our home across the lane. We have begun our family garden, have a coop full of chickens and are working to enhance your guest experience at the cottage with more outdoor features to enjoy. We value your privacy, but are happy to come say hi or make some local recommendations.

Guest access
You have your own dedicated parking space with a lighted gravel path leading to the front porch. The cottage is located on property including a large pole barn that is currently used for storage and projects for our family business. Feel free to walk the path around the perimeter of the property, exploring the beautiful views.

Crossville is a hidden gem, with the best weather in the state, tons of outdoor adventures, golf, and easy access to Knoxville, Chattanooga and Nashville!

Lake Tansi Golf Course is only 2 miles away where you can play a game of golf and grab lunch at 19th Hole Restaurant. This cabin sleeps 2 in the one queen bed, and 2 more on a sleeper sofa.

There is a beautiful front porch with seating to enjoy the beautiful Tennessee outdoors. Have a morning cup of coffee with a loved one or enjoy a quiet afternoon reading a book!

Kitchen/living room combo; bedroom/bath combo.
