Mike and his family have owned this inn for around a year and have really made a lot of wonderful changes and are remodeling it as they can. I read the reviews after I stayed there actually some of the reviews would have made me not stay so I'm glad I didn't read them first. Most of the reviews are from way before the new owners, and they have really made a difference. My granddaughter and I felt very safe and well taken care of. They try not to book you right next to another guest if they can help it so you have a lot of privacy. Thank you Mike for a very memorable stay I will definitely stay here again your in a perfect location in the center of everything. I highly recommend this Inn to anyone needing to stay awhile. The housekeepers do a fantastic job. The breakfast is pretty good, though lots of carbs and could do with some fresh fruit added. The house is located less than 10 minutes from Pates Ford Marina home of Fishlipz restaurant & bar which offers the best food, and nightlife on Center Hill Lake. Amenities include queen beds, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a tile shower, and parking for your boat & vehicle. It’s perfect for trips to Center Hill or a day trip to Nashville (Music City USA!)

This is a small 1 bedroom efficiency apartment close to TTU and downtown area. A small drive will put you at several state parks, lakes and water fall locations. You have Cable and WiFI with a Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen does not have a dining room table but have provided portable TV stands to eat from. Also provided is a microwave and Curig coffee maker for that ideal cup of morning coffee. The space is perfect for a getaway with all the basic amenities.

Smithville Huge Private Room with Wifi, streaming, big screen tv, washer/dryer. 2 minutes from Center Hill Lake. 15 minutes to Hidden Harbor Marina, 10 minutes to Walmart. 25 minutes to Edgar Evins State Park (lake, marina, bird watching). Less than 1 hour to several amazing waterfalls including Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, and Fall Creek Falls. Spend a day on the water (swimming, boating, kayaking) or hiking and come back to enjoy a cook out on the charcoal grill or a bonfire under the stars

A unique hidden gem. The house is tucked away, down a valley, leading to Center Hill Lake. Far enough outside of town for plenty of peace and quiet. Yet close enough for groceries, shopping, restaurants, and bars.

A cute, quiet, relaxing retreat located 3 miles from Livingston. Watch the wildlife gaze right in front of your eyes and enjoy a man-made lake off of a
large deck. This cottage is a beautiful getaway for you! Enjoy the outdoor grill, fire pit and just relax. We are located 20 minutes from Dale Hollow Lake and Cummins Falls.
