Guest access: The entire cabin is yours to enjoy. You will also have access to our on-site laundry room and propane barbecue under the pergola by our meadow.
Other things to note:
Please drive slowly and carefully on our entry road, especially at night. It can be dark here and we like to keep it that way so that you can enjoy the night sky from your cabin porch.

Mosaic Cabin on the river is an open concept tiny home with direct access to the outdoors. We bring the outside in (if you so choose)! She’s built with love. Accents include shiplap, metal, custom tiled bathroom, garage door and opener! You’ll find a queen bed with luxurious bedding to give you the perfect night’s rest. The bathroom is a retreat in itself. Relax and soak in our freestanding tub with a full Mosaic tile wall in background. Took us a couple weeks and every tile is a leftover from another project. We upcycled! You’ll be surrounded by eclectic art, fantastic lighting, a record player, a mini fridge, keurig (we provide the k cups). The studio has a garage door that opens to an expansive 240 sq. ft deck…we call that your living room! The property is pristine. You’ll be surrounded by warm lighting in the trees. You’ll find hammocks, swings, roses and wildflowers all spring and summer, fire pits with cooktops for grilling, and the absolute best space in the area for some night sky viewing. You can easily walk into Sparta for dinner or drinks or a day of shopping. Two guests only please. Oh and don’t forget your souvenir photo in front of the angel wings! PS-we don't have WiFi but good cell service so be sure to plan for that!

A big Fisherman's "catch" - A cute, clean loft style open concept cabin nestled on a hill in the woods that overlooks our 45 acre farm. Decorated in a vintage fishing theme. A pillow top King bed downstairs in the main area, two full sized beds in the loft, a full kitchen, and a beautiful open deck with a 28 jet two person jacuzzi overlooking horse pastures and a beautiful view of the valley and rolling hills.

One full bath, and a cozy living area with a couch and a faux fireplace.

We have wooded hiking trails on the property, a huge outdoor pavilion with stone fireplace and abundant wildlife viewing.

It is a stretch to call it a "beach", but it is easy water access and nicer than getting out at a pier so we enjoyed it all the same. I would come back and recommend it to anyone."

The "Bunkhouse" cabin has a vintage Western decor with lots of western artifacts. The cabin has one private bedroom with a queen size bed and full size closet. The private bathroom has a full shower and a stack-able washer and dryer and a utility closet.

Just outside the bedroom there is a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, kitchen table, and a full kitchen with a range and full sized refrigerator / freezer. Cookware, glasses, plates, utensils, cleaning products, etc... are all provided.

The cabin has excellent WIFI and a streaming TV. A gas grill is located just outside the front door.

There is a quiet and relaxing back porch with rocking chairs looking over the pastures and mountain views - a great spot for morning coffee or a glass or two of wine in the evening.

We have wooded hiking trails on the property, a huge outdoor pavilion with stone fireplace and abundant wildlife viewing.

Because we love our 4-legged friends, this cabin, just like our other ones, is PET FRIENDLY! Just add on the $50 one-time pet fee to your booking and your pet is welcome :-)

The space
This small, brand-new construction cabin is absolutely ideal for 1-2 adults! However, there is a new (genuine leather) sofa bed with a gel foam mattress that can accommodate two additional guests in the living area.

Enjoy what we describe as "Slow-TV" from the deck or patio! We find that watching the river, the cows and seeing the beauty of nature, listening to all of the song birds, farming sounds and daily life is extremely relaxing.

This cabin has a FULL-SIZE kitchen with FULL-SIZE appliances! Filtered water and automatic icemaker, dishwasher, oven/stove, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave oven, cooking oils, spices, slow cooker and an outdoor propane BBQ!

You will have a covered deck with ceiling fans, hot tub and dining table. You will also have a lower patio that has a propane BBQ, Adirondack chairs, fire-pit, hammock and Cornhole game.

Heading out for an adventure? Fill the water bottles with filtered water, grab the cooler and fill it with ice and don't forget the bug spray! You may want to bring along the growlers if you are going to a brewery (Calfkiller Brewery and Happy Trails Brewery are both less than a 5-minute drive from the cabin!)

The cabin is located on our two-acre property surrounded by small farms, cows and overlooking the river. There is no direct access to the river from the property, however, if you drive a mile in either direction, there is public areas to put kayaks in the water.

You will have access to approximately 1/2 acre of property (grass/trees) surrounding the cabin.
Other things to note
-Only registered guests may visit and/or stay at RiverBrü Cabin.
-Smoking/Vaping is prohibited in the cabin.
-To respect our neighbors, quiet time is from 9PM-6AM
-We absolutely love them, but no dogs are allowed to stay unless they are actual Service Animals. If guest misrepresents the a pet as a Service Animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.

Plenty of room in the driveway for multiple cars and your boat! The property is located on a dead end cul de sac. Pates Ford Marina is less than 1 mile down the road where you can launch your boat or rent one. Fish Lipz Bar (seasonal/closes after a Labor Day) at the marina has a full menu, drinks, & live music on the weekends!
The cabin is fully equipped for a comfortable stay! Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and closet for storage. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed; full size bed on bottom and twin on top. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with updated black fixtures. Plenty of storage under the sink and behind the mirror! We created this peaceful oasis because we believe that world needs more joy, more calm, more happiness. This property is located an almost 10 minute walk to Downtown Sparta. The studios are located at the end of a dead end street overlooking the rolling hills of Middle TN as well as the ever beautifully flowing Calfkiller River. We rent each unit separately but by request, we have bundled all three for that perfect staycation, vacation, or just that much needed mental health break.
All 3 cabins are suitable for 2 adults and each unit has a queen bed. Units one and two have gorgeous soaking tubs and the third has a large walk in shower...we provide the robes! There are Keurigs and mini refrigerators and we provide plenty of KCups. We have installed quiet garage doors that open your bedroom/living spaces onto expansive decking, creating an open air vibe. Each unit has privacy walls for each deck space as well as private outdoor fire pits with outdoor furnishings (Adirondack chairs, hammocks, and swings are sprinkled all over the property). Just wait until you see this space at night!! Sparkling trees abound, italian lighting, murals on the buildings are lit, just so much fun!

Enjoy the mountain air on one of the two decks, serenaded by the soothing sounds of the water stream flowing below the cabin. There is a full kitchen which includes Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Microwave. Relax in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite streaming show on the smart TV which you can log into your favorite streaming device or surf the web. The master bedroom is located downstairs going down the circular stairs into a small sitting area. This bedroom is also complete with a smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and are both queen beds. The bathroom is a full tub and shower complete with towels for your stay. We do allow for pets but do charge an additional $100 pet fee on top of the standard cleaning fee which will be requested after your booking. NOTE: The property includes a spiral staircase, and your family's safety is important to us. Please keep a watchful eye on your kids to prevent accidents.

Important Driveway Notice:
Please be aware that the driveway leading to the cabin is steep and, like many gravel roads, has areas affected by washout, which may slow your travel. Low-riding vehicles are discouraged due to the risk of bottoming out. Additionally, there is no room to turn around with a towed trailer; you would need to back down the driveway to the nearest turning point.

This beautiful property is a wildlife refuge and the wildlife populating the property are for your viewing pleasure. The cabin is set up for all your needs. Just bring you and whatever your heart desires for your dining needs. Located on the beautiful Cumberland plateau, you will find many intriguing places to explore such as Fall creek falls, Burgess falls, Virgin Falls and more, along with several near by golf courses. Centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga.

My cabin is secluded, in a rural area. It is 768 square feet & is one open room with a bathroom. It is divided into kitchen, living & bedroom areas. The back deck looks out over the wooded area. The cabin has Dish TV service and satellite WiFi service. The cabin is close to center hill lake with its many swimming options. We love this cabin and hope that you love it as much as we do. Our cabin is open to all people who will respect its uniqueness and enjoy all the property has to offer.

The space
The cabin sits back and below the road surface. The cabin is built on pilings, jutting out over the land as it falls away to the creeks below. When you look out from the back of the house or the back porch you are at tree top level. In the summer the cabin is surrounded by greenery. The creeks run at different levels based on the rain, and when they are near full you can hear the water running from the deck. There is a fire pit about half way down to the creeks and another fire pit near where 2 creeks merge into one. It takes some skill to maneuver down to the creeks since the terrain is steep, but is so worth the effort. This is a great place to work, study and unwind.

You will have use of the entire cabin, and the large back porch. The property goes to just the other side of the creek and approximately 100 feet on either side of the cabin. I ask that you bring your own firewood and to not cut down any of the trees over the creek or on the property. I would like to keep the area as natural as possible.
I also have a number of board and card games in the cabin for guests to use. I have a number of books that guests might find interesting, such as a guide to plants and animals in the area, hiking books and guides to local waterfalls, fishing guides and history of the area.

Other things to note
There is no hunting allowed on the property and it is the renters' responsibility to obtain any or all hunting/fishing permits and to do so only in permitted areas. If you are staying for the purpose of hunting/fishing in nearby areas there is a large cutting board located under the king size bed that you can use to clean your catch. Please don't put it away until it is dry. I suggest placing on the back porch until it dries.
Also, I strongly suggest that guests use a insect repellent, such as Deep Woods Off. It is important to remember that you are in a wooded area and you want to avoid insect bites, including chigger bites. You will not realize that you have been bitten until several days later and they can be most unpleasant. Prevention will make your stay so much more enjoyable. Also I don't allow smoking in and around the cabin.

The space
Our modern cabin has 3 BR and 2 full baths with lots of stained pine and a mix of rustic and modern decor. Master has king bed there is a queen bed in other main floor bedroom. The upstairs has a queen bed in a guest bedroom There is a stained pine loft with cross walk open to below. The back has mainly forest views with a covered deck which can be used anytime and very relaxing. Cell service is good. Hi speed WiFi available.

The back porch is mostly covered with a outdoor table a Jacuzzi Spa and a gas grill. There is a covered Car port with room for 1 vehicle. There are 2 TVs, with You Tube TV and gas log fireplace, with washer and dryer, kitchen appliances and front Porch swing. Coffee maker with kuerig or filters and other small appliances.
If you want to grill let me know so I can make sure it is ready for you.

Other things to note
There are some new homes nearby and around back but shrubs and privacy fence creates your own space. Please be aware of parking under trees if storms are in the forecast as we can't control falling limbs. If you hear a noise hitting the roof occasionally (rare) it’s probably a hickory nut. If using the Fire pit please take care and put out with water before bedtime.

A 768 sq ft cabin on 5 acres backs up to Branch Lake. TV's on 1st floor & Loft has sloped ceiling, so "tall" persons be warned, sleeps 2 "comfortably" (1-Qn bed+2- Futons+ floor mattress) can accommodate up to 7 if required. Please make an "inquiry" to increase the listing to max qty.
Kitchenette and living rm combo, room for one "chef" at a time (as pictured) with apt size stove, frig, Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, microwave, toaster, dishes, and much more (manual dishwashing required ;0). There is a washer & dryer and a small but mighty BBQ Grill as well.

The cabin is a wonderful place for a family retreat or couples getaway! It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.

The space
The original cabin was a two room structure made from hand sawed logs approximately 100 years ago. It was remodeled completely in 2011. At that time the roof was raised-
adding a loft room and a half bath/laundry room.
On the lower level, a full bathroom was also added. The entire downstairs consists of a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and a table that accommodates 6 comfortably. The den has a sofa bed and a flat screen television. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower located downstairs.
Upstairs, in the loft, there are two queen beds and two twin beds, a flat screen television, and a half bath with a washer and a dryer. The loft is very roomy and comfortable, but the ceiling is lower than normal height near the exterior walls and at the bathroom entrance.
There are two porches- one has two rocking chairs and a small table and four chairs- perfect for eating outside and drinking coffee while enjoying the sounds of nature and the creek. The other smaller porch has two benches and also has a creek view.

Guest access
You are welcome to enjoy the entire two story cabin. If you want to avoid a few stairs and stay on the lower level, you can make the sofa bed in the den and enjoy being near the fireplace and television. You will also find on the lower level the eat in kitchen (modern stainless steel appliances and a table that seats at least 6) and a full bathroom. The upper level - a spacious loft -
has a television, 2 queen & 2 twin beds, and a half bathroom with a washer & dryer. The partial wrap around porch may be your favorite place- the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty and sounds of the creek and nature.

It is a 15 minute drive to the center of Smithville, where there are restaurants and grocery stores, including a Walmart. It is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the Nashville airport. On the drive to the cabin you will see some properties that are not well maintained; however, once you reach the cabin the neighborhood is very well-kept and serene.

Please note - the loft is where the two queen beds are located. It is accessed by steep stairs, and is not recommended for children or the elderly. There is a pull-out bed located on the main level.

The fireplace shown in the picture is not operable and can not be used, but feel free to enjoy the firepit just steps from the back of the house (Bring your own firewood), what a perfect way to unwind and completely slow down to enjoy every moment with friends, family, or just yourself. In addition you may use the outside sauna for additional time to detox.
You may even see a deer or 2. See the night sky with no light pollution, breathe the clean mountain air, and ramble around the space. This property sleeps 4 "comfortably" with 1 King bed located in the loft area and 1 queen bed located in downstairs bedroom. The living room and the bedrooms have Vizio TV's which you can relax and watch over 150 free channels or stream your favorite movie sites with our high speed wireless internet.
