The Diamond 'B' cabin is located 12 miles South of Maryville Tennessee and 12 miles from the start of the "Tail of the Dragon" . We are located on the West (Peaceful) side of the Smoky Mountains. The cabin is just a half mile off of TN Highway 72 about two miles from where 72 intersects US 129 - Pumpkin Center. It's a great location for biker enthusiasts & sports car enthusiasts or folks just looking for a get-a-way to a peaceful relaxing cabin. Location is just a few miles from the Foothills Parkway, the US 129 "Dragon" Harley Davidson outpost and the infamous 'Tail of the Dragon'. Twenty-four miles from Deals Gap Motorcycle Resort. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are both about an hour away. One bedroom and very spacious with a gorgeous well equipped kitchen with a bar that overlooks a nice sized living room. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

The cabin has many great features. FREE WiFi A one bedroom with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a Jenn-Air range that allows for grilling indoors, a microwave oven and built-in dishwasher. Two decks for you to kick back a relax and enjoy the outdoors. You'll also find a washer and dryer and boot/glove dryers in case you happen to get caught in the rain. Several games and videos for any downtime you may have. Located just off highway 72 on 3 acres of ground on a quiet paved road. Only a few miles from the start of the 'Tail of the Dragon' and several other great rides located on the outskirts of the Great Smokey Mountains. The cabin is stocked with plenty of maps with suggested rides. And if you'd like we can give you our personal favorites. We have a list of some of our favorites. - "This house has wonderful charm and the decore is perfect if you're there to hit the I-129 road know as the Dragon's Tail or any of the local rides. It's located on a back road with very little to no traffic. It has great outdoor sitting areas where you can watch fireflies in the evening. I was able to wash my motorcycle with the retractable hose and spray nozel provided. If you don't want to watch your own streaming service, there are lots of movies on dvd or even vhs. I would love to stay here again if I'm in the area."

A short drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National park and the new extension of the Foothills Parkway. Located about 15 minutes from the famous BlackBerry farms. Inside the cottage you will find authentic barn wood walls. The front porch is a favorite place to relax in the tranquility of natures beauty.

The space
Nature at it's best while drinking coffee from the front porch of this cottage! While at the cottage there are books, games, cards, TV, internet cell phones work fine. No land line. Taking a nice walk in the woods, sitting on the front porch just relaxing. The cottage master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen bed, guest bedroom sleeps 2 in a full size bed and the living room has a pull out sofa sleeper with a extra topper for more comfort. Electric fireplace in the living area. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, coffee pots, toaster. The location is very convenient but yet private enough. NO Party's NO Smoking, NO PETS (Allergies) We are about 1 mile to little river and public access to the river.

The cottage is approx. 20 minutes from the Knoxville airport. Flights through McGhee Tyson (TYS). We are right beside the Barn at Wildwood Springs( weddings and gatherings) Approx. 30 min drive to Cades Cove, Great Smokey Mountains National Park and the new Foothills Parkway extention. We are about 40 minutes from the dragon, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and about 50 minutes to Gatlinburg. Located 2 miles from little river and River Johns Outfitters (Kayaks and canoe rentals). We are approx. 30 minutes from UT Campus. There are many good places to eat just a short drive into Maryville or Townsend. We also have many local antique shops in this area. Summer fun is going swimming in little river or floating on tubes. There are also public pools located in Maryville. We have a charcoal grill at the cottage if you want to bring charcoal to grill and we do have wood for the fire pit at the cottage.

You will be given a door code before you arrive. Please DO NOT arrive early unless we have told you the cottage is ready or you can message us and ask if its ready. We need proper cleaning time. We do ask that you let us know an approximate time so we will be ready for you. If it is late and you book the same night just call us and we will make sure you have the code if you don't have it. Also we ask that upon leaving you send a text or call to let us know when the cottage is empty. Thank you!

Guest will have full access to the entire property/cabin except the the three outside Sheds, one closet for staff and the crawl space under the deck. Guest will be given a an access / door code for easy check-in.

Vehicle parking is a breeze as you park for free down the one drive way provided.

We are 14 minutes away from McGee Tyson Airport.
For traveling nurses this is a great location since the Main Hospital is 8 minutes away

And (17 minutes ) to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Explore Cades Cove, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Anakeesta and More.

Being the cabin is in Tennessee, and somewhat of a rural environment, (farm is across the road) you may encounter wildlife and occasional insects. Sometimes outside insects can make an indoor appearance. If that makes you squeamish, this is not the booking for you.

Our handcrafted wood cabin has an ideal central location less than a half hour from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park for hikers and Cades Cove visitors. Likewise we are 25 minutes to the University of Tennessee for football games or college visits. Maryville College is just 3 miles away and McGhee Tyson Airport only 6 miles.
This homey cabin with a great room/high ceiling roominess is tucked down near a creek with relaxed privacy and a front porch ideal for chilling out in a rocker.

The space
This cabin feels cozy with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen and a roomy, high-ceiling central living area. The level front yard has a fire pit, and enough area to play lawn games. It borders a delightful small creek.

This is an entire cabin to which you'll have full access.

Other things to note
If you do bring a pet, there is a $40 pet fee per pet. Please leave that in the notebook on the kitchen table. Thank you. We do ask that you not allow your pets on the furniture, and that you keep them on a leash when outside. Please clean up after your pets outside.

If you are here for three weeks or longer, there will be additional biweekly cleanings (once every two weeks; each $150/clean). Typically, the cleaner has the code and would come in on a Saturday (after 10a.m.) and clean. For longer stays, you may discuss the timing of those cleanings with us.

There are No stairs inside the Cabin or getting inside the cabin from the driveway. This cabin has a completely flush entrance from the driveway into the cabin and onto the deck. There is one set of stairs from the upper deck to the lower deck -if someone has mobility issues they can just use the extra large upper deck with the view.
