FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $350 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $350 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in almost all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.
*There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

Creekside Cabin is a beautifully converted wood shop & lumber barn that is cozy, spacious & private. Nestled at the edge of the woods on our five acres, it's just minutes to everything Chattanooga has to offer! Upstairs is a spacious queen bedroom and full bath. The Italian-made modular staircase is similar to a "ships ladder" with alternating treads (see photos), and may not be appropriate for those that are physically challenged. Downstairs is a living area with comfy furniture, Smart TV with provided Netflix, and a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Relax on the covered wrap-around deck and enjoy the sounds of the creek, birds, squirrels and deer.

In addition to the cabin itself, guests at Creekside also have full access to some shared spaces. Just outside the cottage is a beautiful timber-frame pavilion. It's an incredible space with a full chef's kitchen, 36" gas range, 10' dining bar, 12' hand-built farm table, wood-fired oven, huge professional charcoal grill/smoker, plenty of seating, fans, chandeliers, and lots of character!

Alongside the cabin and pavilion, guests will enjoy sounds of the creek cascading down the hillside as it wraps around the spacious fire pit area landscaped with huge mountain boulders.

Welcome to our adorable 2020 built 400 sq ft log cabin which is the perfect size for 2 people. It is minutes from the Lookout Mountain Flight Park hang glide landing zone where you can enjoy a tandem hang glide experience with an instructor and soar like a bird. We are a 20 minute drive to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Cloudland Canyon State Park is a 15 minute drive . Downtown Chattanooga is a 25 minute drive away.
We rent this cabin a few months a year and have it available to visiting friends and family the rest of the time . It is located in our front field of our 17 acre property and has a nice deck overlooking the pasture across the street and faces west so you can enjoy watching the sun set . It is a relaxing and clean home to use as your sightseeing base.
The cabin has high speed fiber internet and Amazon Prime , Freevee, Tubi and Sling are streaming on the 50" living room TV. There is an assortment of board games and books .
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a small electric fireplace that can be used with the heater option or just to set ambiance. This room has black out blinds.
A full size stove and an oven are in the kitchen to cook meals. A drip coffee maker , toaster , pots , pans, utensils and dishes are stocked in the kitchen. The kitchen has a table for meals or to play cards on. A charcoal grill and outdoor seating is set up for your enjoyment.
The bathroom has a walk in shower. No tub or spa . No washer or dryer either .
Absolutely no animals are allowed. We have our own dogs, turkey and chickens on the property . The dogs are never loose unless we are with them .
You may be lucky to see deer, foxes, turkeys , opossums. raccoons and many birds including screech owls which a local raptor rehab has released on our property .. The closest grocery stores Ingles and Food City, are 10 minutes away in Trenton , GA . Trenton also has a bbq, Mexican , Hamburg & wings and a pizza restaurants . Also a CVS pharmacy and a liquor store. Walmart Supercenter is 20 minutes away in Chattanooga on Cummings Highway.

Relax at this beautifully hand-crafted refined rustic cabin nestled in a hidden cove at the foot a wooded ridge. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, private setting, you will love Hidden Cove Cabin. Just outside of the city limits, Hidden Cove Cabin is only minutes from everything we love about Chattanooga!

Built with your comfort in mind, there are two queen bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Both bedrooms have brand new super comfy mattresses, and each room has its own 42" smart TV. The rooms are adorned with reclaimed barnwood feature walls, and each bedroom has a different full wall photo-mural of beautiful local scenery...there's even QR codes on the murals, so you can easily find out how to get to each destination! There are shelves next to each side of the beds with convenient receptacles for charging your phones. The overhead lights have dimmers, and there are small lamps next to each side of the beds as well. Also, both bedrooms have bars (with hangers) for hanging clothes. For ultimate comfort, each bedroom has its own a/c and heat control.

The full bath has a custom-built shower, and is stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels, hand-towels, and wash cloths. There's also a blow dryer, disposable razors and toothbrushes, just in case.

Downstairs is a spacious open floor plan with a large well-equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for six, a half bath, and a living room with a leather sofa and full size very comfortable futon. There's a wall-mounted 52" smart TV in the living room that can be adjusted to be visible from anywhere in the room. The TV is connected to a sound bar for a really great full sound. If you need to connect to the office, or catch up on some work, there's a writing desk, and a full Gig of Wi-Fi. There's lots of natural light in the space with several large windows and french entry doors. And, like the upstairs bedrooms, there is separate a/c and heat control for the downstairs.

There's also a huge farm table (seats 12). The fire pit and pavilion are shared spaces, and are also available for use by the owners and other visitors.

The Van Winkles have owned this amazing farm for 28 years. It once had a historic mansion, circa 1810, standing like a sentinel on the hill. The pavilion was built on the foundation of the old mansion and is available for our guests. The Rustic Log Cabin next to the pavilion is very atmospheric and the trails all around the property are perfect for riding, walking and exploring. Over 220 Acres at your disposal. Enjoy the ten foot porches ( 3 ) The fire pit, cornhole games, and outdoor adventure that this property provides. Come for the privacy and relaxation. Access to miles and miles of trails Just up the street no trailering! Awesome views and great place to unwind after a great day of riding. Fire Pit, deck and plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Can ride to a gas station and trails to restaurants. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone via Norma Rd. Takes about 15 to 20 mins. You can be at RRB in about 40 mins. Windrock is about 45 mins by road or dirt road and 3 ish hours by trail. You can also access tackett creek via RRB.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a small creek crossing to get to our cabin, about 1-2 feet deep, depending on the recent rainfall. A SUV or truck would be ideal for this, though we have had cars make it through just fine. We will be installing a bridge by spring 2025.

Snuggled right against the woods, this cabin sits on a 400 acre farm. It was built on our working farm in 2003 to be rustic, with no plumbing or electricity, and has been enjoyed by our family and friends for almost 20 years. It's now been totally remodeled and we're excited to share our cabin and our farm with you!

Our cabin is a full mile off of the main road, so you'll enjoy a beautiful drive on our farm to get there and complete tranquility while you're there. It is a peace and quiet like you've probably never known, and just wait until you see the stars! Relax in the hot tub overlooking a pond that is stocked with fish. Or play in the creek that you'll drive over on your way! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch and grilling out on the large side porch.

Inside is one big, open room with plenty of sleeping options, including a queen bed on the main floor, 2 queens in the cozy loft (PLEASE NOTE: this has a clearance of 4.5 feet), and a pull-out full size sofa bed in the living room. It’s PERFECT for just two people, or can sleep up to 8.

Our farm is 10 minutes from Baileyton, which has a Dollar General and several restaurants and gas stations, but you may want to stop at a grocery store and stock up on your way here :) nice restaurants and lots of fun things to do in Greeneville, Johnson City, and Kingsport, which are all an easy 20-25 minute drive away. Plenty of hiking, waterfalls, horseback riding, mountain bike and many state parks. We are about 40 minutes from Bristol and 1 h 15 min from Knoxville.

As said above, our farm is a working farm and we sell all-natural, pasture-raised beef direct to customers. So if you are interested in us putting some delicious steaks, ground beef, a roast, or anything else in the fridge for your stay, we'd be happy to do so! Situated on a quiet dead end road. The space has a queen memory foam bed and twin futon for relaxing along with a hammock by the firepit. There is an outdoor kitchen that is shared, that has hot running water and 3 burner stove, Large blackstone griddle, propane and charcoal grills Exploration of our woods is really encouraged. We are situated very close to local, state trails, waterfalls and forests. We are in between Nashville and Gatlinburg TN, up on the Cumberland plateau. Your parking space will be about 100 yds from the treehouse but an easy walk. Our shop/living quarters are approx 120 feet away, if you should need anything.

You have access to our 40 acre private forest with its trails and tree platforms. Please remember that it is a forest and there is wildlife living here. In the winter time you don't have as much danger with the local wildlife.

We will always be available to help, answer a question, fix a problem or get you what you need. Please feel free to knock on the door. During your stay It is better to contact us directly rather than message us, it's just quicker unless we aren't here.

We are situated on a dead end road off the beat and path which makes for a quiet neighborhood!

The private bathroom is a composting 5G bucket toliet.

Pets are welcome, but please remember that we have squirrels/wildlife. you do not have to keep your dog on a leash, if you are comfortable with letting them roam. You know what behavior your dog is capable of, so we let you decide leash or no leash. Please pick up poo if it is left on trail (bags provided) You are responsible for any damage done by your pets (current market replacement of item). Please see us about replacing the item(s) before you leave the property.

Our newest cabin is inspired by a rustic hunting lodge or fishing shack. It's an intimate space full of character. The space
Originally used as hunting cabin, our hope as we remodeled our space was to provide an elevated experience for those who love the outdoors but wanted to do so in something other than a tent! We strive to combine the comforts and conveniences of home with the adventure of the great outdoors!

A few things to note:

While we strive to provide a comfortable, modern and convenient stay, there are some realities to the location of our property that should be considered before booking a stay. We encourage you to read everything thoroughly and ask any questions before booking with us.

First things first, our property is located on sixty acres in a rural area in Harriman, about halfway in between Knoxville and Nashville. The closest "major" city is Kingston, Tennessee. If a peaceful getaway is what you are looking for, then keep on reading!

The cabin itself is located down a gravel driveway that requires 4x4 or AWD. If you don't have an appropriate vehicle, no worries at all, we have a few different options that you can choose from. We will coordinate in advance, and you can either take the short walk down, take one of our 4wheelers, or we can drive you down ourselves. Don't let this deter you, it hasn't been an issue for any of our guests and we are always happy to make it work any way that we can!

During the winter months, we cannot guarantee running water. As stated above, there is always an indoor bathroom but during times when the temperature is below freezing the water will have to be shut off. We provide gallons of spring water for drinking, cooking and hand washing.

One last thing to consider before booking...

We have elected not to use window coverings at the cabin. We are located on 60 acres so privacy should not be a concern.

+No smoking of any kind permitted inside of the cabin. If smoking outside please ensure to put out completely and properly dispose to prevent any accidental fires.

If any of the above house rules are broken, guests could be subject to additional fees.

There is another house on the property that might be occupied by Moonrise Farm owners during your stay. The location of the cabin on the property is completely secluded and it is unlikely there would be any interaction between guests.

Guests will have access to all areas of the cabin and are welcome to explore the woods but will do so at their own risk. Owner is not responsible for any injury that may occur while on the property. There is another home that is sometimes occupied by Moonrise Farms owners. We ask that you not access that area unless you are specifically asked to do so by the hosts.

Beautiful OFF GRID pet friendly cabin located on the Clearfork River. Over a mile of secluded river frontage and 4 SEASONAL waterfalls. Huge bluffs to explore. Large gated deck with picnic table and gas grill. Great place for you and your furry friends to hang out. This is OFF GRID, OFF ROAD, needing off road capable vehicle and adveturous outdoors loving people. The space
Loft bedroom with queen bed and great window view!! LIving area has fold out couch for extra sleeping. Located close to the Big South Fork national park Sometimes getting off the beaten path is hard to beat!! 4x4 or all wheel drive is helpful. The cabin has a 64 square foot separate bathroom that's right by the cabin with sink and full shower. Hot running water on demand. solar battery powered inverter for tv/dvd, , coffee maker etc. Gas grill and picnic table on the huge deck for your enjoyment. We even provide a huge cooler for your food. Just bring food and ice and get ready for fun!! I have my home on the property so i will be there if you need anything. We invite you to bring your dogs with you we love them and have several that stay in our fence.

Other things to note
The cabin is located close(11 miles) to Jamestown where you can shop and eat including walmart. The road into the property is an old logging road. We keep it in shape but just know its not ideal for low vehicles and if it has rained much it does get some puddles and is slippery in places. This is nothing for a vehicle with good traction tires (not smooth car tires), and has a hill on it. We've had almost every type of vehicle to the cabin but a lot of it depends on you. What are you used to. There is cell service up on the main road for most carriers but at the cabin you will only hear the river and the birds. Believe me it's peaceful!!

Located near the village of Hampshire, just an hour from Nashville, 20 minutes from Columbia and 10 minutes from Natchez Trace, Ishatae sits in a lovely wooded setting on a 200 acre all natural blueberry farm. If you are wanting a quiet place in nature this is the place. If you come during the month of June and or early July you might enjoy picking some nice ripe blueberries. Wifi is spotty in this area so be prepared to be unplugged.

The space
There is a small pond close by and lots of room to explore.
The cabin has a quiet charm with special touches throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans. We provide linens and towels. Above the kitchen is a loft with a full-size mattress. A special place for kids or the young at heart. The living room has a queen size sleeper-sofa.
Imagine some quiet time on the deck sipping wine from one of our three local wineries, or perhaps you would prefer to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard. Near the cabin is a small pond with fish if you like you could throw in a line.

The cabin is on a 200 acre farm with 2 acres of naturally grown blueberries. If you happen to be here during the season (June and early July) you might want to get a bucket and pick a few. There is plenty of property to explore. Because this area has little internet connection its a great time to unplug and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Get away to this cozy couple's cabin just minutes from trail riding, hiking, kayaking, and ATVing. Nestled in the woods on the south side of Big South Fork NRRA. Enjoy nature on the back porch or take in some of the local sites.

The space
This is a one room cabin with a queen size bed and futon. There is also a rocker with foot rest. Smart TV with wifi and a dvd player. Air conditioner for those warmer days and an electric fireplace heater when its cooler.

A small kitchen area with stove, microwave, toaster,
coffee pot, and small refridgerator. Bar area with 3 bar stools. Pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils provided. As well as, plates, bowls, cups, and glasses. Coffee, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper provided.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.intended to remind you of my 65 years ago memories at my grandparents place. We do not have a shower and hot water, but this is the way my grandparents lived. We do have great internet and a hotpot and air conditioning. if you can’t live without a daily shower, this isn’t the place for you lol. The main house (Red Rooster Inn) is a little more expensive, but it has 2 full bathrooms. Hope you enjoy peace and quiet!

The space
You can definitely find peace and serenity at Overlook Cabin. This rustic cabin sits on six private acres nestled amongst a large farm with a variety of exciting farm animals surrounding the property.

You will find a large front porch where you can sit in rocking chairs as the sun settles behind the mountains. The cabin includes a king size bed, kitchen, working space, coffee, Roku, and many other amenities.

Located only 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga this cabin is close to civilization but also on the edge of the earth. Commuting into the city is very simple with almost always very light traffic. There are many trailheads in close proximity to the site such as Prentice Cooper State Park, Rainbow Lake, South Gulf trailheads, South Cumberland State Park, Fall Creek Falls, and many more. If you are living more on the wild side enjoy paragliding off the same mountain side just minutes away. But please, no paragliding from the front yard!

There's never been so much fun, tranquility, and serenity in such a relaxing, peaceful, and scenic retreat.

Guests will have the cabin and six acres to themselves. There are horse farms surrounding the property with many different kinds of animals. Guests may enjoy watching the animals but please do not try to pet or feed them.

Also, the cabin does NOT have a doorbell camera. We want our guess to have complete privacy. However, the entrance to the property is monitored. The cabin is exclusively for couples who want to enjoy a private getaway or someone who'd like to work remotely in a peaceful environment. It is not for partiers and large groups.

Don't forget we are on the Devil's Triangle covering 116 ,62 and TN 330 44 mile loop you'll find a little bit of everything; sweepers, tight twisties and three of the tightest/steepest switchbacks we have ever encountered. We are 13 miles from Frozen Head State Park, which features 50 miles of family friendly hiking trails. There is a lot of level ground and large trailer parking in the back of the property just past the camping/cabin area. Windrock Hideout Cabin is 1/4 mile from Windrock's trails 26 and 27, and trail 43 is 2 miles closer to the prison. No trailering required be on the trail in seconds.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The property has a year-round creek running in front of it and it is surrounded by trees where you can hear and see many birds including Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Mocking birds, etc. hence the name "Our Nest".

Bigger than tiny and smaller than average, we have just completed the full renovation (Summer of 2022) of this mobile home. Located in one of Knoxville's best areas, 5 min away from the mall and all shops and restaurants around it

The space
The space is 750 sqft, bigger than tiny and smaller than average. This mobile home was completely updated and remodeled to make it a cabin, our nest.

The property is 1 acre in size, located at the bottom of a small hill surrounded by trees, some of which are Sycamore trees, the largest tree in the Eastern U.S. that can live up to 600 years.

As you walk in to your right you will see the kitchen with the latest induction cook stove with a built in air fryer. There is a small red refrigerator and red microwave. You will see a large farm sink (see in house rules info about safe septic), and a leather finish granite countertop. Also in the kitchen there is a high top table with 4 high top chairs. The table is a slab of a Sycamore tree like those larger trees on the property.

The master bedroom is not too small, it has a king bed and a small tv.

The second bedroom, more suited to children and young adults, is small and has a full size bunk bed. The lower bed is 12” from the floor. And the upper bed has about a 2 foot clearance to the ceiling. The room has a small nook where you can put a small laptop.

The property is on a road that can have some traffic during rush hour, with this we mean no traffic jams, just cars driving by. At night it is usually very quiet.

You will also see a front deck and a deck on the back. The deck on the back has a high top table with an umbrella where you can enjoy a meal.

On the gravel patio, you will see a Kamato BBQ, ideal for searing, grilling, slow cooking and even baking. There is a small fire pit, patio furniture and wooden picnic table with an umbrella.

The driveway goes over the creek and has space to park 2 cars.

Most of the time the creek water level is a few inches deep with a very mild current. If it rains several inches of water in a short amount of time the level can change rapidly, so be careful.

You might be able to see some wildlife. We have seen ground hogs, jack rabbits, deer, and lots of birds.

This listing is for one private treehouse that comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed layout featuring a queen bed, a lofted queen bed above the bathroom, a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a compact kitchenette with a bar sink, microwave, mini fridge, and basic essentials. The space is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or close-knit groups looking for a memorable stay in the treetops.

Step outside to explore the shared amenities, just a short walk away at Treehouse #6, including a full kitchen and dining area for group meals, a sauna, laundry room, fire pits with seating, a pergola, and a 2,000 sq. ft. turf area ideal for lounging or playing. While each treehouse offers a private space, the community layout is great for those who enjoy shared outdoor areas and gathering in nature.

Please note:
These tiny homes are intentionally compact (around 200 sq. ft.), so while they’re cozy and well-equipped, they are best suited for guests who travel light and enjoy minimalist living.
The kitchenette inside each unit is great for light meals, but guests planning to cook larger meals may prefer using the shared kitchen space.
While there are several outdoor gathering areas, they are not covered.

Treetop Escapes is tucked into a beautiful mountain setting in North Georgia. Located on the Trails End Campground property. Old Timer has all the charm of Grandpas old home place. The loft bedroom has a queen bed. Access to atv/side x side riding trails are just a stones throw away.

Cute and rustic cabin 5 minutes from the Windrock General store. This cabin is studio style that sleeps 5. Has a full kitchen and 1 full bathroom. The cabin has 1 queen, bunkbed, and futon in living area. Secluded in nature but close to trails. No trailering needed. 2 vehicle and trailer limit. This is across the path from our large cabin, Ethan, in case you have a larger group that wants to stay close to each other. NO MORE THEN 2 TRUCKS AND TRAILER .
