This barn loft apartment is an open floor plan with just over 800 square feet of room to enjoy. 'THERE IS NO KITCHEN'. Rate is for two people, each additional person is $25.00 per night. Two (2) Queen size beds are available as well as (1) inflatable raised queen bed and a sofa to sleep on. The BATHROOM has a shower and no bathtub. High speed WIFI is in the loft. There are NO PETS ALLOWED. For allergy sensitive guests this is a hard rule.

There is a bean bag bed full size for children only. Large windows overlook the horse paddocks on both ends where you can watch the horses roam and relax in the sunshine.

Accommodations are comfortable and serene as the farm is located on a dead end street with little traffic. Restaurants are within a few minutes from the farm as well as shopping and entertainment. Stay put and relax or venture out into the County for sight seeing and adventure.

There is a gate at the entrance of the farm which is automatic. No keypad, drive up and gate opens.

Visit our small village Leipers Fork and enjoy shopping at our antique stores, browse our art galleries where local artists are displayed and then dine in our cafe and restaurants. Enjoy live music at Fox & Locke (formerly Pucketts) Wednesday is Song Writers night, Thursday in Leipers is open mic night, Friday and Saturday nights offer dinner and shows, reservations advised.

The farm has horses, cats and dogs roaming and greeting our guests. Daisy and Dolly (smaller, slower dog) are the 2 Golden Retriever greeting committee. Please drive slow, Dolly had bad front legs and moves slow.

You don't have to own or travel with your horse to stay. You are free to enjoy the sight of our little herd out in the fields.

We enjoyed the trails on the property every morning and, with just a short drive, were able to see even more of Tennessee's natural beauty on many well crafted hiking trails. We visited Northrup Falls and Gentleman's Swimming Hole - both a must if you go! Communication with the owners was great and we had everything we needed at the cabin to eat all our meals. Just wish there was a bed larger than a full, but that was not enough to bring down the entire trip! You won't regret staying here!"

Creekside Cabin is a beautifully converted wood shop & lumber barn that is cozy, spacious & private. Nestled at the edge of the woods on our five acres, it's just minutes to everything Chattanooga has to offer! Upstairs is a spacious queen bedroom and full bath. The Italian-made modular staircase is similar to a "ships ladder" with alternating treads (see photos), and may not be appropriate for those that are physically challenged. Downstairs is a living area with comfy furniture, Smart TV with provided Netflix, and a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Relax on the covered wrap-around deck and enjoy the sounds of the creek, birds, squirrels and deer.

In addition to the cabin itself, guests at Creekside also have full access to some shared spaces. Just outside the cottage is a beautiful timber-frame pavilion. This cozy, sunny loft is tucked away on the Cumberland Plateau in Sewanee, with the serene forest and hiking trails only yards away. A separate 2nd-floor entrance with key-code entry allows guests to come and go, and the kitchenette and laundry allow guests to stay comfortably for a week or more.

This cute two-bedroom, two-bath sits in the heart of Murfreesboro. Less than 10 minutes from I-24 and less than 4 minutes from Downtown and MTSU. Both rooms have their own full baths and plenty of closet space. The home was recently renovated. Master Bedroom has a queen bed and the guest has two full bunks with TVs in both bedrooms. 50" Flatscreen TV in the living room with wifi and streaming TV. The kitchen comes ready to serve with all the essentials. The laundry has a new washer/dryer.

The floor plan is a quaint open space that is perfect for family time, cooking, or getting a little work done. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. We are set up for long term stays for families in between housing or those moving into the area. We are also a perfect fit for short stays in Murfreesboro.

There is plenty of parking for two cars in the driveway. Entrances to the house include the front and back doors. The house provides easy access to Memorial Blvd and 41a, both of which are major roadways that connect to I-24 and I-840.

The Little Stone House is nestled in a little old neighborhood right off of Memorial Boulevard. If you are a walker you can make a right out of the driveway and there are lots of little neighborhood streets safe for walking you can explore. You are also within walking distance from several restaurant options along with a CVS and a fantastic breakfast spot Donut Country.

The house is located off of Memorial Blvd in the middle of town and close to everything. In the opposite direction of Memorial, you can walk into the older subdivisions if you have a pet and want to go on walks. Parking is available in the driveway, enough for several cars.

Welcome to our adorable 2020 built 400 sq ft log cabin which is the perfect size for 2 people. It is minutes from the Lookout Mountain Flight Park hang glide landing zone where you can enjoy a tandem hang glide experience with an instructor and soar like a bird. We are a 20 minute drive to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Cloudland Canyon State Park is a 15 minute drive . Downtown Chattanooga is a 25 minute drive away.
We rent this cabin a few months a year and have it available to visiting friends and family the rest of the time . It is located in our front field of our 17 acre property and has a nice deck overlooking the pasture across the street and faces west so you can enjoy watching the sun set . It is a relaxing and clean home to use as your sightseeing base.
The cabin has high speed fiber internet and Amazon Prime , Freevee, Tubi and Sling are streaming on the 50" living room TV. There is an assortment of board games and books .
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a small electric fireplace that can be used with the heater option or just to set ambiance. This room has black out blinds.
A full size stove and an oven are in the kitchen to cook meals. A drip coffee maker , toaster , pots , pans, utensils and dishes are stocked in the kitchen. The kitchen has a table for meals or to play cards on. A charcoal grill and outdoor seating is set up for your enjoyment.
The bathroom has a walk in shower. No tub or spa . No washer or dryer either .
Absolutely no animals are allowed. We have our own dogs, turkey and chickens on the property . The dogs are never loose unless we are with them .
You may be lucky to see deer, foxes, turkeys , opossums. raccoons and many birds including screech owls which a local raptor rehab has released on our property .. The closest grocery stores Ingles and Food City, are 10 minutes away in Trenton , GA . Trenton also has a bbq, Mexican , Hamburg & wings and a pizza restaurants . Also a CVS pharmacy and a liquor store. Walmart Supercenter is 20 minutes away in Chattanooga on Cummings Highway.

- "This guesthouse was larger in person than I was expecting from the photos. The main living area was quite big, with a sectional sofa, dining set, additional twin bed, and still plenty of extra room to move about. The loft bed was a favorite for the kids, and the main bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean with lots of storage and hooks for hanging towels and swim suits. There is an AC unit that cooled the entire space, although it did feel a bit humid inside for our stay…. But we were there during a heat advisory in the middle of a hot Tennessee summer so that may have had something to do with the humidity!! :) We rented the space in addition to the lodge, so we really appreciated how close it was to the main house. People staying in the guesthouse still felt like part of the group and easily went back and forth from lodge to guest house throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this space!"

There is plenty of parking for vehicles and 2 trailers around the house (we have had three 24’ trailers up there but not recommended) we have easier flat parking a couple blocks away in our dry flat yard. We have a hose with sprayer outside, old towels for ATVs/Dogs/mud clean up and a washer/dryer just inside the mudroom. There’s a couple boulders to park your SxS/Jeep on and take pictures at the top of the driveway. We have a firepit surrounded by boulders to sit on with solar lights around the perimeter and charcoal grill. Full amenities in the kitchen including blender, coffee makers, crockpot, and even an ice cream maker are provided for your use. The house has a huge deck with plenty of room to play games available or sit on the porch swing and read a book. We have high speed internet, smart TV, private TVs in both bedrooms and plenty of DVDs to choose from. The main bedroom suite has a large garden tub and a large separate shower. The living room couch does not pull out but is twin bed size with extra sheets in the bedroom closet, there are no more bunkbeds but there is a daybed/twin bed in the great room area. If you have little kids with small ATV/dirt bikes too small for trails we have a huge yard around the playset & firepit next door they can ride all over. - "Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet and the space was clean and cool, which made all the difference in the heat of summer. The decor on the patio and inside was so cute and homey, and the bed was so comfortable that I had to set alarms on vacation just to be sure I didn't stay in bed the whole time. Down the stairs on the deck, you have access to a sloped green yard that fills with beautiful lightening bugs at night and a dock with a pedal boat and two kayaks that will take you around the private section of the lake the house is on. I saw a neighbor across the lake catch fish, and we did some swimming/ floating in the lake as well. The deck has ample seating... A few chairs to lounge on while you kick your feet up, a table to have some outdoor meals (grill on deck), a fire pit and a hot tub. Inside you have a bedroom, kitchen, seating area for movies/ games, and a pool table/ ping pong table and dart board to pass time while the daily rainstorm passes through. You really can't ask for much more out of a lake house property- the owners really have thought of everything a lake house needs for you to enjoy your time.The property owners are wonderful and welcoming and made my husband and I feel right at home as if we were staying with family or family friends. The Firm Twin Platform Bed has direct access to the driveway entrance so you can come and go without notice. There is a writing desk in the room.

The bathroom is on the 2nd floor to the right of the kitchen and is shared by 1-2 other guests. The shower is turned on by pulling down the round section where water is coming out of the faucet.

You get a private entrance code to the driveway door lock. which is the same code used to unlock your bedroom door.

Guests can use the driveway entrance to unload luggage and then park either on the street or in the driveway if space is available.

The bedroom is located upstairs, along with a private attached bathroom counter and sink. The bathroom is Jack-and-Jill style with a shower and toilet in the middle, shared with another bedroom upstairs.

The private bedroom has closet and drawer space for your belongings, a full-length mirror, an air purifier / white noise maker, a tower fan, and a ceiling fan.

Guest access
There is not a TV in the bedroom, but guests are welcome to use the living area downstairs for the TV or another place to relax from 8am-9pm.

Downstairs, you are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, living area, and laundry room with us. We have wifi, Netflix and YouTube TV. We have a Keurig available for coffee or tea in the kitchen.

Please note that guests are NOT allowed to use the office area or bonus room located near the bedroom upstairs.

Our home is a brick ranch to be shared with us and our two small dogs. Relax on the screened-in back patio. Our home is located in a small neighborhood with a country feel in the Karns area of NW Knoxville.

Our home is in a family-friendly neighborhood. It is centrally located, about 15-20 minutes from everything in Knoxville, although the area feels removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The grocery store and Food truck court is 3 minutes away.

Neyland Stadium is 18 minutes away.

University of Tennessee is an easy drive of 17 minutes away.

Pigeon Forge is one hour away.

Gatlinburg is one hour, 10 minutes away.

Parking is in the driveway; please park on the right side of the driveway.

Our dogs are lap-friendly dogs who love people and other dogs. If we leave the house and don’t take our dogs with us, we will leave them in our basement apartment.

Unwind here. Walk an eighth of a mile south to a beautiful bridge and river where you can sit and meditate. Three quarters of a mile the other direction is a public spring where you can get the best water gratis. On the front porch is a hammock, on the back a swing for two. And the home is for sleeping.
In the spring and summer, use our garden space if you like. And in the area enjoy hanggliding, Signal Mountain, and numerous parks. If we are home, talk to me, let’s talk.

The space
This is a 2050 square foot double-wide, the home of our parents until recently when mother passed to her rest. We won't spoil the natural ambience with a TV, and hope you will do yourself the favor taking a break from a too-fast-moving digital age. But we do provide WiFi :)

You share a shower and toilet with two other rooms almost identical to yours.

We are Sabbath keepers, so Sabbath checkin or checkout is not available.

Guest access
You have privacy in your room. There you have a double bed, a simple chest, a closet for hanging items.. And if you rent both other available rooms, you have privacy in your bathroom also. You have access to everything else except the master bedroom and master bath. Use the laundry machines as you see fit, and nap on the shared couch or in the shared mechanical recliner. We are quiet folks. Enjoy our library of more than 20 shelves of books on a wide range of themes.

You can email us or text us or use WhatsApp to reach us. We sleep soundly, so if you are contacting us late, make sure we are expecting it.

Other things to note
We have a very warm cat that loves people. Eugene calls him Shadow. Heidi calls him Meow Meow. That is ironic because he is mute. He will come to you without you calling him at all because he is the single most affectionate cat you have ever met.

We have air conditioning (minisplit unit) that cool your room. Our price means we hope you won’t make it an expensive icebox.

Spacious private guest cottage with a view of the woods. Convenient to TVA Cumberland, Kentucky Lake, Land Between the Lakes and Cross Creek Natural Area. Also only 70 miles from Nashville. Lots of wonderful day trips to be had from this cozy and inviting location.

The space
Ridge Top Retreat is a beautifully decorated, fully furnished and private guest house in a quiet wooded setting. It has a full kitchen, bath with shower, laundry facilities and an open living area that includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress and a sofa bed. There is WiFi, an antenna for local TV, and a Roku so you can keep up with your favorite shows during your stay. There is a large deck on the back side of the house that offers privacy, a charcoal grill, table and chairs and a beautiful view of the woods.

Guest access
Guests have full access of Ridge Top Retreat and the private driveway that provides access to the property. There are two other families that live nearby so we ask that guests keep that in mind.

Other things to note
Erin, TN in Houston County has much to offer. The natural beauty is abundant so be sure to bring your camera. There are several restaurants nearby and both liquor and beer can be purchased locally. The Piggly Wiggly grocery in Erin is a 10 minute drive away. Here you can find just about anything to cook simple meals. If you are a fan of more gourmet cooking and snacking please plan to bring your favorites with you.
