Take a break and unwind at this peaceful country oasis. Private stand alone 600 sq. ft. guest house with private backyard. Minutes from downtown Murfreesboro, shopping, and restaurants. Just a hop, skip and a jump to Barfield Park with numerous outdoor activities. Short drive to local historical sites like Stones River Battlefield, Oaklands Mansion, and Rutherford County's pre-Civil War courthouse. The space
The bedroom has a queen size bed. Although the space can easily accomodate two people, if you have more people don't let that deter you! ( If you would like to use our queen size air mattress, it is available for an additional $15 charge per night. Bedding supplies will be provided. Please request upon booking.)

There is an alarm clock with a bluetooth speaker. 42 in. TV in the bedroom. Large bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a private patio in the back with a gas firetable. Living room has a 42 in. TV. Both TV's have Direct TV and capabilities for other servers. The apartment boasts high speed internet and a table that can be used for a work space. There is also an adjustable laptop table that can be used as a bed desk, or on a sofa. Games are in the living room TV cabinet. The kitchen has a full size refridgerator, pans, plates, bowls, coffee cups, silverware, glasses, microwave, cooking utensils, blender, two burner hotplate, toaster oven, Kurig with a variety of coffee.

Guests are able to use the entire space as well as the back patio. Back patio has a gas firetable as well as a bistro table with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Also, there is a large firepit in the front that they are also welcome to use with four adriondack chairs.

We have a queen size air mattress available in case you have more people to accommodate. It is a $15 addition per night.

This cozy, sunny loft is tucked away on the Cumberland Plateau in Sewanee, with the serene forest and hiking trails only yards away. A separate 2nd-floor entrance with key-code entry allows guests to come and go, and the kitchenette and laundry allow guests to stay comfortably for a week or more.

Stay in the. center of Hickman county, home of Minnie Pearl! Hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, brand new full kitchen, bath with walk-in shower, king size bed and new sofa bed with queen sleeper. A gorgeous mixture of new and antique furniture, original artwork and all new kitchenware including brand new pots and pans and cutlery. 65" TV, wifi included, in a secure second floor building, close to the Duck River Park, Grinder Switch Winery, restaurants and designer coffee house within walking distance on the square. This is a lovely, urban environment. There is plenty of street parking but also dedicated parking the back. There's even a new washer/dryer in the apartment. You will be very cozy here. Note: you must be able to walk up 20 stairs as the apartment is on the second level.

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect private get-a-way from it all! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, or just resting. The Cabin sits as the centerpiece of our working mini-farm and comes replete with rocking chairs on the porch, a gurgling creek nearby, a stunning mountain view, and room to explore.

Read a book, strum your guitar, prop up your feet, put on some coffee & leave your cares behind for a few days at The Cabin on GoodSoil Farm.

The space
The Cabin was built twenty years ago for “Kogo.” Kogo was our children’s name for their grandmother Katie. She called it her “nest.”

We upgraded and remodeled the entire cabin last year. Beautiful walnut stained floors, new kitchen cupboards and cabinets, a total bathroom makeover, and new HVAC unit have created a comfortable, convenient environment without disturbing its rustic appearance.

It is a 450’ studio space with a private entrance, complete kitchen, sitting area, full bathroom with shower, queen bed, and private porch.

We enjoyed building The Cabin for Kogo. She was blessed by every inch of it and we think you will be too.

Guest access
Guests have a private front entry. The cabin shares a (back) door with a laundry room that separates it from our Main house. There are doors on both sides of the laundry space which lock on both sides to ensure guests enjoy total privacy and security.

Other things to note
AC/HEAT CONTROL TIPS- A handheld temp controller is located on the wall beside the entry door. This remote controller SHOULD connect from that position, but we've found the BEST PRACTICE is to simply walk nearer the AC/HEATING unit --located on the wall near the valley window-- and point the remote at it when you are changing settings.

Unique, Cozy, Elegant, Art-filled Apartment on an Historical Town Square! Stay in a turn of the century, Southern town square apartment, rich with character and charm. The "Creative Corner Apartment" is filled with original art, hardwood floors, exposed brick walls and all new utilities and appliances. This is a well appointed 3 room apartment with a king sized bed with attached full bath with tub/shower. There's a washer and dryer in this suite too. The living room has two areas to sit in. One are with the larger couch folds out into a queen sized sofa bed and we have a memory foam topper that makes it feel like a normal bed with a firm yet soft mattress. It's great! There's a second sitting area so that when a guest is there on the sleeper sofa, there's plenty of room to leave that open and still have a living room to sit in. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and more if you want. There's a full kitchen with everything you'd need to cook and clean. 4 guests can easily stay here.

A special treat here is the Grinder Switch Radio Hour on Saturday mornings which takes place within yards of our Apartment. From 10-11:30, these local musicians with guest singer/songwriters from Nashville, get on the local airwaves to play traditional to modern country music. It's classic and feels like you've stepped back into time. This is a free event.

There are wonderful places to eat just outside the door. There's a sports bar, Skeeter's, a restaurant that opens at 6 am with fabulous lattes and muffins called The Local Place. They also serve great lunches and homemade ice cream. We provide 15% off one meal each day there for one person. The Mason Jar is known for their great hamburgers. When you get off the square, you'll find a fabulous barbque establishment, the Fish Camp for great fried fish and Mi Cocina for delicious Mexican and of course Snappy's famous pizza....all within about a mile of our place.

There are many other attractions in the home of Minnie Pearl. Fisher's Off Roading is a fun way to get out and drive through creeks and see the countryside of Hickman County.

Fishing tournaments are held throughout the year on Melton Hill Lake, and our boat slips provide great access. The lake offers a prime spot for fishing enthusiasts, with a serene setting for casting a line and trying to catch the day’s big one.

It is literally on the lake and if you want you can rent a poonton and probably bring your own if you inquire ahead of time. I think it's perfect for a couple or a family travelling with younger children with how it's laid out. The full/queen (wasn't sure) was on one wall and the two twin beds were across the way so that is why I think it's great for a couple or a family with younger kids. I wouldn't recommend if you are travelling with adult children unless you also rent the unit below. The towels that were supplied were really soft and ones that I would have in my own home. They also had extras if needed. The bathroom was small which was expected since it was a loft but it was well renovated and they utilized every inch of space to make it comfortable. We will definitely be renting this VRBO on our next visit to Oak Ridge. Looks like they are building additional Units on the property which look like they have beautiful views as well so I will also be looking out to see when those become available. My one suggestion is to make sure you have an alarm on your phone or watch etc. There is no clock in the Loft."

Bright, cheery and sparkling clean one Queen bedroom with full kitchen and handicap accessible bathroom is located near organic farm in a friendly community. NO STAIRS. Mother-in-law’s quarters is a private space attached to main house with covered porch and private entrance and designated parking. Porch and grill are available to guests. Golf cart available for a ride in the neighborhood upon request and around the farm or up to the pond. On a clear night, you can see the stars forever!

Very nice efficiency apartment above a detached garage. With easy access to Highway 162 and 6 miles to I-40. Close to Pellissippi State Community College, Windrock, HawRidge, Oak Ridge ORNL. Within 10 minutes there is shopping and restaurants in Turkey Creek and a 20 min drive to downtown Knoxville. You have your own private entrance, furnished with a COMFY king bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer. There is a garden, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and tether ball!

The A/C unit was purchased in 2018. The large refrigerator, washer, and dryer are in the garage below the apartment. In the garage is a modem for the apartment only, it is separate from the main house. We are close to the Clinch River providing several outdoor activities Haw Ridge Park has a paved trail for walking, running, and biking but also hiking and Mt. Biking trails within the park. Haw Ridge also has a boat ramp for boaters. If you are looking for some beach time, at Clark Center Park there is a beach area with a volleyball net too. Windrock for those who live off-road life and downhill mountain biking, Oak Ridge Laboratory, Pellissippi College, and South College are close. We live on a wooded lot so lots of wildlife and privacy in the backyard.

There are 2 dogs Roxy an Australian Shepherd and Raley at Rat Terrier. We have fenced in chickens as-well.

Sunny Blue Unit Two on the second floor is IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN Murfreesboro, an urban oasis walking distance from the historic square. The gardens and outdoor spaces make this a cozy spot. There are a big communal front porch and cozy bistro tables in the urban garden.
The quaint, light-filled, 1920’s house has heart pine floors in all of the rooms. UNIT 2 on the second floor is a two-bedroom, 1 bath suite. There is a complete micro kitchen fully equipped, and a small eating area. Of the two private bedrooms, one has a desk/study area. The other has a four-poster heart pine bed. The tiled bathroom has been newly remodeled, complete with a meditation alcove. The sunny hall includes a futon available for extra guests. The home is simply furnished with all of the amenities you need in a clean spacious, light-filled environment. The first floor houses an Art Gallery with a grand piano and is not available for overnight stays.

It is perfect for a SOLO trip or a couple. Also, the bathroom is a full bathroom, which counts with amenities as well such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, and toilet paper. The wifi is on us!  Air conditioning is a Mini Split unit controlled by a remote for the guest's convenience.

This is a garage apartment that is on the property of my primary home. It has a separate entrance and plenty of parking. The apartment has hardwood floors, an updated kitchen and bath, Central HVAC, covered patio with outside dining, shared grill, black appliances, free WiFi, and YouTube TV. It comes with a stackable washer and dryer. Large screen TV. Queen size bed with lots of storage. Couch with pull out bed. Balcony views.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, scientists (Oak Ridge National Lab is 3 /12 miles away), and fishermen (lake is close). We are located just 5 miles from historic Oak Ridge.
Stoney Haven is just 2 1/2 miles from Hardin Valley Rd. where you will find eating places, unique stores, and Pellissippi State Community College.
If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

The space
Our apartment is unique partly because Margaret grew up in both Jordan and East Africa. The sign over the floating shelf dividing the living from kitchen area says "Karibu" which means "Welcome" in Swahili. The carved legs under a copper tray reminds me of her time in Jordan. The picture over the bed, however, is very American--"Sunday Morning in Sleepy Hollow".

Guests will have access to the entire finished downstairs area. That includes a bedroom (a queen bed with a tempurpedic mattress), two bathrooms, a living area, dining/kitchen area, and a den that has a sofa bed in it. In addition, guests will have access to a private washer/dryer. We also have a large yard that is enjoyable in the spring and summer.

There's a private entrance and the apartment is all yours! You will have your own self service access code to the door lock. Bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and full bath are all private spaces. A small laundry set up (stacking washer and dryer) is located in the bedroom closet. Outside the bathroom is the entrance to the main house at the top of the landing. It is locked and curtained from both sides for your privacy and the host's and it cannot be accessed from the other side unless you unlock it from the AirBnB side.

Heating and cooling are controlled by a single thermostat in our living area upstairs. Guest comfort is our main priority. Please let us know if you would like us to adjust the thermostat and we will gladly do that. If we are away, the temperature can be adjusted by using an app on our phone.

Making your way down the hallway you pass by the 1/2 bathroom as you come into the kitchen and dining area. The dining area has a table for 4 with two bench seats and chandelier. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook and feel right at home, from full sets of pots and pans, to a high performance blender and crock pot, you can make meals in, and not have to eat out every time. Off the side of the kitchen is a stackable washer and drier unit for those longer stays that require you to do laundry or to freshen up the linens. The back porch is great to unwind on. Out the back door you'll find an outdoor couch as well as two chairs and bistro table to enjoy the fresh air. Heading upstairs you will find both bedrooms as well as the jack and jill style full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, oversized walk in closet, and a wall mounted tv with roku. The second bedroom has two twin beds, closet and a desk for those that need a space to get work or school work done, as well as a roku equipped TV above the desk. The bathroom in between the two bedrooms has a single sink vanity as well as a shower and tub combo.

Guest access
Guests will have full access inside the unit, and will gain entry through a touch screen lock on the front door. Address and access details will be sent out 24 hours prior to check-in. There is ONE parking spot per unit, with the potential for a second with prior approval from management. Additional parking spots will be approved on a case by case basis depending on the occupancy of the rest of the building.

Please keep this in mind and bring your own toiletries when you come.

Maintenance Access:
 Annual Preventive Maintenance: Some properties have scheduled checks for

 Emergency Maintenance: If urgent repairs are required (e.g., water leaks, electrical
issues) and we cannot reach you within [X] hours, we reserve the right to enter the

We apologize in advance for inconvenience this may cause. And we look forward to sharing our little slice of Heaven with you!

Apartment B is newly renovated but we kept the original hardwood cherry walls, to include the original cherry crown molding. This apartment has tons of character, including partial bedroom walls with built-in LED lighting. The view of the sunset from the pond is spectacular!

There is absolutely NO SMOKING PERMITTED on the premises.

The building features a front porch, which guests are welcome to enjoy.

The entire apartment B is available to our guests which includes two bedrooms, open concept kitchen/ dining room. Currently, the kitchen is without stove. It features a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and two electric burners.
In addition, there are recliner couches and stools in the living room

There currently is not a laundry room. Guests who wish to do laundry while staying at Heaven's Secret can do so at any of the local laundromats. From experience, we recommend the laundromat in Camden TN.

Swimming is not allowed in the pond. But, please, bring your fishing rod and a cold one and enjoy some well deserved down time at the pier.

Other things to note
Apartment B is set for six (6) people. Each bedroom features black microfiber bed sheets and a themed lightweight quilt and two cotton bath towels.

Parties are NOT allowed. But, we understand that some families are bigger than others. Currently, there is not extra fee for an extra guest. However, you are responsible to bring your own mattress, linens, blankets, towels, etc that your "extra" guest might need. Should you need us to provide that for you, it will be at an extra cost, which you you pay upon receipt.

Our property features a relaxing private deck with stunning views and a private firepit area. Our charming space also features a walk in shower, full kitchen and living space with 12+ walkable acres to enjoy all that nature has to offer.

The space
Our place is a newly built above garage studio apartment on a 12.4 acre working horse farm. You can relax on your private deck overlooking the paddocks, barns and riding arena and enjoy the quiet country setting while still being close to everything.

We are conveniently located 25 minutes to downtown Knoxville and 10 minutes to Turkey Creek shopping, Movies and restaurants.

Sycamore Hollow Farm is a working horse farm. In addition to our boarders you may also see hawks, groundhogs, deer, turkey and even an occasional skunk.

Guest access
Guests have access to the property including the apartment, private deck and fire pit, the gardens and walking paths. Though you may watch, please refrain from approaching the horses. If you have interest in knowing more about them please let me know. Additionally, the fenced in back yard is not accessible. It is our dog Tucker’s domain.

We store our utility vehicles we use around the farm in the garage so you will hear the garage doors opening and closing throughout the day.

In the bedroom area, you''ll find a bookshelf that doubles as a hideaway door. In case of an emergency where you can't use the front door, this hidden exit provides access to the host's private backyard and garage. The door is locked from the inside during your stay for your security, but please familiarize yourself with how to unlock and use it as part of your emergency plan.
