Couple’s Cove is the lower level of our home, complete with its own private entrance—like a lakeside condo that’s all yours. The suite and all listed amenities are fully private for your stay.

We, the homeowners, live upstairs with our two dogs. You may occasionally hear us moving around, but we do our best to keep things quiet and will always respect your privacy.

Settle into the cozy master bedroom with a queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed and spacious bathroom. The living room offers a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space, and both rooms have smart TVs—perfect for movie nights in.

For indoor fun, the family room and kitchen area include a pool table, darts, and a wide selection of board games.

Step into your private screened-in patio with a five-person hot tub and dining area overlooking the lake. Beyond that, relax on your private deck with a fire pit table, zero-gravity chairs, and a grill for evenings under the stars.

The Suite is located in Spring Haven Mansion, circa 1825, and is part of the original kitchen and dogtrot, and is a very unique space. The Suite includes a bedroom with queen bed, sunroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Enjoy watching the sunset from the sunroom, walking the beautiful grounds, picnicking, or relaxing by the creek. Please note there are stairs as seen in the photos. Spring Haven is less than 23 miles from downtown Nashville, 28 miles from Nashville International Airport, and is close to beautiful Old Hickory Lake. There may be small weddings during your stay. They are usually by the creek or in front of the mansion.

- "I really appreciate the host’s integrity and willingness to work through an issue that came up during my stay. The couch-bed seemed better to sleep on as a couch than as a bed, as the thin mattress topper did not fully pad from the bars of the bed, but for one person traveling and looking to save money, this would be fine. - "We stayed here for my daughter’s softball nationals and it was perfect. We were close to the ball parks, the home was clean and the perfect size for the four of us. We were a short drive from downtown Nashville and any other place we wanted to go when we weren’t at the ballpark. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe at all times. One of the best things was the deer that visited the backyard nearly every day! There were two babies who hung out in the yard and their parents who came to get them at times. Loved it! The neighbors were also all very nice. Would definitely stay here again!"

We are located in NE Nashville, just 20 minutes from the heart of downtown. In this area you will find fishing, boating, a beach, a waterpark, golfing, shopping malls and flea markets. We have installed a new 40" television and a brand new king size bed. Our style is a bit eclectic and fun. This room is separate from the rest of the house with a private bath, fully stocked kitchen nook, private entrance and private parking right outside the door. The area is in the heart of the village with a coffee shop around the corner and karaoke bar across the way. Our location is an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. This little area has much to offer as shown in the attached photos. A comfortable place to come home to after a busy day exploring.

The studio apartment is a large cozy and comfortable room with a private bath, fully stocked kitchen nook and private entrance. It offers a pleasant decor, lots of fluffy towels and a flat screen tv. This location has a small porch with table and chairs to enjoy your meal outside or if you just want to take a minute and smoke . You will also have your own private driveway to the left of your entrance.

The house itself is attached to a stone fronted Historical Bldg in the Village of Old Hickory. You will park to the left of the small porch located at the right side of the building. You will enter through the door marked 527. The key lock box is directly across from the door. I will provide you with the combination the day of your arrival.

Other things to note
To really see the best of the area you will be staying in I would recommend a drive along the lakeside. When you leave the apartment turn left at the front of the building .... keep left and go in front of the Community Center and Fire Station ..... turn right on to Hadley and go to 10th. ...... turn left on 10th and take it all the way .... turn right on Riverside Drive and take it all the way to Dabbs Ave where you will turn left ..... and left again at 22nd. This will take you to Lakeshore Avenue. Complete your ride by the lake until it takes you back out to Old Hickory Blvd. This drive will give you a true picture of the area that you are staying in. Enjoy !!!!

We are located in NE Nashville, just 20 minutes from the heart of downtown. In this area you will find fishing, boating, a beach, a waterpark, golfing, shopping malls and flea markets. This one bedroom apt. is roomy and comfortable and the community is quaint with a coffee shop around the corner and a karaoke bar just across the way. Bring a small fishing boat if you like ... we have room. A quiet place to come home to after a day or evening of adventure in spectacular Nashville, TN.

The space
Our apartment is a 2nd floor open floor plan with one bedroom and a private bath. You will find this apartment to be very clean and cozy. We have installed a new 50* television and a brand new king size bed. Our style is a bit eclectic and fun. We really want you to enjoy your stay and have made an effort to have everything in place that you will need for a comfortable and relaxing visit.

The house is located at the side of a historic stone fronted building. The one bedroom apartment is totally self contained. You will have off road parking and a private entrance. There is a small porch/patio area available for your outdoor "smoking pleasure".

Other things to note
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house, but don't let a few steps bother you. It will be definitely worth the short climb.

Full access to apartment, covered patio, lake property. There is no boat dock access. You only have access to basement apartment. My husband and I live up stairs. Our permit from the city allows us to rent out the 1 bedroom apartment only. Guest limit is a maximum of 2.

Fishing equipment is available on the property. You will need to buy your bait.
Use of Paddle Boards and Kayaks must be able to carry them down to the water and place them back under the deck when finished with help. Could you rinse them off with a hose under the deck?

The basement apartment is zero entrance with no stairs! The space is very private.

However, the pool and dock are public/common space and will be utilized by the homeowner at times. If you'd like to reserve a private time at the pool, please just let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you.
