We went swimming at recreation lot three which was about a 10 minute drive from marina where the boat is it all depends on traffic. Even in peak season it wasn’t crowded and I couldn’t have picked a better place to get a mental health break. Overall, I was very happy with the boat, location, and the experience. I am an overpacked and disabled so be prepared to Pack lightly if you have issues with mobility. There are carts to use to get luggage and supplies to and from the boat thank goodness. I wish I Could have stayed a whole week or forever! The host was extremely flexible and accommodating. I can’t wait to come back."

This historical 1700’s cabin has been upgraded to fit your needs for an amazing vacation of entertainment and relaxation. Only a 20 min drive from Nashville and just 5 minutes from local shopping and food. Our cabin is the perfect mix of city and country. It is located on a 5 acre shared estate. We encourage our guests to enjoy the creek and pavilion during during their stay. Early morning or evening hours are perfect for listening to the birds sing or watching the deer graze. We have placed a couple of hammocks at the creek for afternoon napping or creek side book reading. There are also some great sitting stones and a couple of benches for your enjoyment as well. The cabin has all your basic needs and is fully stocked with all the linens (towels and bedding) and cooking supplies one could need. Access to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom is via a ladder/style staircase. It’s steep but has handrails for your assistance. On the second floor you have a very large master with en suite bathroom, a stand up shower and closet. Basic shower soaps provided. The bedroom has a small sitting space and has been outfitted with a queen bed. There is ample natural light in the cabin and a cozy back porch. The porch faces a shared quart yard space between this cabin and a small cottage but each guest also has their own yard space. We are also conveniently located near a new park/coffee house “Legacy Park” and just a 5 min drive from interstate access to explore all the local fun. We have included a basket of Nashville site seeing flyers and some games for the evenings. As well as wifi and a “Roku smart tv” for the evenings you rather crash with a movie. Approximately 1,000 square feet antique log cabin located in Hendersonville Tennessee on the “Cash Mountain” subdivision. Cabin built and decorated with nearly all reclaimed or repurposed furnishings. Complete remodel integrating modern conveniences with antique touches in keeping with the overall history of this unique space. Gorgeous honeymoon suite is upstairs, with sink and toilet. Full kitchen, living & dining room, full bath (large soaking tub with shower nozzle) and laundry on main level. Stone fireplace with gas logs add to the warmth and ambiance. Wrap around deck with outdoor dining table and front porch rockers offer a gorgeous place for soaking in nature.

There is a paved driveway to cabin, onsite parking for your car. Cabin is approximately 30 mins to Grand ol Oprey, Nashville and Airport. Restaurants and shopping are a 10 min drive to Hendersonville, White House or Goodlettsville. Self check in available with electronic coded locks.

This cabin is one of 4 structures that originally existed on this property. Much of the property that encompasses the entire Cash Mountain subdivision was developed by Builder to the Stars, Braxton Dixon for June and Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Tricia Yearwood and others. Two of the structures on this piece of property were destroyed by fire and all that remains are the fireplaces with the “heart” motif signifying development by Braxton Dixon.

Our Cottage is surrounded by woods and wildlife , it is very quiet and peaceful. You can drive 30 minutes to downtown Nashville ( if normal traffic) and The Grand Ole Opry. We are only minutes from shopping ,with many great restaurants, and a movie theater at The Streets of Indian Lake in Hendersonville TN. We are only 15 minutes to Old Hickory Lake for some of the best fishing in the state. Or maybe you would rather hang at the cottage and cook your own food. We have 60 inch TV with Wifi and Roku in both TV's. Our Cottage is furnished with all you need to cook, except for the food. There is a gas grill. A great coffee station, With a Kuering coffee maker with pods, also a Mr Coffee with a grinder. We live separate house on the same property. The Cozy Cottage is our guest house. We want to make your stay as comfy as possible! There is a high Quality King Size mattress and TV in the Huge master bedroom. We have central Air Conditioning/Heat Pump. Once our guest leave we replace ALL bed linens and wash all rugs and towels!! I am a clean fanatic!! We treat others how we would want to be treated,please do the same! The Suite includes a bedroom with queen bed, sunroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Enjoy watching the sunset from the sunroom, walking the beautiful grounds, picnicking, or relaxing by the creek. Please note there are stairs as seen in the photos. Spring Haven is less than 23 miles from downtown Nashville, 28 miles from Nashville International Airport, and is close to beautiful Old Hickory Lake. There may be small weddings during your stay. They are usually by the creek or in front of the mansion.

The couch-bed seemed better to sleep on as a couch than as a bed, as the thin mattress topper did not fully pad from the bars of the bed, but for one person traveling and looking to save money, this would be fine. I was having an allergic reaction to something in the house, my throat was sore and I had a headache. I contacted the owner about the smell, she adamantly denied having mold, said she checked the unit herself. She also said she has been renting this unit for 5 years and no one had complained before. She then told me, I probably had COVID. As soon as I went to a hotel my sore throat and headache were gone. That tells me, the problem was the place I was staying. In my opinion, if someone has a problem, they have a problem. Do not make excuses about previous tenants and not having problems before. I asked several times for a refund since I only stayed ONE night. SHE REFUSED TO REFUND ME ANY MONEY. I had paid for 30 nights, total waste of my money. I requested a refund again and VRBO requested she refund me, she has not done so."
