Our cabin has been remodeled & newly furnished (2017).
It features refinished 100 year old oak barn wood inside. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation or a weekend to recharge. Peaceful location but just up the road from Pates Ford Marina & Fishlipz.

The cabin is on a dead end with a small turn around at the end of the road. Very little local traffic. Parking available (but please do not block the road).

We allow well behaved pets & responsible pet owners. We do ask that pets stay off the furniture & beds. Please utilize a crate if leaving the cabin & do not leave pets unattended, and free to roam inside the house. We charge a one time pet fee.

Beautiful and NEW cottage located at the Cottages at Getaway Cove in beautiful Smithville, TN and near Center Hill Lake. Sitting on a sprawling 13 acres of land full of wildlife. There is plenty of room for boat trailer parking if you need it. The cottage is less than 1/2 mile to Four Seasons marina and boat dock, which is located in the subdivision. The cottage is a perfect getaway for families and kids love the bunk room. The home is perfect to rent alone, but we have another cottage next door that family and friends can rent as well. There is a grilling pavilion for fun cookouts and get togethers that’s covered with gas grill. The pavilion is shared with one cottage located next door. There is a three night minimum booking for Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day and Wake Fest.

The front porch boasts chairs for relaxing and the cottages are on a sprawing 13 acres with plenty of parking for your boat trailer. The Four Seasons Boat Dock and Marina is in the subdivision. One of the things that makes Center Hill Lake special is its undeveloped shoreline. That means your experience on the lake will be filled with views of hilly, verdant shores that makefor a beautiful and relaxing getaway. Center Hill Lake is also known for its fishing, which is available year-round.

Fishermen from near and far are especially drawn to the lake's three different species of bass. Don't forget to bring your fishing rod (and Tennessee fishing license) on your trip! The lake ishome to three State Parks: Edgar Evins, Burgess Falls, and Rock Island State Parks. Between the three, there are over 15 miles of trails with plenty of waterfalls for you toexplore. Our place is 5 miles from one of the best marinas at Center Hill Lake; Pates Ford Marina. Pates Ford Marina is owned by the owner of the famous bar tootsies in Nashville, so he often has country talent come play at the marina.

You have access to the entire house except for a closet downstairs under the steps for the cleaning ladies.
