It features refinished 100 year old oak barn wood inside. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation or a weekend to recharge. Peaceful location but just up the road from Pates Ford Marina & Fishlipz.

Beautiful and NEW cottage located at the Cottages at Getaway Cove in beautiful Smithville, TN and near Center Hill Lake. Sitting on a sprawling 13 acres of land full of wildlife. There is plenty of room for boat trailer parking if you need it. The cottage is less than 1/2 mile to Four Seasons marina and boat dock, which is located in the subdivision. The cottage is a perfect getaway for families and kids love the bunk room. The home is perfect to rent alone, but we have another cottage next door that family and friends can rent as well. There is a grilling pavilion for fun cookouts and get togethers that’s covered with gas grill. The pavilion is shared with one cottage located next door. There is a three night minimum booking for Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day and Wake Fest.

With over 400 miles of shoreline, and over 18,000 acres of area, the lake has plenty of hidden branches and coves to feel like you have the lake to yourself!

One of the things that makes Center Hill Lake special is its undeveloped shoreline. That means your experience on the lake will be filled with views of hilly, verdant shores that makefor a beautiful and relaxing getaway. Center Hill Lake is also known for its fishing, which is available year-round.

Fishermen from near and far are especially drawn to the lake's three different species of bass. Don't forget to bring your fishing rod (and Tennessee fishing license) on your trip! The lake ishome to three State Parks: Edgar Evins, Burgess Falls, and Rock Island State Parks. Between the three, there are over 15 miles of trails with plenty of waterfalls for you toexplore. Our place is 5 miles from one of the best marinas at Center Hill Lake; Pates Ford Marina. Pates Ford Marina is owned by the owner of the famous bar tootsies in Nashville, so he often has country talent come play at the marina.

The cottage itself has a very comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom, another bedroom with twin bunk beds for the kids, and a bonus loft with a super comfortable queen mattress and a smart television. The kitchen is all new with everything you need even for a holiday meal. The cozy living room has a 50" smart television. The screened in porch has a 50" smart television as well. Outside we have a fire pit, perfect for winding down after a day at the lake.

This beautiful cabin is tucked away minutes from the boat ramp at Holmes Creek, not far from downtown Smithville, close to restaurants.
The cabin has a very comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom, and a bunk room with four twin bunk beds for the kids, The kitchen is all modern and well appointed. The deck is spacious and there is a great firepit area.

As hosts were quick to respond to a call or message, but try to not bother our guests.

Simple country living with amenities that give a touch of luxury, including a custom shower with four body sprays, handheld spray, and rain showerhead. NO CATS ALLOWED.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, ample charging ports, and blackout curtains for privacy and sleeping comfort. The living room has a 75” smart TV with cable and guest access for streaming apps. We are continually working to make improvements to our property.
Also, two kayaks are available for your use.
Our home is intended to be a tranquil environment where you can relax and recharge. Full time residents live in the adjoining unit. Therefore no parties are allowed. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Keep your dog on a leash outside at all times and use a pooper scooper. Do not leave your dog at the property when you leave the premises. Pack and play (playpen) is for human guests only - do not use it for your fur baby. One dog allowed, no cats. The pack and play is not set up, to allow more room in the bedroom. I am happy to set it up if you will need it. Just let me know before your stay.

Pates Ford Marina is less than 1 mile down the road where you can launch your boat or rent one. Fish Lipz Bar (seasonal/closes after a Labor Day) at the marina has a full menu, drinks, & live music on the weekends!
The cabin is fully equipped for a comfortable stay! Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and closet for storage. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed; full size bed on bottom and twin on top. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with updated black fixtures. Plenty of storage under the sink and behind the mirror! Beautiful and new two bedroom cottage close to four seasons marina. There is a beautiful new cottage next door that friends and family can lease also. Living Room features a gas fireplace. The bunk bedroom features a queen bed down and a twin bed up. The property sits on a beautiful 13 acres. We have plenty of parking for boats. The front porch is wonderful for morning coffee watching the deer roam.
