Plus for cooking, we also provide over 20 spices, canola oil, brown sugar, flower, sugar. Outdoor Propane Grill, and BBQ Smoker, Charcoal, and a flat top black stone grill in the outdoor kitchen.

PROVIDED:
We provide some paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, towels, beach towels, and wash clothes. Also, many spices in the kitchen.

LIVING / FAMILY ROOM:
The Living Room is fully furnished with a 61 inch H.D. TV, CD, DVD, 7:1 Surround Sound Stereo indoor /outdoor speaker system.

You have access to the courtyard 45 x 45 ft. with large 12 x 12 Spanish Water Fountain Feature, outdoor covered porch with another outdoor deck area with plenty of chairs, tables and seating areas , and a fire pit down by the lake.

A few doors down is one of the "Most Famous Country Music Stars" of all time. It's possible that you might see him /her during your stay. Please be Courteous.

OTHER AMENITIES:
We have the Best fishing, in the area and you can go boating, swimming, skiing, and dining at 2 great local restaurants and Marina's very close on the lake. Feel free to bring your own boat at no additional charge and you may launch your boat at Shutes Branch Recreation Area 5 minutes from the House and bring to our Shoreline - in the Lagoon area.

ENTERTAINMENT:
We have a Paddle Board, two kayaks for your Enjoyment, 1/8 foot Red Kayak and 1/ 10 ft foot green fishing kayak, 1 canoe, life vests and 5 fishing poles.
You can walk and fish on up and down 5,000 linear ft of shoreline. Fishing is allowed all the way down to the peninsula on Corp Property.

PRIVATE LAGOON AREA: 3 -4 ft deep with 1- 10 x 6 TEAL FLOATING MAT -Easy access from the shoreline to the left of the fire pit going into the water for boat access and kayak access. Kids and Adults love this Lagoon area to hang out and lounge.

DOGGIES & PUPS:
We are DOG lovers as well. All dogs are allowed up to 100 lb. Max. They should be house trained, $100 extra pet fee for your stay, ask us for all details. 2 - 3 Dogs Max per stay. Please send pictures of your dogs with your reservation. Please bring their doggy beds or crates with you and leashes while in the backyard.

WORLD FAMOUS 2 FOOT COVE ON OLD HICKORY LAKE: 2 Foot Cove is a very unique cove in that you can stand up in the Cove in a approximate 100 yard radius and the water comes up two - three feet hence the name 2 Foot Cove. CLEANING COMPANY:
Arrives between 10:15 -1030 A.M. on your checkout day. We are very Grateful and Fortunate to have had the same Crew for the past 6 years. If we have no one checking in on the day you depart, you may request for a late checkout.

RESERVATIONS & OPTIONS:
3 Night Minimum stays are only permitted from Sunday through Tuesday or Monday through Wednesday all weekends require a 4 - 5 Night Minimum stay and all major Holidays require a 5 Night Minimum stay.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bryan and Carolyn Moore harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they incur due to your, your children’s, or your guests’ presence on the Premises or Old Hickory Lake, even if caused by their negligence.
You assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage to yourself, your children, or your guests, whether due to Bryan and Carolyn Moore’s negligence or otherwise, while on the Premises or participating in Old Hickory Lake activities.
This release, waiver, and indemnity is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Tennessee law. If any part is found invalid, the remainder remains fully enforceable."

This house is a 3300-square-foot, two-story home that was completed in July 2017. It has a lot of space, including the bedrooms, each of which has a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a tub. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a large walk-in shower, dual sinks, a toilet bidet, walk-in closet, TV, and king-size bed. The house has two decks, an upper deck with no roof for sunbathing or just relaxing, and a middle deck off the living area with a spiral staircase down to the ground. The house is called Two Foot because of its location near the unofficial recreation area called Two Foot, which has been a popular spot for 25 years or more. Boats anchor there so that people can walk around in the shallow water. Usually there are about 50 to 100 boats there on any given weekend. The property is a couple of doors down from one of the most famous country music entertainers in the world. You might see her, but please do not approach her.
This vacation home is located on the waterfront of Old Hickory Lake in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Nearby attractions include the Nashville Zoo, Opryland Hotel Gardens, and Nashville Shores Waterpark. If you're looking for some outdoor activities, try fishing, swimming, boating, or hiking in the surrounding area. You can also enjoy the many amenities of the lake, such as kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. The home also has a large deck with a covered patio and gas grill that overlooks the lake. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset over the water. Please leave your coolers out on the deck and not in the house. Also, please note that this home can accommodate up to 8 people, including children and infants. If you have more than 8 people in your party, you will be charged an additional $250 per person per night.

We enjoyed time on the lake,and rented boats at the local marina. The neighborhood was nice and all of the amenities we needed were available at the house. We’d wake up and have our Bailys and coffee on the deck…we’d watch the birds, and soak in the stillness of the morning before the festivities began on the lake! We went over the 4th of July so we saw amazing fireworks, a fun lighting storm, fireflies and plenty of people/boat watching in, “Two Foot Cove.” Did I mention the gorgeous home? It’s the perfect layout with all you need, including a dock, where we were able to keep the pontoon boat in for our boat rides to a few restaurants and just playing and relaxing on the water. I used their paddle board too…a great place to learn! I can’t thank Ronnie and his wife enough for making our trip so perfect! It truly was a blessing to us to be able to enjoy this gorgeous home that was so tastefully done! We hope to return next year…hopefully with my parents!"

Couple’s Cove is the lower level of our home, complete with its own private entrance—like a lakeside condo that’s all yours. The suite and all listed amenities are fully private for your stay.

We, the homeowners, live upstairs with our two dogs. You may occasionally hear us moving around, but we do our best to keep things quiet and will always respect your privacy.

Settle into the cozy master bedroom with a queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed and spacious bathroom. The living room offers a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space, and both rooms have smart TVs—perfect for movie nights in.

For indoor fun, the family room and kitchen area include a pool table, darts, and a wide selection of board games.

Step into your private screened-in patio with a five-person hot tub and dining area overlooking the lake. Beyond that, relax on your private deck with a fire pit table, zero-gravity chairs, and a grill for evenings under the stars.

Check-in is easy and contactless with a smart lock after 3pm. We’ll reach out to you the morning of your arrival to be sure you have everything you need.

We’ll be on-site if you need help with the kayaks, fire pit, or anything else—just ask.

• Smoking is not permitted indoors, but allowed outside and on the screened patio

• Only two registered guests are permitted on the property

• Daytime visitors require prior approval, must be limited, and leave by 9pm

• Quiet time is after 10pm to respect our neighbors please.

Beautiful home has the most beautiful of all views on the Lake. Renovated Fall of 23. . Short drive from downtown Nashville, and close to just about everything. It is truly an extraordinary property with decks overlooking the expansive lake. There are many open spaces to share time with loved ones and lots of spaces to be alone too. Want a retreat as an artist and need inspiration.....lake fresh air and either a calm glass top or a whirlpool created by a thunderstorm light show to get your creativity going. Prefer no more than 10. And absolutely no parties’ It has everything for comfort. Great for romance, and amazing family and friends get away! It is a large house. There are 4 bedrooms each with a KING. There are two full memory foam beds that can be set up anywhere and are high off the ground like a real bed - very comfortable- We also have multiple seating that can be used for sleeping.

Charlie’s place is a 2 bedroom, one bath guest suite, with a spacious living room, AND kitchen. Rental includes access to an awesome lounge patio and Grill with a private pool that our guests can share with the residents of the home. It’s Located in a great safe neighborhood within walking distance of the lake, and it’s only be a short drive away from downtown Nashville, BNA, major shopping malls, and much more. Being right outside of music city you’ll be close enough to join in all the fun, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville to be able to get some real R&R.

This single family, pet friendly, dwelling features a comfortable living room that connects to the kitchen via a pass through bar that can seat 5. There is a large back deck with a table/seating for 4 that is perfect for sunset dinners or morning coffee. One of the 3 bedrooms is designed with kids in mind, with a bunk bed (twin over full), board games, and a TV with original Nintendo games. Plenty of off-street parking can accommodate most fishing or sport boats in tow. Can also accommodate most moving vans.
There is a charcoal grill for guest use, and a large fenced yard just steps from the back deck.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Old Hickory Lake and beautiful sunsets. This newly renovated 3500 square feet lake home, with spectacular views of the lake, is the ideal getaway. With floor-to-ceiling windows and 3 levels of deck, you will fall in love with this home. This home features four bedrooms, two and a half baths. Whether you rent a boat from Blue Turtle Bay Marina / Cedar Creek Marina or enjoy the sauna after a long day of boating, water skiing, fishing, or relaxing on the hammock you will not be disappointed. It's also a short drive from Downtown Nashville and easily accessible to Nashville International airport, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops or the marina.

The deck has open railing and is not suitable for infants and young children. The walkway to the lake can be steep and not recommended for elderly or guests with knee issues.

All the bedrooms have new beds and newly purchased mattress.

Master Bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceiling, skylight, ceiling fan, two closets, one is a walk-in closet. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning by walking right out of your master bedroom thru the sliding doors onto the back deck and lake views. Master bathroom has double sinks with a large open shower and separate soaker tub.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. This bedroom also has sliding doors leading out onto the back deck and lake views.

Powder Room is across from Bedroom #2 with beautiful tiles on the floor and subway tiles.

Kitchen is fully equipped featuring double oven, and stainless steel appliances. There is a table for two also. Sliding doors lead out to the side deck and a picnic table and grill.

Dining Area has a large church pew and table and chairs and beautiful stone wall.

Enjoy the great room with vaulted ceilings, skylight and floor to ceiling windows with magnificent views of the lake. This room is open to the dining area. There is a T.V. mounted above the fireplace.

Take the spiral staircase to the bottom level. There you will again enjoy the floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views of the lake. Watch T.V. on the leather sofa and chair or play a game of ping pong. There are a selection of books to choose from should you decide to read but please return before leaving. This room also has a newly purchased queen sleeper sofa around the corner.

Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with 2 large windows with one overlooking the lake.

Bedroom #4 has two twin beds with 1 long window overlooking the lake.

Bathroom #3 is fully remodeled with new tiles on the floor, new fixtures, ship lap on the walls, and a beautiful large shower.

You will enjoy a relaxing time in the sauna, just set the timer. Sauna is not recommended for children.

The house is completely renovated with all new Hardwood floors on the main floors and bottom floors. Powder room and bottom bathroom are also completely renovated. New light fixtures throughout, new coat of paint throughout the inside and outside of the house.

Enjoy the natural waterfall and pond as you make your way to the lake. The lake house sits up high and the walkway to the lake is steep. Please, not recommended for anyone with knee issues or elderly guests.

Lastly, you don't want to miss the sunset because it is magnificent from the deck!!

The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The only thing we did not find was a hair dryer. The living area and dining table were very comfortable and spacious.
