Our home is perfect for two families or a get away with friends it features two master bedrooms, both with King size beds and 42" smart TVs streaming services. The upstairs loft area sleeps six there are three daybeds with trundles and there is an additional pull out couch in the living room which features an open floor plan and a 60” Vizio smart TV.
From the moment you walk in the front door you will notice the soaring exposed beam ceiling and completely open floor plan with 10 foot custom kitchen island with seating for six, and additional table and chairs with seating up to 6. The kitchen is a cooks dream, all brand new appliances and utensils it is fully stocked with all essentials and there is plenty of room to move around. It is open to the living room and can easily accommodate family and friends. There is a very private covered deck that looks into the woods with an outdoor table with seating for six a ceiling fan and gas grill.
The basement has a large playroom for the kids with a 60" Vizio smart TV, leather sectional couch, hanging chairs and professional size air hockey table. There is also a large laundry room with new full sized washer and dryer.
Everything in the home is brand new including very comfortable beds, bedding, furniture, all appliances, utensils, cookware and TVs so that you may have a trouble free and comfortable stay in our home.

Amazing location located 1/2 mile from Hurricane Marina and all they have to offer from boat rentals, supplies and seasonal weekend restaurant. Floating Mill campground and day use beach area are just around the corner from our home. There are multiple hiking locations within a short drive. The cabin is just one hour from Nashville, and just 2 hours from Knoxville and Chattanooga. There are so many things to explore and enjoy in the area from boating, to canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and fly fishing on the Caney Fork River. You will truly get to explore nature and unplug!

Our kids took full advantage of the game room and played lots of air hockey and ping pong late in the evenings. The grill works perfect too for evening bbq’s! Spend some time on the porch in the evenings if you can! You’ll get some opportunities to see wildlife! We saw so many deer in the front yard at night while there. Jason was an exceptional host! His home had pretty much everything you could ever need for a week stay. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, dishes, etc. You name it, he probably has it in the home. Highly recommend Jason and his home to anyone looking for a getaway!!"

- "Loved the view" - "We enjoyed getting away for the weekend and taking it easy at this rental. It was very clean and beautiful view to relax drinking coffee/wine. Just what a few busy moms needed!" - "Fall weekend was perfect, weather and view from deck. There was a review about maps not taking you to condo but I went directly to it. Check in was easy, easy. Then I went into a fabulous condo. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable sofa with great views. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy coffee and the view of the changing leaves and Center Hill lake. I slept like a baby on the extremely comfortable bed. There is only a Keurig, no multi-cup coffee maker but I just brought some Keurig cups. The contact person was very helpful. I can’t think of anything negative about this listing. I will be returning."

This new listing rental is tucked in the woods on the shore of Center Hill Lake in Silver Point TN, minutes away from Hurricane Marina and Floating Mill Recreation Area. This charming three-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10. You’ll love relaxing on the spacious deck areas in the summertime or cuddling in the warmth by the fire pit table on cool evenings. Brilliant views of the lake in the fall and winter are partially replaced by lush foliage in the summertime. Our family has amazing memories of times spent together in this peaceful setting. - Lofted Entertainment Space: The comfortable lofted living area is surrounded by windows overlooking the woods and the lake, and is the perfect place to gather together to enjoy family time – watching your favorite TV shows on the smart TV, playing board games, sitting and reading or just soaking up the moments.
- Lower Level: Accessible via a spiral staircase, the lower level is perfect space for the kids to play or for a second gathering of any kind. It features an additional TV area for gaming or relaxation as well as a full bathroom, semi-private bedroom (below), and the laundry room.
