Our home is perfect for two families or a get away with friends it features two master bedrooms, both with King size beds and 42" smart TVs streaming services. The upstairs loft area sleeps six there are three daybeds with trundles and there is an additional pull out couch in the living room which features an open floor plan and a 60” Vizio smart TV.
From the moment you walk in the front door you will notice the soaring exposed beam ceiling and completely open floor plan with 10 foot custom kitchen island with seating for six, and additional table and chairs with seating up to 6. The kitchen is a cooks dream, all brand new appliances and utensils it is fully stocked with all essentials and there is plenty of room to move around. It is open to the living room and can easily accommodate family and friends. There is a very private covered deck that looks into the woods with an outdoor table with seating for six a ceiling fan and gas grill.
The basement has a large playroom for the kids with a 60" Vizio smart TV, leather sectional couch, hanging chairs and professional size air hockey table. There is also a large laundry room with new full sized washer and dryer.
Everything in the home is brand new including very comfortable beds, bedding, furniture, all appliances, utensils, cookware and TVs so that you may have a trouble free and comfortable stay in our home.

Amazing location located 1/2 mile from Hurricane Marina and all they have to offer from boat rentals, supplies and seasonal weekend restaurant. Floating Mill campground and day use beach area are just around the corner from our home. There are multiple hiking locations within a short drive. The cabin is just one hour from Nashville, and just 2 hours from Knoxville and Chattanooga. There are so many things to explore and enjoy in the area from boating, to canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and fly fishing on the Caney Fork River. You will truly get to explore nature and unplug!

Our kids took full advantage of the game room and played lots of air hockey and ping pong late in the evenings. The grill works perfect too for evening bbq’s! Spend some time on the porch in the evenings if you can! You’ll get some opportunities to see wildlife! We saw so many deer in the front yard at night while there. Jason was an exceptional host! His home had pretty much everything you could ever need for a week stay. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, dishes, etc. You name it, he probably has it in the home. Highly recommend Jason and his home to anyone looking for a getaway!!"

- "It was a short stay wish we could have stayed longer." - "This cabin was so pretty and peaceful. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and there were so many towels ( usually there are almost enough but not quite). Communication was quick and clear. It was a great stay! Thank you" - "This house was designed very nice. All bedrooms and baths provided privacy. The screened porch was lovely. There seemed to be a major plumbing problem. Being instructed not to flush toilet paper was disgusting. I saw a review from January of this year that mentioned the same complaint, but assumed the problem had been fixed...not so. When using the lower level bathroom, water was over the top of feet by the time a shower was completed. There was a strong sewer gas odor until we started closing all draines not in use. The gas fireplace would not stay lit. After 1-2 minutes it would extinguish, and the whole process of lighting the gas logs would have to be repeated. We were never able to watch TV in the lower level, and in the loft the available channels was limited. No batteries in most of the remotes and extra batteries were corroded. Written instructions for operations would have been nice, if we could have gotten to that point. Outside steps were treacherous. Railings were loose in some places. If repairs would be made, this could be an excellant rental property. It has great potential!"

We're excited to share the experience of this true Hideaway with you! As one of the closest properties to Hurricane Marina on the lake, we are also walking distance to the water, which is a rarity on CHL! Our home offers a great outdoor living experience, 2 wrap around porches, swings, screened in room, hot tub, immersive fire pit, 3 bedrooms each w/ full bath. Walk to the beaches, playground, visit Hurricane Marina for restaurants, music, & boat rentals! PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING-MUST BE 25+

The road out front and behind the house leads to a playground at floating mill park. Just past the park is the swim beach. The beach and park / picnic areas are all operated by the core of engineers - check with the gate to see if there are any day use fees.

1/2 mile trip down the road to Hurricane Marina and Blue Water Grill, boat rentals, live music, and more!

We recently installed a sanitizing UV light system on our HVAC unit, which neutralizes airborne pathogens such as bacteria and viruses to help keep our home as safe as possible during COVID.

-MUST BE 25 or older to rent this property no exceptions. We’ve had too many issues with this.

-*NO PETS* - as much as we love animals, we do not allow guests to bring theirs (unless it is a service animal & paperwork has been provided). The extra wear & tear on our beautiful cabins is a risk we will not take.

-We do not allow unauthorized guests on the property (sleeping or visiting), only those guests confirmed on the reservation are permitted. Please be sure to note the appropriate number of guests who will be in your group. Thanks!

By Confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing and this document.
- If you bring guests more than what is marked on the reservations you will be asked to leave w/out a refund.
- The person booking this is at-least 25 yo and will be present during the stay.
- You will respect our home and our policies.
- You will cleanup after yourselves.
- The Check-out list will be followed prior to leaving.

EXCHANGE OF MONEY AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.

Lodge Rental Agreement: First and foremost, Relax, Breathe, Laugh, Love, and Live.

1. Smoking & Vaping is NOT ALLOWED. Drugs of any kind is not allowed. A smoking fee will be charged if we find evidence of this activity.

2. People other than those in the guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed in the on-line itinerary.

3. Guests are to respect quiet times 11 PM - 7 AM. NO PARTIES are allowed, unless agreed upon by owners prior. (an event fee is required)

4. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Use of the surrounding community areas including any sort of swimming or water facilities is the sole risk of the renter, guests, and their guests.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the lodge including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. No pets are allowed at any times in the property. Immediate Eviction and no refunds will be given.

8. Parking: Only 4 vehicles are allowed. Kindly park on the left side, facing the lodge. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owners.

9. Please follow the Check-In and Check-Out times as indicated in the listing.

10. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in rental rate.

11. Any Garbage must be stowed in the proper bins located in front of the garage. Please do not stuff the outside bins so full that it's impossible to remove the bags and please do not leave any lose trash or food inside the fridge or any part of the property.

12. Hot tub- No children under the age of 18 is permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk! Our cleaners drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all hot tubs prior to your arrival. Therefore, It may not be warm until later that evening. {do not sit, or stand on the hot tub cover. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] Remember when not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so the hot tub will stay warm. Be Careful when you step in, hot tubs are prone to get slippery.

13. SEPTIC- The Lodge is on a septic system. It will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toiler paper. NO feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and has clogged our system, you will be charged with damages up to $1000 or more. ABSOLUTELY NO GREASE IN THE KITCHEN SINK.

14. STORMS. NO REFUNS will be given for any weather related cancellations. [Mountain Roads can be curvy and steep although the roads to the lodge are pretty gentle and easy. We highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.

15. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TV's, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc.. are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our Home. Please treat it as if it were your own.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and the possible to be asked to leave and possible additional charges. Booking through AIRBNB, VRBO, or any other means assigns your consent to everything listed within this document.

Please note that each half our after check out time that you're not out of the property is subject to a $100 charge. An additional $100 will accrue at the beginning of each new half hour. Our cleaning team often have multiple cabins to clean in the same day. We often have guests checking in on the same day as your check-out. when you delay your check out, we incur costs in the form of return trip fees for the cleaning team, additional staff to expedite the cleaning process and delayed check-ins for the next guests.

Fee for mailing forgotten items is $75 to compensate our cleaners for the time and cover shipping cost.

We don't ask our guests to complete any cleaning checklist items aside from the check-out list. We do however expect guests to be respectful of our property and not be disgusting. Example of disrespect include leaving lots of trash on the floors or in the bedrooms, stains all over sheets, undisclosed broken items, etc. If the dirtiness requires a deep clean as determined by our cleaning team, we will provide documentation and reserve the right to pass along the deep clean charge to your of $200-$300, depending on the extent of the dirtiness.

A Check-In & Check-Out guide will be sent to you upon receiving your booking.
