DogWood cottage, is located at 1615 Bullpen Road. Woodbury TN 37190. The short uphill entrance lane is decorated with a few dogwood trees on either side, ending with superb Japaneze Maple on either side of the lane, then a Swanson Cherry tree as you bear right nearing the cottage.

We live about 30 minutes away but have a cleaner that lives nearby if something is needed.

The neighbors have chickens, so you may have some guests in the yard from time to time looking for a snack in the grass. There is also a goat that is a big fan of the grass in the side yard, we aren't sure who it belongs to.

The front door of the property has a keypad, and you will be given a code the morning of check-in after the previous guests have left.

This is a standalone house with a private driveway, all bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans, noise machines, and luggage racks.

The space:
Our RV is located in our Gated Community on a Lake House! You will have access to the lake if you would like to fish! We will provide you with WiFi access as well!

Our Cozy RV is in excellent conditions and super clean! It sleeps 4 people if needed. It has a queen bed and the dining table that turns into another bed! Perfect for a family of 4 or 5 or even for a romantic getaway!

Guest access:
This RV is fully loaded with technology! It has solar system wired in, two batteries, room with upgraded queen bed (tempur-pedic matress). Full bathroom, complete kitchen, stereo with speakers inside and out! Jacks, awning and porch lights! We also providing with nice patio chairs and a fire-pit, and we cannot miss that bbq grill :)

When you rent our amazing RV we will provide with a nice starting kit for your camping/adventure trip! Hot cocoa, snacks, for the little ones, cups, utensils, pots and pans, toilet paper, etc.

Not to mentioned that we have water heater and air conditioner fully working!!! This trailer has all the bells and whistles!

Other things to note:
IMPORTANT MSG! The RV is cleaned and sanitized before and after each and every rental. We pause rentals for at least 48 hrs in between rentals to make sure the RV is ready for the next adventure!

Please bring extra linens, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. Just to be safe due to the Covid-19 precautions.

Deluxe Cabin (with Bathroom) - sleeps up to 5 people. This jetted-tub cabin mini lodge is near fishing pond and nature trail. Bathroom has a jetted tub with a shower. Very relaxing! Located in the back of the park. Watch the ducks swim in the catfish pond or watch the catfish swim in the duck pond. Time to relax! Pet friendly cabin. Maximum two pets. A one-time $45 Pet Fee will be charged at check-in.

Deluxe Cabin (with Bathroom) - Sleeps up to 8 people. Tree House Imagine glamping with a real trees growing in the center! No worries about climbing steps, this is a ground level tree house! 2 bedrooms with linens provided, Handicap Accessible. Full bathroom with shower, Kitchen with stove top and full size fridge. Dishes and cookware provided. You'll love the dishwasher ice maker too! This cabin does not allow pets.

Welcome to The Rooftop on Main! This building, located in the historic district of downtown McMinnville, features a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with access to the rooftop with a covered entertainment area and amazing views. When you enter the beautifully decorated condo, be prepared to be in awe of the luxurious furnishings and décor.

Retreat to the outdoor rooftop terrace at sunset to relax with a huge TV, deluxe seating, and an entertainment area overlooking Main Street. Only steps away from restaurants, shopping, and The Park Theater.

HOUSE DETAILS
This modern industrial-themed condo includes a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. The living room is furnished with cozy seating, a 72” TV, and balcony doors offering views of the bustling main street. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cooking appliances such as a mixer, blender, coffee maker, and more, ensuring that all your culinary needs are met.

PROPERTY INFORMATION
The property also includes two full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, towels, and washcloths. Additionally, the main bathroom boasts a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. You’ll also find an extra-large walk-in closet with luggage racks, as well as a separate closet housing a washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a 72″ smart TV, while the secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a TV. The sun room attached to the main bedroom contains seating and a large smart TV, serving as an additional living area.

The rooftop is designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. It includes comfortable seating, ambient lighting, a fully equipped bar area with a mini fridge and a Green Egg grill, a smart TV, a high-quality sound system, tables and chairs, fans for added comfort, and two restrooms. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and take in the stunning views for hours on end!

The condo is one of two condos on the second floor. Your condo will be private, with private use of the upstairs rooftop area as well.

Enjoy a cabin with air conditioning and real beds! 1 full-size bed, 2 beds (one twin-size bunk bed) Bring your own linens or sleeping bag. All the way in the back of the park near the catch release catfish pond! Pet friendly cabin, limit of two (2) pets. A $30 per pet, per stay pet fee will be added to your booking.
