Rooms with eastern facing windows will have a lot of sunshine at the break of dawn. I had the paid receipt and itinerary number and still could not find the reservaiton. After 90 miniutes calling Hampton's number we found a phone number for Hotels.com and that customer service gentleman (I didn't catch his name) gave the hotel yet a different number to prove that I had a reservation and I was finally in the room 90 minutes after walking in the door. This was the first time ever I had an issue with making a reservation and it was after 21 hours of traveling."
