The ranch is spread across 150 acres of wooded rolling hills, with multiple horse pastures and five miles of hiking and biking trails. Exploring the well-maintained trails will take you to many scenic overlooks, private gazebos and benches, creek side sitting areas and beautiful ponds. If you bring boots you can wade across the slow moving creek with 3-4 inches depth of water to the 50 acres on the other side with several miles of trails.

Fishing, catch & release is available on Carr Creek and a pond on the property. A treehouse is nearby on the property with a small climbing wall and swing. Kelly's Jubilee is a beautiful property with lots of scenic views and plenty of fun things to explore. Our room was lovely, and when we arrived there was a beautiful flower arrangement and snacks waiting for us. The hot tub was readily accessible and easy to use, and Kelly was communicative and easy to reach for the few questions we did have. She even reached out after we left one of our pillows to help figure out how to get it back to us. We both said to each other we wanted to come back and stay another time (perhaps in one of the other cool spots, like the pirate ship or the covered wagon). (No one wants to hear the noisy neighbor’s below) If you have a larger group and want to add in more sleeping space we can rent it separately. Currently, the room is equipped with a queen Murphy bed and a twin cot. A coffee maker, mini-fridge toaster, and microwave are also included. This space has heat and ac.

- "We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a beautiful room. We did not get a VRBO message with our room code in it, but was greeted by the manager when we arrived. The room was everything we could’ve wanted! The grounds are beautiful with lots to see. Was only about 30 minutes from Nashville which I think is perfect. Downfall is the bathroom is on the outside and looked like the bathroom entrance was covered by the ring camera. Every time I went to the bathroom in the late night I would see the glow of the camera when I came out. Scared me the first time."

Knotty and Nice Chalet located in on a tranquil 150 acres that is secluded, quiet and picturesque. You feel like you are in the woods with the large windows. You can relax on the screen porch and enjoy the gas fire pit or enjoy the 5 miles of trails on the property. An outdoor wood burning fire pit (wood is provided) and a treehouse for the kids are next to the Chalet. The Knotty and Nice Chalet is located on Paradise Ranch & Retreat in Springfield Tennessee, only half an hour from Nashville. The ranch is spread across 150 acres of wooded rolling hills, with multiple horse pastures and five miles of hiking and biking trails. Exploring the well-maintained trails will take you to many scenic overlooks, private gazebos and benches, creek side sitting areas and beautiful ponds. If you bring boots you can wade across the slow moving Carr creek with 3-4 inches of water depth to the 50 acres on the other side with several miles of trails.
Fishing, catch & release is available on Carr Creek and a pond on the property. A treehouse is nearby on the property with a small climbing wall and swing. Knotty and Nice chalet is a place you can enjoy private time with a special someone, family, or friends.

The Chalet

The Knotty & Nice Chalet is a 2,738 square foot chalet built in 2022 with all of the modern conveniences to keep you comfortable. Four bedrooms and three and a half baths can sleep up to eight people.

The kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances to include fridge/freezer, dish washer, range and oven, coffee maker with a selection of coffee and tea, waffle maker, cookware, and dinnerware. The kitchen island seats three and a dining room table.

The living room features several chairs and a couch, a large gas fireplace, and 65 in. HD Smart TV. 250mbps business-class high-speed Internet/WiFi is provided throughout the cabin.

The downstairs has two bedrooms, one is with a king bed that can be converted to two twin beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms each have 55 in. HD Smart TVs. The bathroom features a shower with two separate shower heads as well as two sinks. There is a living area with a gas fire place, 65 in. HD Smart TV, large recliner sofa, microwave and small refrigerator. There is also a stacked washer and dryer downstairs.

The main level bedroom features a king size bed, 55 in. HD Smart TV, walk in closet and an attached bathroom with two sinks, one of which is wheelchair accessible. The large shower has two shower heads.

The upstairs bedroom also features a king size bed, 55 in. HD TV and attached bathroom with an air-jet jacuzzi tub for two.

We have priced this amazing place very low so that a couple can afford this as a romantic getaway.

After the first two guests, we charge per person. Please be accurate with your guest count. We want to continue to keep our prices low. Please note there will be a $500 security deposit hold that will be refunded 5-7 days after checkout if no damages occurred. Also, we have one Ring doorbell camera at the front door. The Ring camera will be on during your stay. We REQUIRE that groups also book the neighboring small treehouse. They are separate rentals. I want all of our guests to have the best experience possible.

This place is fantastic! A feast for your eyes. Beautiful inside and out. The Mansion is a three-story building with an elevator. The bottom floor is not yet completed, so we don't have pictures posted, but there is a full bathroom that large groups may have access to if needed. We ask that groups also book the neighboring small treehouse. They are separate rentals that share a deck and the hot tub is currently near the smaller treehouse. I have blocked off all weekends to have the smaller treehouse available for mansion guests to book on request. I want all of our guests to have the best experience possible. For example, if a couple is renting the small treehouse and next door in the mansion they are having a gathering it could affect the quiet enjoyment of their stay. Groups that rent both treehouses will have an exclusive private experience with no shared decks or hot tubs. It is a win-win for all involved.

It’s on such a beautiful property surrounded by trees and a stream on one side. There are a few other cabins there, but they’re far enough apart that you still have privacy. Pros: very clean and decorated nicely with plants everywhere. 2 outdoor porches available to hang out on. They had disney+ on the tv. Internet worked great. Towels and washcloths were super plush (and different colors! Which is very helpful for multiple family members/friends). The sheets were so soft that I looked for the tag to go buy some of my own. Cons: the property isn’t super close to Nashville, maybe a 30 min drive. The house makes up for it being an actual dream."
