Private apartment in a peaceful home. Small apartment has a living room, kitchen with full size appliances, a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Separate entrance, designated parking space, use of shared deck. Country setting but only 4 miles from shopping and restaurants. 20 miles from downtown Nashville. Fully furnished with separate HVAC system and thermostat and washer/dryer.

The space
Apartment is attached to our house but has a private entrance. Our home is peaceful. We do not have children or pets.

Guest access
Apartment has a private entrance (see photos) from the deck. The entrance to our part of the house is on the opposite side.

Other things to note
Guests have a designated parking space in front of the of the deck entrance.

The top of the coffee table lifts up to create working space.

The Loft is located at Bloomsbury Farm an organic working farm that is family owned and operated. Bloomsbury is on over 400 acres of farmland in Smyrna Tennessee, only 35 minutes from downtown Nashville. Relax in bed while overlooking the beautiful pasture through the floor to ceiling window. Cook a farm fresh meal in the gourmet kitchen outfitted with a 6 burner Wolf range and subzero refrigerator. The space
The Loft is thoughtfully designed and decorated providing you with a magical retreat for rest, romance and relaxation.

The Loft is a converted horse barn outfitted with a gourmet kitchen, bathroom, walk-in shower, laundry room and one bedroom with a king bed + linen sheets. The bedroom is very private with a large window looking out over the farmland.

Sit out at our fire pit and enjoy a glass of wine or roast marshmallows while watching the sunset or sip coffee in the morning watching the horses and donkeys graze!

Guest access
Feel free to walk around The Loft area and enjoy the beautiful scenery and please feel free to enjoy the fire pit. There is wood in the breezeway of The Loft. Since we are a working organic farm we ask that you please book a tour with us directly, tours are $25.00 per person. Our Farm Fridays run from March to the first week of December and free and open to the public. Head to Bloomsbury Farm's website to learn more about Farm Friday! Just a friendly reminder that other buildings on the property belong to the Palmer Family and the farm.

Other things to note
The Loft is located on a 400 acre farm! You will be surrounded by trees and nature, don't be surprised to see wild turkeys, furry critters and bugs!

**Please note that while we do have WIFI it is very spotty and not always great for streaming or any type of video call. We are located in the country on 400 acres of farmland, our guests usually enjoy booking the loft to unplug and be in nature!

Bloomsbury is open to the public on Fridays ( March-December) from 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM. Come hang with us on Farm Friday during your stay, buy fresh seasonal produce, enjoy some wonderful rotating food and drinks!

We offer farm tours with the Bloomsbury’s owner Lauren and the option to pre-purchase a seasonal veggie basket or ½ dozen eggs. Let us know if you are interested in scheduling a tour during your stay or purchasing a basket!
