It’s important to note that there isn’t 24/7 desk staff - when our flight was delayed we were a little worried that we would miss check in but it all worked out. Communication from the apartments end could be better. However, the place itself made up for it. The place is gorgeous, the kitchens are fully stocked with high quality tools (the good Nespresso coffee maker in the suite), the pool is great, and the vibe of the building is way better than your average hotel as it’s mostly long term residents, no loud families or high school sports teams around.
