Sail, fish, ski or do nothing but relax on "The Cabin's" spacious front porch overlooking Lake Guntersville. The Cabin is located at North Alabama Sailing Marina with a fresh renovation throughout the two bedroom one bath 1200 square foot home. Large picture windows offer a million dollar view of the lake.

Bring your own boat, sail or motor, and launch from our private ramp and have parking for the vehicle and trailer adjacent to the Cabin. Slip space is provide throughout your stay. Walk out in the morning with a cup of coffee and get on your boat ready for the day. A charcoal grill and lakeside fire pit are provided for evening entertaining. Bring the wife along to enjoy the downtown antique shopping, casual breakfast / lunch or enjoy a day reading on the porch overlooking Lake Guntersville.

The house has all the amenities of home. It comes with a large front loading washer and dryer, and the kitchen has a full size electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The dining room has seating for six.

Gather in the large living room and sink in the comfy leather sofa and enjoy the view of beautiful Lake Guntersville, watch movies on the large flat screen TV or venture out on the porch and while away the evening on the porch swing.

There are two spacious bedrooms. One has a new king size bed and the other has a new full size bed and one new twin over full bunk bed. Comfortably accommodating six guests.

Linens for the bath and bedrooms are provided.

Groceries, restaurants, gas and bait are available within a mile. "Fire by the Lake" restaurant and bar is within walking distance and "Char Burger", a local favorite, is within a quarter of a mile.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin on the lake WATERFRONT. Located on the main channel. It is close to the bat cave, the fireworks, and Guntersville Dam. This property is back in the woods. A real 'Uncle Buck' Summer camp feel. Trees everywhere! Awesome ride back. Serine. 50' off the pier it is 10' deep water. The inside of the cabin is remodeled to a rustic tone with a lot of cedar! King bedroom has a new (June 2024) 50 inch TV. 42' plasma for TV in the living area. Brand new refrigerator (April 2021) Satellite Internet. Cell phone service varies from carrier to carrier. Cove is smooth for skiing or inter-tubing. Area is great for fishing. Great for Canoeing. Canoes, kayaks, are 'RENT FREE'. New Washer and Dryer onsite (June 2025). Big deck on the back. Charcoal grill. Hardwoods and tile. No carpet. Great neighbors. Plenty of parking. A fire pit perfect for s’mores! Recently added boathouse to cover your expensive bass rig! Sorry no pets are allowed at the property. Please be aware before booking that it may not be the place for anyone with motion sickness. It is also more of a camping experience than a motel stay. The sewage system is a holding tank, like what is used in a camper or RV. It is pumped daily, but there is the chance of some odors as with any self contained unit. Dishes, bath towels, and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience.

Located on Lake Shore Island on Guntersville Lake. Great for fishermen, hunters, golfers and families. There are 2 rentals on the island. The other is Lake Shore Island Cottage 3704980 if you have a large group.

Two bedrooms, two baths, kitchenette (NO STOVE) and living room in downstairs private apartment. Master bedroom sleeps 4 - king size bed and couch (opens to full size bed). Second bedroom sleeps two in queen size bed. Living room has sleeper couch (opens to full size bed) and 48" flat screen Smart TV. Kitchenette has full size fridge, (no stove) the microwave is also a convection oven and air fryer, toaster oven, coffee maker, griddle, crock pot, and toaster. The dining table (expands to seat 8).

Two double sliding doors open to views of lake. The large covered patio has a 6 burner outdoor grill and is propane and there is always an extra tank on hand. There is an outdoor dining table and additional seating. Relax around the large stone fire pit and toast marshmallows with the provided ingredients. Deer often come around the cabin in the evenings and bald eagles fly around the island.

There is a view of the lake and a boat launch and fishing pier across the street. Secure boat parking with electrical hookups on site.

Only 1 mile across the bridge from the cabin is City Harbor and downtown. The Harbor has a bar and restaurants and Home Re-decor. Downtown has Moody Brews Coffee Shop restaurants, 412 Downtown is a local bar and lots of shops! Fants is a clothing, furniture and consignment shop.

1 bedroom cabin 2 miles from GTO bait shop and Brown’s Creek boat ramp. The cabin sits on my property. I am a General Manager for a major Hotel Chain. I live in the house next door and I promise you a clean comfortable stay. The cabin offers you plenty of privacy. I furnish linens and will change them every 3 days if requested.
The cabin is pet friendly. It is equipped with 1 full size bed in the bedroom, a pullout sofa bed in the living area, dorm sized fridge/freezer, microwave, shower (no bathtub), HD tv with a Roku and Spectrum cable, WiFi, and plenty of water and snacks. You can park your boat at the cabin or pull in to my driveway, which is directly beside it, to plug in your boat. I keep an extension cord on the left side for guests to use. The entire property is surrounded by multiple ADT security systems so you can rest and enjoy your stay without worrying about your belongings.
This cabin isn’t the definition of luxury by any means but it is comfortable and it’s perfect for anyone wanting to stay in a safe area while they explore North Alabama or just come and fish the lake.
