Second watercraft is required for stays on the lake. Our 84-foot houseboat features six bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room area, and a dining table. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The front open area includes a gas grill and an outdoor dining area. On the rooftop, you'll find a covered dining area and a lounge space with a propane firepit table. For added fun, there is a waterslide that extends from the rooftop down the back of the boat.

We are 1-mile from Center Hill Lake access with boat slip and large beach front. Set up a picnic, use the grills, enjoy some fishing, or just watch the sunset. This cove is the perfect spot to enjoy the water.

The Lily tent comes with a queen bed, dresser, A/C, outdoor kitchen basics, solo stove fire pit, hammock, and large deck for eating and relaxing.
Our bathhouse is equipped with a toilet, 2 sinks, large rainfall shower, and plenty of hot water.

The large open meadow at the top of the hill is perfect for star gazing. During the day, feel free to wander our 8-acres of wooded hills. Our hiking trails will be finished in 2024, but our adventurous guests are welcome to explore.

The lot looked overgrown with a delapitated barn on site. There were some men standing by pick up trucks near by before and after the property. I didn't feel safe. I cut my losses and returned home. I did not contact the property as I had a four hour drive home. As a single female traveler, feeling safe is #1 priority. "

Canopy covered privacy without being secluded from everything else. Creekside camping at EVOO lets you have your own little getaway without getting to far away. Close to lots of outdoor activities and plenty of space to accommodate a large group. Relax in a hammock by the creek and take a dip in the 3 ft deep swimming hole. Firepits, firewood, two picnic tables and tiki torches, are provided. A rustic structure provides privacy for those private moments. Bring your own shelter and bedding. Guests are invited to camp in this unique spot that is private, yet close to town. Tucked away in the privacy of the green canopy, enjoy camping without being in the middle nowhere. Camp beside the water and enjoy the 3 feet deep swimming hole on hot summer days. Hammocks hung in the trees offer relaxation in the shade. Plenty of firepits and firewood. Two picnic tables for outdoor dining prepared on the creek rock grill with your basic kitchen amenities. Tiki torches throughout the area give light after sunset. The is a privacy shelter with a portable toilet (bags included) and a portable shower. Bring your own tent, sleeping arrangements, and food. The entire creek area is yours. Feel free to text with any questions or concerns before and during your stay. Guests must arrive before dark to become familiar with the space. Tiki torches provide very little lighting and the area is very dark after sunset. You can drive into the creek area or park at the barn and walk in; just a very short distance. There is an outside dog at the house that will probably visit. Please bag all trash (including the toilet bag) and leave it at the site for pick up.

Child Friendly

Primitive means no electricity or bathroom. You can fill water containers at the farmhouse. You can bring an RV or a tent or anything in between. There is lots of extra room on the site if you are traveling with friends. The site is located near my farm house. We have large fields where you can hike, a beautiful stream to explore and miniature horses to pet. There is a 25 dollar/ pet fee which covers your entire stay here. See you soon!

Your pets are welcome too. JUST NOT ON THE BEDS PLEASE..

Be sure to stay with your pet at all times, keep them on a leash when outdoors. It's not fenced in and it's near a road.
We ask that you do not leave them inside the camper alone if you leave the area. All pet waste must be cleaned up.
We have a pet limit due to the small space. Feel free to contact me with any questions about more pets. :)

*Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE only.

*6 guest could stay comfortably, just keep in mind it's a small space with 1 queen & 2 full bunkbeds.

*We also have a Bunkie Cabin that sleeps two guest. Perfect for older children or extra guest that want the glamping experience.
There is power in the Bunkie along with 2 outlets and a fan.

You have the entire camper & Bunkie on a 1/2 acre to yourself. You have a full deck with a picnic table, charcoal grill and firepit; we provide the firewood.

Keep in mind the camper beds have to be "climbed" into. Ones a bunkbed & the queen sets around 3' off the ground.
*** May not be suitable for very young or disabled people.

The Bunkie has 2 cots and electric.

The nearby town has several family owned and chain restaurants for pizza, burgers, Mexican, and fried chicken, and many more options available for dine in or carry out. There is a Wal-Mart less than 10 miles away, a Dollar Store 1 mile away and a gas station 2 1/2 miles away.

Welcome to Cookeville, TN! Only an hour east of Nashville's flash and bustle and a few hours west of Knoxville. There is small college town energy that brings with it a variety of unique eateries, coffee shops, boutiques, and art offerings. However, our favorite locales are mostly waterfalls and natural beauty of the Upper Cumberland.

The Cascade Camper is minutes from some breathtaking and very accessible waterfalls and rivers. This special hideaway is nestled in our pear and cherry orchard. We have all hookups set up for your convenience.

We love traveling with our children and we have been stayed in Airbnb's all over the country and even in Ireland. The original concept of staying with locals in unique spaces that feel like home is what we love most. We want to create a place where family and friends can make lasting connections and memories.
