- "It is convenient to the interstate, lots of restaurants within driving distance, a nice lobby, great Continental breakfast, elevator, very clean, friendly helpful staff, and great rooms. The only negative is the entry road is right beside another road and it is hard to tell which is which. We turned off to the wrong road a couple times and you have to go back out on the highway and find your way back in. There are no interconnecting parking lots with the neighboring businesses, which would be very helpful. All in all a great motel. "

We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we`ve learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests! A booking constitutes acceptance of all house rules and listing description.

1. All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking in order to stay the night. All other guests must leave before 10pm. No 3rd party bookings allowed, no local guests allowed.

2. Checkout time is anytime prior to 10am. Guests who remain past checkout time will be charged an additional $50 per half hour of late checkout.

3. Parking is ONLY available in front of the home on the gravel pad. At no time should you park behind the home. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

4. We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations, inclement weather, power outages, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.

5. We assume no responsibility for items left behind. Please make sure to gather all items prior to checking out.

6. Our cleaning fee is based on a `courteous guest`. If the house or linens are damaged or neglected, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the dwelling in, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. Reservations over 14 nights will require a by weekly cleaning at guests expense.

7. Absolutely no smoking of any kind to include cannabis. If we find evidence or smells related to smoking, guest is responsible for paying to host for any smoke damage.

8. No delivery of items is allowed at anytime to this address. No exceptions.

9. Pets allowed if approved by host and added to your reservation at the time of booking. 1 dog under 40 lbs only please. Please do not allow your animal to access our bedding or furniture. Pets must be included in your reservation at time of booking and pet fee paid prior to check in.

If your pet is not added at the time of reservation and you would like to bring your dog, please let us know and we will offer payment options for the fee.

Our pet policy states that pets should not access our furniture or linens. If you think your pet may access our furniture, please use the provided couch cover and old sheets to protect our furniture and linens. We provide small garbage bags for refuse clean up. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. This is not included in the cleaning fee.

Welcome to Katz Place. The name comes from our rental business of 23 years, TOMKAT Properties. The building is on the corner of Windover Place and Glenn Street.
Park in the large parking area in the back of the building. You will enter Unit #3 from the back parking area. This unit is a clean and spacious downstairs apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator w/ ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a kurieg coffee maker with K cups. creamer amd sugar along with small appliances such as a Crock Pot, Toaster, and hand held mixer. Dishes for 4 persons, glassware, flatware and Stainless cookware. Everything you will need to cook a gourmet dinner.
Relax in the Living Room in the 2 recliner loveseat with USB chargers and 42" SMART TV with 549 cable channels and 5 HBO or catch on your paperwork at the desk in the Living room. The bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress and black out curtains so you will sleep well. We provide hangers and a blanket in the closet. And if you need an extra bed we also provide a blow up mattress. Extra pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels are available to our guests as well. A washer/dryer set with laundry pods is located in the unit.
Just off the Kitchen we've provided a table and chairs with a charcoal grill with charcoal on the patio to enjoy the outdoors.

Completely remodeled inside with a fresh clean contemporary style. Laminate hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tile in the Kitchen and vinyl tile in the bathroom and laundry keep the inside clean. This apartment is designed for comfort central heat/air and ceiling fans in the Living Room and both bedrooms.

The Living Room has a large sectional sofa with two recliners that should easily accommodate everyone. You won't miss any TV programs with the 50" SMART TV, it will provide all the entertainment you could want with 549 cable channels (5 being HBO) and 300mbps private wireless internet plus a multitude of streaming apps. There is a washer and dryer set, with tide pods and dryer sheets available. In the living room, there is a pull out couch for an extra sleeping option for multiple guests or children. There is a small table and bar stools that sits 4. It can be used for dining and serves as extra entertainment - it has a board to play checkers, chess, or cards. Extra sheets, blankets, and towels are available to our guests as well. There is a front porch with 2 iron rocking chairs and also a back porch. There are no handrails on the back porch, so children should not be back there unsupervised. We are on 2 wooded acres, so feel free to get out and explore. There is a cleared walking trail that begins behind Frog Stomp and circles through the trees in the front yard.

There are 2 airbnbs on this property. we are also dog friendly. so for the safety of our guests, we ask that all dogs be leashed while outdoors .

Guests have full access to the guesthouse and immediate surrounding area, including walking trails that go from the back door of the guesthouse around the front of the wooded 2 acres of our property. If you would like more access to the front chairs, charcoal grill or fire pit- we can accommodate, just give us a heads up so we can have it ready for you. You will have full access to the 2 car covered carport.

Other things to note
We are pet friendly. We allow dogs only, as long as your pup is house trained and well behaved. Please add your dog to the reservation. There is an additional pet fee of $ 20 for the entire stay. Please pick up your pets waste and dispose of it in the garbage can located inside of the circle driveway. We do not allow cats because of past experiences- but we can make exceptions based on case by case basis. Please send us a message before instantly booking.

No smoking in the house. We do allow porch smoking, and there is a clean ashtray located under the kitchen sink. please empty it and clean it upon leaving.

We ask that our guests wash any dishes that are used. There is dish soap and sponges available. You can leave clean dishes in the dish rack to dry. We can put them up once they dry.

We have mosquito services to ensure comfort for our guests. We want our guests to enjoy the outdoors!
