However….the pictures of this great living room/kitchen open condo is NOTHING like the one I stayed in. I stayed in a lower level unit with no light in the living room at all. A two person couch and chair and a closed off kitchen. Spent most of the time in the bedroom because it felt like watching tv in someone’s basement in the living room. No hot water…had the handle turned all the way to hot and still only got warm water. The walls are so thin!! One night spend a few hours listening to the neighbors tv and the next night the kids laughing, screaming till midnight. Lastly cleaning was ok - when you can clearly feel and see the #1 and start buttons are sticky makes the next renter kind of grossed out."

- "My kids loved the pools. The view was great. Very nice and clean." - "Thought I was getting to stay at a 5 star resort, too bad I was mistaken, dirty, had to call to have the lights in the kitchen and bathroom to work, had to call to get the patio door to lock. The hot tub was only lukewarm and the timer did not work. Water leaked on the floor from the outside air conditioner and the matience guy said they knew about it but that did not help that floor in front on the patio door stayed wet, floors were filthy. Never will stay again, or at any Diamond Resort."
