The hot tub on the deck was nice until we noticed that it was leaning and felt unsecure. It was definitely unsafe and we could no longer use it in fear of it falling through the deck. If there is a way to get the repaired, it would have been fine. We had plenty of towels for each bathroom, but we didn't have washcloths. Nothing major, just an inconvenience. Other than that, the cabin is definitely worth it!"

No privacy as the neighbors are all right there- even when you are in the hot tub . Dont get me wrong its cute, cozy for a small group or family and close to down town PF. Just has things i wish i were aware of before booking. "

- "This was our honeymoon trip, and we wanted something simple and quiet. First I will say- the location was perfect. It was on the end of a cul-de-sac, trees all around, a fair amount of privacy. Just the right size for 2 people. Fairly clean inside. However.. The furniture was really uncomfortable, older, and kind of run down. Sat in the recliner and springs were mostly broken and almost fell out of it backward. The couch wasn't much better. The bed was tolerable, but a cheap hard mattress piled high with mattress covers and an old egg crate mattress pad. It was so high off the floor I had to have help getting into bed and actually fell trying to get out of bed one night while half asleep, forgetting how high off the floor it is. Some fixtures need replacing as they are old and rusty. The deck outside has some condition issues, dry rotted and painted over. The hot tub worked, water was hot and jets worked fine but lights did not work, and the seat on the edge where you get in was dry rotted and collapsed in on itself. Internet was spotty at best, Tv in living room was concting(but had trouble staying connected)we couldn't use the TV in bedroom at all during our stay because it wasn't connected. We did contact PM about the hot tub cushion and the internet, but didnt want to be interrupted during our stay. We took pics to demonstrate these condition descriptions. With updating/repairs this place would be great. We had a decent time, overall, but could have been better, honestly."

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional towels, toilet paper/trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen. Please prepare should you have extended stays. Please do not take the soap bottles as you will be charged to replace them. Bottles are sanitized between guests’ stays. Bathroom is slightly elevated (one step up). Shower is also one step down. Please see photos or reach out should you have any questions.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You’ll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is just a minute away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.
Should you bring your pet please do not leave them unattended.
We have a zero tolerance policy for unlawful activity which includes any illegal drug activity. We have a clean, safe and appealing community to call home and want to keep it that way. We stand behind our philosophy of “If you see something, say something!”

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends. The convenience of the cabin outweighs the rain and potential for this odor.

Accessing this cabin by vehicle is straightforward. The journey mostly consists of main roads, but the last quarter-mile features a winding, uphill drive that can be narrow and steep. There's ample level parking for two vehicles on a paved driveway. You're only 1 minute away from Pigeon Forge, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach both the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg. Plus, there's a Dollar General and Kroger conveniently located nearby. With such a prime location, you'll be just a quick drive from all the attractions downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.
