Welcome to our home, 10 Sparkleberry Court, lovingly named Sparkleview!

Built in 2020, our beautiful and tastefully decorated custom-built home with long range mountain and lake views features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With all that plus two living rooms, a theater room, and two large decks, this spacious mountain home is perfect for large families wanting to get away to the mountains.

The main level of this home features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, hidden stereo system, DVD, and a gas log fireplace. It also boasts a large dining room with ample seating and a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, well equipped for cooking and dining.

A side entrance with easy access to generous parking, adjoins the kitchen via a mud room, equipped with both full-sized washer and dryer and a stainless-steel tub. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite with walk-in shower. The main level bedroom has three twin-sized beds. Just outside the living room through large French doors, there is a spacious upper deck with long-range mountain and a spectacular lake view. Not only is the deck set up for dining, but there is also even a gas log fireplace outside, perfect for cool mountain evenings.

Downstairs, you will find an additional living area with a sectional couch and flat screen TV and DVD. A second deck with a firepit and sectional seating is accessible from this level with additional outdoor entertainment space. One of the highlights of this floor is its theater room, complete with a surround sound, 75-inch television, and two marvelously comfortable Swedish reclining chairs. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom is another queen master with ensuite, while the remaining two bedrooms are both equipped with queen beds and share a bathroom.
