- "The owners told us the house was built in 1904. Though the bedrooms have all been renovated to accommodate modest bathrooms, the original architecture is still intact, revealing pine ceilings and pine beams, oak floors, ship lap, and exposed mortar and plank walls. The Victorian decor throughout the home beautifully enhances the home's architecture. We stayed in the George Washington suite which had a large bedroom with king sized bed, a small bathroom with shower, followed by a light and airy sitting room. The bed and bathrooms were very dark, so much that applying makeup, or hair styling were virtually impossible without the lighted mirror I had brought from home. But the bed was very comfortable and my husband and I were absolutely WOWED by the delicious breakfasts and warm hospitality provided by our hosts, Dave and Lorraine. extremely "

We are only 15min from Downtown Greenville, 35min from Clemson, & 1 1/2 hrs from Asheville, with quick access to SC85. Are you visiting with family, a bridal party, friends, or coworkers? Are you here for Clemson football or a fishing tournament?

This airy, comfortable house has so much to enjoy. The grounds are beautiful, with a wooded backyard and big deck for outdoor dining. Play pool, foosball, arcade games, or badminton. There are books, magazines & games, too. There is a gravel driveway extension for parking boats or trailers/small RV's. The wooded backyard is a kid's paradise.

It is beautiful and peaceful at The Artist Haven. We love all animals and have been feeding the deer that come onto the property. We also set food out for a sweet little black and white cat named Bonnie (she's a "no-touch-me kitty"). If you love animals too, would you give them the food we have supplied? If you are lucky, you may even see our "pet" groundhog, Garry.

THE CABIN - [more images avail.upon request] We built the cabin in 2004 from pine trees that we cut and sawed here on the property; its surrounded by 100s of acres of privately owned forest land with scattered homes. This provides a rare kind of quiet, broken by the sounds of animals, the wind and rain. The dark night skies also allow for great star gazing. The exterior of the cabin is made of white pine board and batten while the interior consists of white pine paneling and sheet rock, yellow pine floors, and tall cathedral ceilings throughout. LOCATION, LOCATION... - The list of “Activities” below – with the exception of hiking, biking, and wildlife viewing - are not actually onsite but within easy driving distance. For example, there are many fine golf courses, fishing and boating opportunities within 10 - 45 min. While nearby Pickens and Easley offer some restaurants and cultural/entertainment opportunities, Greenville clearly offers the widest and finest selection of these. The beautiful downtown district has many fine restaurants, the Peace Center (plays, ballet, music), museums, galleries and shopping. One of the recent additions is the restoration of the Reedy River Falls area in West End, the centerpiece of which is a curved suspension bridge (walking only), truly an architectural wonder, which overlooks the falls, downtown area and park. Other local cultural attractions include the Pickens County Museum of Art and History, located 10 min away in Pickens. The museum also operates the restored Hagood Mill site, one of the few active grist mills in the region. Most Saturdays there is music and more at the Hagood Mill, celebrating the early history of the area in terms of music, storytelling, blacksmithing, quilting and more. Its open for tours Wed-Sat.

DAVID'S FEATURE FAVORITE SWEET SPOT – I highly recommend kayaking, canoeing or swimming on Lake Jocassee - one of the most beautiful lakes in the Southeast. I will rent canoes and kayaks depending when available. This deep, clear lake is literally perched at the edge of the mountains – and is thus fed by clear mountain streams, whose waterfalls, in some cases, actually fall directly into the lake. The surrounding mountain landscape with rich forested slopes and coves, coupled with the wide, deep waters provide a uniquely beautiful scene. Only one small area of this large lake has been developed - a small amount of private land and a small amount that is part of Devils Fork State Park but the rest is undeveloped forest belonging to Duke Power, SC/NC, or US the Forest Service.

ECOLOGISTS DELIGHT - We are located in the Upper Foothills Physiographic Province where we have a blend of Piedmont and Mountain species. This area is the southern tip of the range for white pine, Eastern Hemlock, rosebay rhododendron and other woody and herbaceous species. Much of the land is classified as ranging from oak-hickory forest to various pine-hardwood mixes (white, Virginia and Shortleaf pines) to cove hardwood-hemlock forests. Historically, this was Cherokee land – points and other artifacts can still be found today. It was settled mostly in the late 1700s and 1800s by white settlers. Scattered homesites can still be found from this period. Cotton and corn was planted on much of the land in the area as late as the 1920s and 1930s but most was abandoned at that time. These cultivated and terraced lands, once abandoned, eventually reverted to forest and are now dominated by 70-80 year old Virginia pines and mixed hardwoods. Evidence of old terraces and erosion gullies are still evident in the forest. Other parts of our property were never plowed historically. Rather, these somewhat more steep lands were periodically harvested for timber and other wood products; heavily grazed by cattle (woodland grazing) and burned periodically. These disturbances were mild compared to cultivation impacts. The result is a much more productive and ecologically healthy forest. These forests are dominated by chestnut oak, white and red oaks, hickories, maples, interspersed with yellow poplar, shortleaf pine and large white pine. Deciduous magnolias, Silverbells, basswood, beech, sourwood, dogwoods and other species are also also prevalent. Common on some sites are ‘laurel slicks’ – thick patches of mountain laurel that appear as shiny, green, ‘slicks’ from a distance. In the spring, nothing is finer than the bountiful white blooms of Mt. Laurel. These forests support a wide array of birds, reptiles and mammals. Some of the common mammals include – deer, turkey, squirrels, fox, skunk, bear, raccoons, bobcat and, more recently, coyote

We are located in a wooded, spacious neighborhood. Our property is situated on 1 acre and surrounded by woods. While we are in the country, we are just 8 minutes from the city of Easley!

Extra amentities: Linens, towels, pool towels, first aid, toiletries, iron, ironing board, hangers, hair dryer, guest book with our favorite recommendations, board games, books, children’s books, toys, pack and play, child’s booster high chair, and pool toys and floats.
Kitchen amenities: Toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, glass baking dishes and pans, electric skillet, griddle, pots and pans, muffin and pizza pans, electric hand mixer, ninja blender, and more.

Pool will be open May-end of September! The pool is open from 7am-9pm. We do have outdoor security cameras, and they cover our hot tub, pool, and driveway areas. Your privacy and safety are of the upmost importance to us! While we try to give our guests privacy, you may share the outdoor spaces with our family at times. You can schedule, in advance, a guaranteed 2 hour privacy time per each day of your stay at the pool. We do not use the hot tub and fire pit while guests are present in the house. Before using the pool, hot tub, or fire pit, a waiver must be signed to release us from being responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while using these amenities. The pool cannot be used for events/parties.

This property is not handicap accessible. You must walk down stone steps to access the property.

This is a nonsmoking property. Parties, outside guests, and pets are not permitted on the property.

****Quiet hours are 10:30pm-6:30am. Outdoor music has to be turned off by 8:30pm and kept at a respectful volume at all times for our neighbors. Please note, you will hear us walking around upstairs just as in an apartment. We are up by 6:30/7am but try our best to be quiet. We totally understand if you’re traveling with kids that kids can get loud, have melt downs, and babies cry. We don’t want our guests to feel they have to walk on egg shells. Your comfort is of the upmost importance to us, and we want you to feel welcome and at home!

We have one hypoallergenic dog, Cockapoo, named Holly. She is pretty quiet, incredibly sweet, and stays only on our main floor. She has never been in the basement space as we keep this area completely pet free to keep it hair and allergen free for even those extra sensitive. For pet lovers, there are 2 pet boarding places within 3 minutes from our home.

Check in is from 4pm-10pm. A late fee of $50 will be required for guests that check in after 10pm. We have to stay up to ensure our guests get in and don’t get lost and ask our guests to be considerate of our sleep. Thanks for your consideration!!!

Pool will be open May-end of September! The pool is open from 7am-9pm. We do have outdoor security cameras, and they cover our hot tub, pool, and driveway areas. Your privacy and safety are of the upmost importance to us! While we try to give our guests privacy, you may share the outdoor spaces with our family at times. You can schedule, in advance, a guaranteed 2 hour privacy time per each day of your stay at the pool. We do not use the hot tub and fire pit while guests are present in the house. Before using the pool, hot tub, or fire pit, a waiver must be signed to release us from being responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while using these amenities. The pool cannot be used for events/parties.

This property is not handicap accessible. You must walk down stone steps to access the property.

This is a nonsmoking property- inside and outside. Parties, outside guests, and pets are not permitted on the property.

****We offer a 10% nightly discount for active military and teachers. A current military ID or teacher badge must be presented upon arrival to receive discount. If splitting the price with multiple families, the discount will only be provided to the portion the qualifying family(ies) has to pay.

****Quiet hours are 10:30pm-6:30am. Outdoor music has to be turned off by 8:30pm and kept at a respectful volume at all times for our neighbors. Please note, you will hear us walking around upstairs just as in an apartment. We are up by 6:30/7am but try our best to be quiet. We totally understand if you’re traveling with kids that kids can get loud, have melt downs, and babies cry. We don’t want our guests to feel they have to walk on egg shells. Your comfort is of the upmost importance to us, and we want you to feel welcome and at home!

We have one hypoallergenic dog, Cockapoo, named Holly. She is pretty quiet, incredibly sweet, and stays only on our main floor. She has never been in the basement space as we keep this area completely pet free to keep it hair and allergen free for even those extra sensitive. For pet lovers, there are 2 pet boarding places within 3 minutes from our home.

Check in is from 4pm-10pm. A late fee of $50 will be required for guests that check in after 10pm. We have to stay up to ensure our guests get in and don’t get lost and ask our guests to be considerate of our sleep. Thanks for your consideration!!!

You can visit our 34 laying hens and 6 ducks and if available, have some of their pasture-raised eggs!

Our RV is located in a quiet spot, but within minutes of shopping, restaurants and only 15 minutes to downtown Greenville and 25 minutes to Clemson! Our property is 100% smoke free, thank you.

Located on our 4.5 acre homestead, this camper is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The RV can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it the perfect option for couples or small families.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed, two large bunks with privacy curtains on each, a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The camper has a water filtration system so all your water is clean from your shower to water coming out of the tap. Please keep in mind that while the water heater works well it is small and can only accommodate short showers.

Our family lives on the property and will be around with our dogs, cats and taking care of our chickens and ducks. While we respect your privacy and space a friendly smile and greeting goes a long way. The immediate area, picnic table and fire pit outside the camper is 100% for guests only, we will not be in that space at all. If you are looking for complete solitude our property will not be able meet that need or desire. Thank you for your understanding, it is very appreciated! 😊

We take pride in keeping our RV clean and well-maintained, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. We please ask that there is no smoking of any kind in our camper or on our property, thank you. We're also happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and sights to see.

The space is three levels. The top level has a master bedroom w/king sized bed, attached bathroom, bedroom two w/queen, two twin beds in bedroom three, and main bath.

The middle level has the kitchen, coffee bar, large dining room, large living room w/65 "smart tv, interchangeable sofa and access to the screened in porch and backyard.

The bottom level has a "theater" room for entertainment, a 75" tv, a sunroom looking out to the pool w/ treadmill, weights, and massage chair, faux leather reclining sofa, full size sofa bed, and laundry room.

Sit and relax with your espresso or wine on the screened-in porch or in the shaded area just outside. Gather in the gazebo bar for chats and cheers. At night you can take off the middle of the table, turn on the gas-powered fire, and stay warm when the weather cools.

The 4-10 foot deep saltwater pool w/diving board is amazing for your skin and hair (mind, body, soul, too) and is a healthier option to chlorinated pools.

Host's dogs require access to fenced backyard, but can use other area at guest's request. Guests have control of central heat and air unit for apartment.

Guests are welcome to come to our residence to look at art or borrow books from our library. We have karaoke mics if you want to sing.
Other things to note
Our dogs (Apples: 6 lb Brussels Griffon, Tippy: 20 lb Boston Terrier, Lassie: 18 lb Terrier mix, and Houdini: 15 lb mound of hair and energy) use the fenced backyard area for playtime and potty breaks, so we ask that guests keep back gate closed and latched. If guest(s) has/have an aversion to dogs, please let us know and we will accommodate that during your stay.

Pets are welcome at farmhouse. A one time $75 pet fee is charged for each stay. We reserve the right to increase this fee for more than three dogs or other animals.

We have a Ring device and minut device at both outside doors. There is a minut device inside by the back door. Minut measures sound waves and levels of noise that are unusual. It does not record or measure normal levels of sound. These devices are for security when the house is empty and not for monitoring guests.

- "The house had a great variety of fun activities -- chess, piano, lake complete with fishing supplies, hot tub, pool, books, board games, and more. Check-in was convenient and easy. We were provided with great details and instructions on how to use the items at the house and where to find things. The kitchen was amazing and truly well-stocked with cooking supplies. The beds were firmer than my personal preference, but some people love firm beds, so that isn't a good or a bad thing, but may be useful info to know. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

Welcome to Boho on B Street! Our charming duplex is beautifully decorated and available for monthly rental (30 days-6 months) with inspiration from around the world, making our guests feel right at home.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a cozy living area with a flat screen smart TV.

A small, second bedroom is located off of the living room and features a Twin daybed. All linens are provided.

The living room leads our guests to a small kitchen, complete with stove, microwave, Keurig, and full sized refrigerator along with everything you need to whip up a quick meal. There is not a dishwasher at this home.

The kitchen leads into a hallway area and to the bathroom.

At the back of a house is a luxurious master bedroom with a King sized memory foam bed, large flat screen smart TV, dresser, and closet.

Pets are more than welcome at our home with a one-time pet fee of $250 for the first pet/$100 per additional pet, which is charged during or after booking. We even provide a pet bed, bowls, dishes, and towels for cleaning their feet. We do reserve the right to increase this fee if 3 or more pets are staying in our home. The fully fenced in back yard is perfect for your furry friends to enjoy!

Parking is right in front of the building, and Downtown Easley is mere blocks away.

A simple private room in a happy, warm home. The room is cozy, yet comfortable. We are well seasoned Airbnb guests, but are now also on the hosting side. We're constantly upgrading the room to ensure the best stay for all of our guests! So if you have any ideas, don't hesitate to mention them to us. The space
Your room and bathroom is located downstairs in the back corner of the house, just off the kitchen. It is just a simple room with a comfy queen sized bed, a mini fridge, a desk and TV. We don't have cable, but we do have wifi and a smart TV!!! We have pretty much all of the popular streaming apps: Netflix, Hulu, Prime TV, Nick Jr and YouTube for kids (my son is a Blippi fan). Our home is about a 10-15 minute drive to Downtown Greenville, a 10-15 minute drive to Woodruff Rd which has ample shopping, and about 20 minutes from the Haywood Mall if you prefer that kind of shopping. But we do literally live around the corner from so many fast food and sit down restaurants. We even have a few gems here that my husband and I would be more than happy to recommend. Walmart is also over there, a few plazas, and grocery stores. We're also near the main hospital should anything ever happen (God forbid, of course!).

During your stay
I am a full-time SAHM, and part time Wedding/Boudoir Photographer. So myself and my sons are home most of the day, when i'm not traveling. I can be as involved, or uninvolved, in your visit as you wish. My husband works downtown and usually keeps to himself, when he is home, so you kinda see him when you see him. But if you ever get bored, feel free to come hang out with us. Play with my sons, or play video games with the husband, or just talk. Whatever you feel up to.

I love showing people around our small town and downtown Greenville and can suggest good food and places to visit.

Please understand that we have 3 gorgeous sons, DJ who is 7 yrs old, Jeremiah who is 5 (he’s also autistic so he keeps to himself), and Malachi, our last baby, who is now 2. So we are a noise hazard house! They are all talkative and like to get on each others nerves, as brothers do. So if you stay with us, be forewarned that this house is a noise hazard. You may hear them laughing and squealing with joy or yelling at each other because someone touched someone else and now one of them is crying. Or you may hear me threatening to take away all tablets, video games, and candy if they don’t chill the heck out. Lol. But we do have them upstairs or in bed by 8-8:30pm. 9pm at the latest. They know to be considerate to our guests when it comes to their noise level…but they are kids and do forget. Just talk to me if there’s an issue and I will address it with them.

The space
You’ll be renting a private bedroom with a full-size bed, comfortable Casper mattress, closet, and dresser. Right across from your room is the spare bathroom, which will essentially be for your exclusive use.

Guests have access to a well-stocked kitchen, including a coffee maker, instant pot, crock pot, and rice cooker. Feel free to use spices and condiments.

Relax in the spacious living room with a smart TV. I have Netflix and amazon prime streaming already set up. You can find blankets in the ottoman to the left of the TV.

The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

The large backyard, which backs up to a green space, features a patio and BBQ for outdoor enjoyment.

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment located in the Upstate South Carolina. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. There is also covered parking available for the guests. Caesars Head and Table Rock are only 20 min away. A lovely golf course is located right around the corner, 4 min. away.
Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered.

The space
Residents from the local area won't be accepted any longer.

Here, you get the best of being in the relaxing countryside while being very close to the quaint town of Easley and the growing, trendy Greenville.
Clemson and the other universities are closeby. Also, being near the mountains can provide the outdoor sportsman with much to explore such as hiking and fishing. The privacy of an entire apartment along with covered parking and a separate entrance provide that extra bit of comfort.

The whole apartment includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms as well as a covered parking spot below the apartment. There is a small deck area that is private to the apartment with views of the beautiful sunsets and local and diverse bird population.

After parking under the carport, proceed to the stairs behind the house that will lead to a blue front door where you will enter a code number (will receive on the day of arrival) to unlock the apartment. Sensor lights will turn on at night in the carport and at the steps when you arrive at our place.

The space
Whispering meadow - offering two full bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a full size bed in the other room. The living room has a sofa that makes a bed (lays flat) and additional room off the side that has a sofa that makes a bed(lays flat).
Our home is located about 10 -12 minutes from town (easley or Pickens) 15-20 from Greenville SC.
Multiple hiking trails, golf and bike trail just right around the corner for all the adventure seekers!
Please note that this location is in the country!

Please no vaping/smoking and no pets. Please DO NOT move the furniture- $50 charge per item!

Also we only provide starter paper towels and toilet paper. If you are staying for a long period of time please be mindful of this and bring extra for your stay.

All of the home and yard is there for you to use as well as the fire pit!

Extra paper towels and toilet paper will be needed for lengthy stays. One roll of paper towel and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. We offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer for you to use.

Our house flaunts a very modern style. It has an open floor plan. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare a meal. There are blinds and curtains in every room. The home is shared with me and guest have a private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, dinning, living room, and patio are shared spaces.

The space
The guest will have access to the kitchen and any equipment or utensils for preparing their meals. They will also have access to the living room (when I’m not home and utilizing the area), dinning room, patio, and community pool (in season, when it’s open).

Guest access
Guest may use the kitchen, patio, and dinning area at any time during their stay. BE SURE TO CLOSE THE DOOR, not allowing in any insects or pest.

The living room area can be enjoyed when I’m NOT home and utilizing the area!

GUESTS ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO USE THE WASHER AND DRYER IF THEY HAVE BOOKED FOR 5 NIGHTS OR MORE! Overnight guests or guest booked less than 5 days are not to use the washer and dryer, without asking.

During your stay
I will accommodate the needs of the guest; I will allow them to dictate our interaction level.

Other things to note
The bathroom may be shared if someone is visiting the home, family, guest, or friend of the owner, during your stay!

The bathroom has many extras that you might have forgotten to bring on your trip: hairdryer, straightener, curlers, toothpaste, razors, lotion, deodorant, etc...

The shower has bar soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and face wash.

The bedroom has extra towels and wash cloths; as well as, an extra blanket, hangers, ironing board, iron, steamer, and basket for towels / dirty laundry.

The bedroom also has a back up charging cord for apple and android devices, just in case you forgot yours. The extra chargers are located in the plug, on the nightstand, by the bed.
