3 bedroom/2 bath house where the guest will be in master bedroom with their own bathroom. This bathroom has a stand in shower, large soaking tub as well as his/hers sinks. Bedroom is large with plenty of space for belongings and a king sized bed. Walk-in closet made available for guest. Bedroom is in back of house near laundry room and access to backyard deck. Bedroom door only locks from inside of you want privacy.

Guest access
Guest will have access to shared kitchen, dining room and living room. These areas are shared with host AND/OR other AirBnb guest.

During your stay
Host lives on property. If I am away, I am available via app, text or phone. I will follow guest’s lead on interaction if around.

During your stay
Will provide cellphone so they can reach me at anytime. Since I live in house we can always talk in person unless traveling.

I do rent out another bedroom so another Airbnb guest MAY be in home but they will not be using the hallway bathroom since they have the master bathroom.
