That morning, I wanted to get our room changed but my husband said the hotel is not crowded and it should be fine. Needless to say, it wasn't. It was worse than the night before. Is it the hotel's fault? In some respects, yes. However, I am just as much at fault for not being more persistent in getting the room changed upon checking in. That will most certainly NEVER happen again. Pillows are awful. Shower was great. Other than that, the hotel is fine and the staff is nice."

- "We needed a place where our kids and grandchildren could come and visit with us. This place fit that need perfectly. It was spacious, and the kids all enjoyed the pool table, no one got bored. Parking was easy, and it was close to grocery and other stores. We would be glad to stay here again in the future.The only suggestions I have are…if you advertise a full kitchen, then it needs to be stocked with the items needed to utilize it, such as pots/pans, can opener, pot holders, etc. And, when you have an extra high bed, provide a stool for us shorter people to help us get in it. The bed was very comfortable, just hard to get in."

Rare, direct lake front home with great Lake views and easy access to dock, on beautiful Lake Lanier.The house is located in a large, deep water cove near the popular lake lanier islands resort and water park.

The bottom floor, accessed from the car port, has two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with stand up shower, living area and small dining area.

Up the stairs to the main floor you’ll find the master bedroom with king bed, fourth bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a second full bath with large walk in shower.

The open room concept features a kitchen with everything you need to cook, dining area and a large, comfortable L shaped couch with big screen TV and plenty of throw blankets.

Two large patio doors off of the living room give you great lake views and lead out to one of the biggesthighlights of the home - the massive open air deck! This covered deck features outdoor dining for 6, two outdoor couches with ottoman, a Weber grill and unobstructed open air views of the lake and surrounding woods.Stairs off of this second floor sanctuary lead you down to the pathway to the lake. Enjoy the deer that graze the property early mornings or catch the sunset thru the trees in the evening. This second floor, large outdoor space is a rarity on the lake.

The lake is a quick, level walk to the two story brand new luxury party dock, with a short flight of stairs just as you reach the dock.

Though it’s only a one minute walk to the dock, a golf cart in the garage is available for your use to lug belongings to and from the water for a great Lake day!

The second story of the dock features lounge beds for sunbathing or relaxing. The lower, covered area features an additional dining area for an alfresco meal by the water, stairs leading in and out of the water for easy access after a swim, and plenty of space to cast your line in for fishing.

On site LUXURY SPEED BOAT AND JET SKIS are available to rent for an additional fee if you would like (only available for those that are also renting the property)! Just message me for details. My rates are comparable or better than any outfit you’ll find on the lake.

This is a private basement apartment located at the back of a very quiet subdivision on a cul-de-sac. The apartment connects to a lovely patio area overlooking the trees and creek in the backyard. The apartment has its own dedicated parking area on the circular driveway.

The Savannah room is beautiful, charming, cozy and comfortable. It’s private and upstairs in a spacious bonus room with a huge walk-in closet. This room has 2 beds, 1 full bed and a day bed and a 42” smart TV and high speed y-fi.
This home is close to Lake Lanier and the historical town of Buford with 4 star boutique restaurants and unique shops just minutes away. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and convenient. Lake Lanier is moments away with parks and activities galore available.

The space
This is a ranch home in a safe community close to lake Lanier and the boat life. There is also another room for rent called “The Charleston Room for the solo traveler” located on the main floor if needed for adding guest. The Savannah room is the only room upstairs with 2 beds and it is very quite and private. The main floor has an Italian kitchen with brick floors and all the cookware needed. In the winter, Lake Lanier has a winter light show that is spectacular. The summer is a vacation paradise with lake life and marinas around the corner as well as the famous water park, boat rentals and famous Margaritaville. This area is highly sought after for a great get away.

Guest access
Guest are free to use the kitchen, laundry room and the living room which has a 55 inch TV. The outdoor area and use of the swing on the back porch. Shopping is within 2 miles and boutique restaurants are moments away. Buford is the home of Georgia’s largest lake. This is a vacation heaven for lake life and for historical interest.

I am always available and live here on the property. I am happy to help you get acquainted with the area. Mall of Georgia is close by as well as many restaurants and shopping areas. There are 2 small friendly dogs that live on the property, Lulu and Sammy. They are friendly, lovable and they love our guest.
