- "Good service " - "I got there and found out my room didn't have a tv. It actually had a tv but it was smashed. I was told during my check-in but I at least expect them to remove the tv. Two of the light don't work from what I'm guessing because the bulb just needs changing. The curb appeal is trash and I had to pay $8 bucks for wifi(I thought it was free but whatever). There where bottles everywhere outside and look like someone was cooking out. I see two grills that some guest bought with me and made the parking lot a bbq area. The entrance had chalk where children where play. The actually front lobby entrance. I can go on but should get the jist. However it just a one night(for me) it was the cheapest rate for the area. I'm familiar with the area so I know this safe but this hotel needs better management. Someone who care about how it looks and the little things. It looks sketchy at best."

With two large windows overlooking the beautiful front yard, this room has great lighting and charm to make for a comfortable stay. This charming room is equipped with air conditioning, a queen bed, a desk, dresser, television, and a small fridge. Located just down the hall, this room has a private bathroom/shower. In addition, there is a shared kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hot plate, microwave and utensils located down the hallway. Guests can also park for free in the property.

The space
My place is a large two story colonial house on more than 2 acres of land, surrounded by beautiful greenery. The neighboring houses are distant from each other so privacy is not hard to come by in this area. Located in quiet, safe Alpharetta minutes to big shopping centers; supermarkets, restaurants, Avalon township, Avenue shops, Windward Business Centers, and more, this home's location is perfect for a myriad of activities/ hobbies. Close by, you will also find access to multiple gyms, a greenway walking trail, Fowler park and many other sport facilities.

The space
The space is a quiet private back room and tastefully decorated with access to wifi. It contains good lighting for reading. There are two closets including an open closet with draws within the room. There is a full-length mirror. The bed is a spacious, twin xl-bed size. The mattress is a standard high quality mattress covered by GREENGUARD Gold and CertiPUR-US certified. The manufacturer guarantees that the mattress has been made to the highest of standards, is third-party tested and certified to free of harmful chemicals, substances, or materials. There are sheets and pillows, and duvets. The bathroom is outside, next to the room on the same floor and, is fully equipped with towels, tissue, soap, etc.

GA is a sparse State and Alpharetta and John's Creek are large cities within the GA State which translates into you must have transportation. For your convenience, I've teamed up with some friends to provide additional comfort to your stay by providing reliable, and affordable vehicles that will get you around GA and will shortcut your trawl through car rental sites. The pick-up and drop-off locations are here, so its hassle-free. If you are coming from the airport, there a train from the terminal at a low cost that will take you to Sandy Springs and you can pick up an Uber or Lyft for about US$10.00 or from there to our place.

If you need a vehicle, we can offer you the use of a Toyota Corolla Sport 2013 for an affordable daily rate. This vehicle is a typical Toyota Corolla Sport. It's a practical car with keyless entry that will get you where you want to go and get you back to your destination. It is a smooth and reliable vehicle that is low on burning gas, a full tank lasts longer. It is fairly spacious inside. It’s not too big and is easy to part in tight spaces. If you want practical, reliable, and smooth, this is the car for you. It has all the basics. And, it is affordable.

Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are quick and, also affordable.

Other things to note
The toilet in this bathroom is separate from the private room and it is designated for general access by third parties who are visiting, although this is very rare, so rare that it has happened only once in 5 years. I mention it in the spirit of full transparency. The toilet alone is rarely used by a third party. I reiterate this is rare. No one else has the use of the shower within that bathroom, ever.

The area is quiet. The property is peaceful. At the house, there is a double garage and free parking spaces outside. It's close to amenities, perfect for fun, business or relaxation. Travel time to most places is between 5-20 mins depending on what you are looking for. You can expect some refreshments on arrival. There’s no public transportation in this area, but I got you. See "guess access" and/or "other details to note" with a listing of reliable vehicles for your convenience.

The space
The space is a private ensuite room. It is a bright room and tastefully decorated with wifi. It contains a good-sized desk, good lighting for reading, work or study. There is a walk-in wardrobe with a full-length mirror, 4 deep draws and plenty of hanging and storage space. The bed is a double-bed size with a comfortable new organic, non-chemical mattress and topper that are very comfortable and placed on a base. There are sheets and pillows, and duvets. The bathroom is fully equipped with a filter on the showerhead, towels, tissue, soap, etc. accessed directly from the room without leaving it.
