- "This is a LOVELY home. I cannot say enough good stuff about it. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room - all stocked with everything you could need. The house has such a 'homey' feel to it - that I honestly felt like I was home. The furniture is comfortable and the floorplan spaces things out really well. Everything is super clean, too. The neighborhood is perfect. It's quiet with deer and squirrels. It's close enough to Atlanta that Uber picks up. There are excellent nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. If interested, there's even the only Chick Fil A that serves Hawaiian food (Truitt's) about 8 miles away. I honestly love this house and how great we were treated as guests."

All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs along with 2 full baths. Only a half bath located downstairs. All bedding is washed and sanitized between guests, even comforters and pillows. • Being in the south with hot temps and rain, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug). We have quarterly pest control to help but if you see an insect, please take a picture to share with the exterminator and we’ll get them out as soon as we can.
• We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies.
• The outdoor shed on the property is locked and not accessible.
• Interior fireplace is decorative and not usable.
• There is an external camera that faces the door and driveway for our safety and yours. It’s recorded 24/7.

If you'd rather stay in, we've got you covered! Our home has 3 comfortable bedrooms with 4 beds (sleeps 7). The master has a king size bed and cozy en suite bathroom. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and there is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Bunk room has a desk with printer for your use. One full bath off the hallway.

We offer a 65" 4K LED Smart TV with Fire TV in the living room. The master and queen rooms both have a 40" HD 1080P smart TV. All TVs have the streaming apps available for you to log in to with your own account.

Enjoy a spacious, well furnished kitchen with all the essentials. If you are missing a particular item, please let us know and we will try to accommodate if possible.

Our large studio unit is charming, clean, and has a beautiful view. You will love our location as we are in the heart of Peachtree City. I strongly believe our suite is the best place to stay in PTC as no hotel or other Airbnb has a view of the Lake… or as great of a location! Our suite has a fully functional kitchenette with dining table, coffee maker, and necessary amenities. Soak in the claw foot tub and get ready in our quaint bathroom. The Queen bed is comfortable with fresh sheets and a memory foam mattress. The couch bed converts into a full with a plush pad for larger groups (3-4). Enjoy Disney+ and Amazon prime on us. Relax on our Southern style porch and enjoy the scenery. Upon request I can provide a pack-n-play and high chair for your little traveler. Please note: Absolutely NO SMOKING in or on our property. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND. If butts are found in the Airbnb OR if a cigarette smell is left in the Airbnb an additional $100+ cleaning fee will be charged. (Please consider this if you are a heavy smoker before booking.. it takes me 2 full days to get the smell out which means I cannot host other guests- if these lingering smells cause me to be unable to host a future guest you will be charged an additional amount on top of the $100 additional cleaning fee. I am a SAHM with two young children. You may hear my girls during the day as they play and enjoy their day. On weekdays, my oldest leaves for school around 7am. This leaves myself, my youngest, and often my husband who works from home in our house during the day. The girls will be in bed by 8pm. Your suite was an addition to this home. There is an exterior brick wall separating your unit from our home. A sound machine is also provided. There is no living space above your unit so you will not have to worry about hearing footsteps from up above. Please make yourself at home during your stay! Our bedrooms are located on the second story so you never have to worry about waking anyone up. Turn your TV up, chat, talk on your phone… noise is welcome! No noise curfew for you, our guest 😊

Welcome to our cozy basement apartment in the beautiful town of Peachtree City! We are just a stone's throw away from Lake Peachtree and have easy access to the town's famous golfcart paths. We recently updated the place with a simple and modern style that we think you'll love. Just a heads up, we live upstairs with our young family, so you will hear some little footsteps or laughter from time to time. But don't worry, we'll do our best to keep it down and make sure you have a comfortable stay. Our children sleep from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM but during the day you'll likely hear us.

You'll have your own private entrance and access to the entire basement space, including two bedrooms, an office with a bed, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Guests will also have access to a laundry room, which has some owner storage, but is still available to you during your stay. We have provided some simple toys for kids in the main living space and comfortable couches for relaxation.

It is important for us to maintain a clean space. I want to reiterate that there is no smoking of any kind allowed in our home or on our property. If any traces of smoke are found, we will charge a $500 fee.

Welcome to Casa De Costello, our newly renovated first-floor basement suite is located in the heart of Peachtree City. Enjoy over 100 miles of our famous forest-covered golf cart paths, perfect for running, walking and biking. 30 miles away from Atlanta and 7 miles from Trillith Studios. Come home to rest at our cozy private space. This suite offers one bedroom with a king size bed, a full-size bathroom, a spacious kitchenette, and a living room with Apple TV.

The space
You will have full private access with your own double French door entrance. You are also welcome to enjoy & relax in the backyard which is great for pets and children. If it makes your stay better, you can rent out our 6 seat golf cart to get a taste of the Peachtree City life.

When you arrive, we will give you a key to your own private entrance. We are a short walk or golf cart ride away from Lake Kedron and we would be happy to let you use our 16’ lake canoe if that is something that interests you.

Other things to note
It is important to note that we have three children, two dogs, three cats, and several chickens. While none of these creatures have access to your suite, it is worth knowing that you may very well run into any of them while enjoying our backyard. You are welcome to bring your own furry friends as long as they are friendly and not destructive. Our Aussie loves to have visitors in the yard as do we.
