The newly renovated guest bathroom will set the soothing mood to relax and shower with different ambient lighting of your choice .

If you need access to laundry: You will notice a door in the kitchen area; our office/living quarters are in the basement with a separate laundry room. The apartment unit is within walking distance of local restaurants & shops, Atlanta beltline, and the new Rodney Cook Sr Park. It is in a transitional neighborhood with many constructions but it does look a little rough. This BnB is overall a fantastic location, has high-speed internet, and is super convenient with free parking.

* This property is located in a part of town that is a little older and has a higher crime rate compared to the city's average. I have not had any incidents since owning this property. Welcome to this fantastic private king-bed master suite in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Easy exit to I-75/I-85/I-285 within mins with many restaurants and shops. The house has amenities and close to Mercer University, CDC, Doraville, Chamblee, Tucker, Stone Mountain, Norcross, Duluth, Sandy springs, Northside, Dunwoody, Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Aquarium, stadiums and attractions, all within 20 mins and much more!
The space
Guests will find a beautiful private space that includes a master suite with a king bed, a walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom. As well as a large extra room where a microwave, compact fridge, coffee machine, washer and dryer can be found.

The mattress in the room is a king Black® C-Class 13.75" and is sitting on top of an adjustable base that allows them to sleep in zero gravity or watch a movie comfortably. The large walk-in closet includes a desk and a chair. Upon request we can provide keyboard mouse and screen.

We provide a Netflix account in the bedroom TV and we can provide an Xbox series X with 2 elite controllers upon request. We can also provide a crib and other multiple amenities for babies upon request.

Guests will have an assigned parking spot in the driveway in front of the garage from where they would access to the place with a keypad password that we would provide.

This cozy place will give you a comfortable stay like home away from home. The house is centrally located making it easy to explore Atlanta and the surrounding areas. Our cleaning fee REALLY includes cleaning of the house so there are ZERO nonsense chores requested before checkout.

The Roost is a new custom build, detached 2nd floor studio located on the BeltLine in Reynoldstown. Enjoy complete privacy while being only 1.5 miles east of Downtown ATL. The Roost is nestled in a fully fenced in yard with a BeltLine entrance less than 1 block away. Super close to the hottest spots in the city, including Home Grown, Krog Street Market, Atlanta Dairies, Ponce City Market, East Atlanta Village, etc. Easy access to the Airport, major highways and MARTA train station.

The space
Built in 2019, The Roost features new construction and furnishings, including a queen size bed, dining table, kitchenette, full bathroom and vaulted ceilings that open the space up to tons of natural light. The Roost comes fully stocked with everything you need, including: high speed internet, smart tv, hairdryer, iron, games, dishwasher, coffee/tea, etc. The whole upstairs studio is yours to enjoy. We use a keypad smart lock, so you never have to worry about keys. The Roost is an inclusive dwelling in a progressive neighborhood.

Guests have full and private access to The Roost. We live in the house on the property and are available if needed. When accessing The Roost, please do not come to the front door of our home address. The Roost is located on the back of the property with a separate gate entrance. After entering the gate, follow the pavers to the back of the building to walk up the staircase to the entrance on the 2nd floor.

Welcome to our modern cottage with a private patio entrance overlooking the wooded backyard. The kitchen has everything you need, Kuerig, microwave, toaster, etc. There is a laundry room downstairs. You are secluded from the street, with privacy from the main house. All while overlooking the wooded backyard. You can cook, do laundry, and relax in this perfect little apartment. There is a 40" flat screen with an apple tv, a desk to work from, as well as fast fiber internet.

The space
This is a modern private 2nd floor apartment with off street parking. You will not even know you are in the city. We are on 2 acres of quiet wooded land. Enjoy your patio in the trees for your extended stay.

The apartment has access to the laundry room below in the downstairs where you have your own washer and dryer. You also have your own patio with two chairs and a table overlooking the backyard.

Free-standing space. Path down the driveway leads past the owner's house and to your private deck and cottage. The driveway path is over 100 feet and has multiple step-downs and pavers so is NOT appropriate for wheelchair access nor those that require to wheel in their luggage.
Street parking is free, but can be tight on weekend nights - you may have to walk a block or so.

The space
Parking is on the street and usually quite easy. You will enter left side of a car gate and walk down the driveway (lit quite well at night). The distance is about 80' from road to the carriage house. One set of stairs is required to access the carriage house. You will receive a code a few hours before check-in to enter the door.

Guest access
You will have access to your own elevated deck attached to the carriage home. There are two bedrooms: one with a full size bed and one with a queen sized bed.

Other things to note
We are a family friendly area of town and we live in the main home with our children. No judgement, but please do not use any cannabis (and affiliated products) or any illegal drugs on our property. Also, we have a small puppy that is outside in the backyard a few times a day. She might greet you. If you prefer not to be greeted - we can make extra sure she is inside upon arrival and at other times. Thank you!

The Wills Cottage architecture complements our Historic Wills House, one of the only historic residences in the garden district of Alpharetta.
Just a short walk to the heart of downtown Alpharetta, you will discover many fabulous restaurants and shopping. We are a stone’s throw from beautiful Wills Park with recreational areas, walking trails and 50-acre top class equestrian center.

The space
The cottage was newly built to the rear of the Historic Wills House. Located within the garden district and set back from the road, it is a quiet haven. Spacious inside with an open plan feel. The bedroom, is private and at the opposite end to the main living area.
Light floods in from all sides.
Our goal is to make your stay so enjoyable, you won’t want to leave (or will definitely want to come back !)

You have open reign of the entire cottage, and its patio outside. Feel free to roam our beautiful manicured gardens - a little heaven for a gardener. We also have chefs kitchen herbs which you are free to use. Enter via a private entrance on the ground floor with an independent laundry room then venture up the wide staircase to the main living areas.

Other things to note
Our historic house has been featured in papers and recently used for a commercial photo shoot. It’s so close to the downtown yet the cottage is a quiet little escape. For work or pleasure you will have all you need ! Most guests comment how spacious the cottage is and exceeds their expectations ! Light, bright and you are upstairs and away from any noise, it has been described as a little retreat but access to the towns fun activities.

Welcome to The Saint Charles! Your stay will be in a newly constructed, beautifully appointed carriage house nestled among the trees. Enter through a private entrance and walk up a flight of stairs to arrive in a bright studio with all the amenities you might need to enjoy your stay. Take advantage of the central location to walk or drive to Ponce City Market, the Beltline, parks, bars, and restaurants. Work remotely or quickly travel to hospitals, universities and coworking spaces.

The space
The Saint Charles includes a full kitchen, bistro dining table and chairs, living area with a TV, full bathroom, dedicated workspace, queen-sized sleeping area, walk-in closet and washer / dryer.

Traveling with your young child? We also provide a playpen, changing pad, high chair and a bathtub. The space has also been child-proofed to help prevent any accidents.

Other things to note
Please note that the carriage house is situated in the backyard of our full time home. We give all guests complete privacy and provide everything one could possibly need to enjoy a quiet stay without needing to interact with us but it is always possible that we will see each other in the coming and going on the property.

Guests should also be aware that there are 7 steps up to the front door and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment.
