At the end of the stay, everything ended up ok, but definitely not the experience we anticipated, I will definitely be more diligent about reading reviews the next time I book a VRBO."

Miscommunication about entering the property with the code, but host was responsive and helped to resolve. Other than that - not many great things to say. Place was not cleaned upon arrival. Fast food left on the counter, there was no kitchen garbage can. Had to throw out someone else’s trash into the bathroom waste basket (which also wasn’t emptied prior to arrival). Worst was finding stains on the bed sheets - I think my wife was ready to kill me for not springing for a hotel. Like I said above you get what you pay for. "

The onsite parking was only 20$s/day which is a steal compared to our friends who stayed at the Omni for 60$/night!! Our only complaints were that 1. We didn't have any working ice maker and no ice trays to make ice. 2. The hallway and even our condo at times had the smell of pot waft in...(but that's nothing the owner can do about that). 3. The remotes had dead batteries so it made watching tv problematic. 4. No washer/dryer With that being said... we would def stay here again due to the convenience and size compared to a hotel room!!"

We spent over two hours waiting for a response. Finally called VRBO support. The property manager gave us a different unit. The apartment was freezing cold, no extra blankets to be found. An ancient small plug in wall heater BUT NO SMOKE ALARM IN THE UNIT. These guys are a disgrace to VRBO. I would not consider renting here until there were at least 4 verifiable good reviews showing that things have changed. I definitely would not advise a single female traveler to use this building."

- "The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The building was very old, likly built in the 70s. It was under construction and really needs it, but no one working on the construction. Parking lot was very dark and dangerous at night. Located next to a very busy highway that roared with traffic all night long. Single pane windows, transmitted the traffic noise perfectly into the room. Owner of the apartment changed my assigned parking space 3 times. Very few restaurants near by. I do not recommend this place."

- "Did not know I had to pay for parking. The details said “free parking”, did not specify its 1 spot per unit. Unit had no a/c. Host did not provide us with a key fob our entire stay. Was very rude and hung up on me when I called about the key fob and a/c. I’ve never felt the need to complain whoever I stay. But this is the worst experience I’ve had! "

- "The property worked well for our family of 4. The kitchen had enough cooking utensil/pans/plates in it for making breakfast each morning. The neighborhood wasn’t necessarily the best, but there were some good restaurants we were able to walk to. There is supposed to be no smoking in the building, but there was a very distinct smell throughout the space. There also wasn’t really any hot water in the shower and they could use some better/bigger towels. "

This apartment is very special. You can just walk out of the building to all the kool places above. No need to worry about having a car and looking for parking.
