The space
In one of the safest communities in the metro, away from all the loud noise. 20 minutes from Downtown. The backyard is 1/2 acre and gives a cabin in the woods, a peaceful, serene experience. The host lives in the home. Smoking, loud, violent behavior, or illegal activities of any kind are prohibited.

Guest access
Access is to the room only. Weekly stays may access the upstairs Washer and Dryer for an additional 35.00 a week(2 wash maximum per week). Guests are free to access the backyard via the back door or right-side fence.

During your stay
The host lives on the premises and is very friendly and easy to approach. Guests may contact the Host at any time, including via text or phone and the host will address any issues immediately.

This is a "Lifestyle" friendly premise.

This is strictly a non-smoking Home or on the premises. We are not 420 or drug-friendly. This includes having residual smoke and smells on your clothes. No weapons or drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises by guests. No loud music or noise. No disrespectful, cussing, or aggressive behavior towards the host. No arguing or fighting. You will forfeit your deposit & room reservation will not be refunded if you show up smelling like smoke or weed, engage in such activities or illegal activities, or violate any policies while on the premises. We will ask you to leave the premises immediately. We reserve the right to do background checks(and charge a fee) before confirming a reservation.
